This is what the palisades look like.



The mercs' been out at least 45 minutes now, so it's likely time of civil twilight or even early sunrise. The lighting is something like this, you can see reasonably well without torches, but darker corners still have enough shadow to hide in.

@gcold Very helpful indeed! It's always good to know, what season, the hour, and the layout when writing. You can't have it snowing in one post and tropical storm the next, unless of course it's an apocalypse like scenario.

@Leidenschaft I am in tears, there is so much emotion from Jorwen in your post, I was sobbing when he found Sevine at the end, and called her "little sister". I'm going to crawl in my cave and go to bed before things get too emotional on my part haha!

If anything, Sevine will be very excited to see a familiar face in the fight (:

Finally someone appreciating my artistic talents. To answer your question, no, they don't have a good overlook. They are beneath a 10 meter cliff, it's more like underlook.
