I posted but, is this still on? It's been like 5 days and no activity.

I can always post something for you to go off of, I was kinda hoping the other two would have tossed something in. If they don't by tonight, I will. It's still open for more players too.

I think it's the nature of RP on the site though. I see a lot of things just seem to fade out after x amount of time.

Worry not. I shall bump as needed. I too would like to give others the time to post a response. So perhaps I'll wait another day or two, then create a separate post for you two to work off of.

Nope haven't forgotten about this, just got busy with that pesky RP known as RL. Also we still have spots open.

I haven't forgotten about this either. But there has to be something we can do to make this work. I mean, we can't sit here waiting for something to happen.

I'd still like a few more people, and for it to really flourish it's gonna need them. In a way I was hoping it'd be self-sustaining, where I could toss in random plot twists or events, as everybody is going about their business, but we're not at that point yet. In the meantime I'll continue attempting to provide scenarios for people to respond to, remember the resistance factions are supposed to be against each other, as well as the government. I don't want people to always have to wait on me for instruction. Always open to ideas too.

In my last post I made reference to an increase in ASF officers pulling people over. Also I mentioned a bus full of resistance members being cut loose from the SAF. These are a couple of examples of posts that give you something to work off of. Also there are various points of interest across the city which people can use to their advantage (making contacts, deals, etc) or attack (though mind you, places like government agencies are highly guarded and at this point an attack on that would most likely end up in death). Just some thoughts. I'll get a post up on Sunday, in any case.

Is the position of Casino owner open, because that sounds like something I'd do. Because one simply can not own a casino, and not be a mob boss.

Yup I've just been dealing with personal issues and they often have an effect on my ability to concentrate as well as my motivation. Yes the first page of the OOC should list open positions. You don't even need to fill a position, you can always just be a government ASF officer or resistance thug, etc. That is up to the individual. The casino owner should be fun, because you have legit profits, but what you do with them and whom you support is up to you. Both sides would probably like to get in on that action.

In a day or two I plan to have government forces remove the current faction leaders unless they post by then. As per the rules, I have gotten no notifications and as such they will be killed off. You will not be allowed back in the roleplay if that happens. No exceptions.

Cheap ending for them perhaps, but out of respect I wanted to erase them with a post. I think I might close this roleplay, as sad as that is, for now unless there is interest by active community members. Long live the city.
