ZOMBIES!
Well... that's basically it.
Nature. You know that thing we've been fucking over, the past - oh I don't know, hundred years? Yeah well, it turned round and said discreetly "Fuck you too!" and then some. Evolution, punishment for our sins? Honestly, I'm not sure anymore. All we know is that it is a virus, unchained and deadly. It attacks the nervous system, then the blood. First you'll slug down, slow motion blurry eyes and twitching muscles, after that your blood thickens and the oxygen from your lungs takes double the time to reach the extremities of your body.
You die. Only for a few minutes max though, then the virus takes over and brings you back as a 'Zombie'. Half your brain has been consumed and broken down into liquid, watering down your blood some so that the zombie you are now can move at a fast walk if you really push yourself. You're still you in some senses, but you have lost all long term memory and most of your short term, seems like zombies take around 20 seconds to forget what they last saw, that's why they're so instinctive.
Now your just a ferocious animal, bloodthirsty and slumbering, a sheep that follows the infected flock. Sure, you're still that smart kid from Shortroad Street, but you're a zombie. Yes, you've still got Dutch relatives and your grandmother still lives in Washington State, but they're all probably zombies too.
Six days. It took six days for the world to end, Mother Nature skipped the rest day that God recommended and just fought that little bit harder to wipe us all out. We Humans aren't so easily dismembered though, there are still survivors and even areas completely unaffected. At first it was Europe, somewhere in France if the rumors are true, then it spread past borders from there. At first it was just an unheard of amount of common colds, then it was an unseen zombie apocalypse.
So who will you been, in this world smitten by Nature? Can you go up against evolution and come out the victor? Hell, just survive if you can, and I'll see you on the flip side.

So yeah, I wanted something fast-ish paced and exciting so I came to Zombies for help (not advised).
