Yeah, another one. Just have a few ideas to go by...though I might generate more, in time. Feel free to suggest better names.

Losttale: A story of humans and monsters just before and a little bit during the war that would eventually end with the monsters being sealed underground.

Fallentale: An alternate universe in which the humans have lost the war, and ended up being sealed underground instead. Seven monsters must be collected and sacrificed at an altar in order for the barrier to break, and the humans to be free. It just so happens that the seventh monster fell down the other day...

Risentale: Same as the above, except a human volunteer is sacrificed and their soul fused with an imprisoned monster, they are then sent through the barrier to find sacrifices to bring back.

Additional:

-Undertales: Instead of the humans falling one by one, all seven humans end up falling down Mt Ebott.

-Overtale: Once the original story is over, a new tale of the surface has opened up. Can monsters and humans live side by side?
There is an Overtale already up for a while now, with a different flavor of the same kind of tale.

-Othertale (Idea of Cynthx): Underlake Undercities The idea that every monster was banished into one single cave system is sorta absurd, surely there are other places where other monsters had been banished to? Join one brave human (or whatever) as they venture into a new world, one unlike the Underground, with it's own set of history, own cast of characters, and own dangerous secrets hidden within

Honestly Losttale sounds interesting, but here are two of my own suggestions:

A) Multiple humans fall underground, and have to work together to return to the surface. Along the way, multiple monsters agree to help them, though there are plenty that want nothing more than their souls.

B) Post-game where with no barrier, monsters and humans are forced to coexist once more. Tensions between humans and monsters quickly rise, and history seems bound to repeat itself.

A) Sounds like an RP I had signed up for, one that ended up dying due to a GM's inactivity.

B) I've actually read a bit of a fanfiction based on this idea, think it was called Aftertale or Overtale or something

Either way, I think I should put these on the ideas lists..

If need be, I actually have ideas for some pretty decent (hopefully) original monsters.

I'm interested in an Undertale RP. Imo the best concept for an RP I think is post or pre-Undertale where monsters and human have to coexist with each other.

It might be that there is a huge threat in the world that eventually threats the both species (which could be a human-monster hybrid)

Basically a different cave system with different places, monsters, ideal's, beliefs, and lore. Could be a happier place, could be a bitter sweet place, maybe everyone hates each other, maybe they're super protective? The only thing similar to the original Underground is the barrier that keeps them from leaving.

There are a lot of cool Ideas here, I think I like Undertales and Overtale the most, but I'll join whatever one gets chosen 'cause they're all awesome. :)

If we do Overtale will we be using the original cast? Or OCs, who may or may not bump into the original cast?

I suppose the same question goes for Undertales as well, as the other humans may not have been in the game, but things they left behind are. Some of the things, like the glasses/notebook and the apron/frying pan sort of begin to define who those people were.

For Overtale, that would be up to you guys.

For Undertales, I suppose you'd have to reserve the character and character items.

I think the best choices would be Overtale, Othertale, or Losttale.

Undertales sounds hard to pull off as we'd need too many players to be humans(unless we subtract the number of humans from seven), Fallentale and Risentale seem confusing, since more than one person might want to be the last monster in Fallentale, and somebody else might want to be a human that travels to the Overworld.

I like Undertales and Othertale best.

Sorry if it seems like my count is off, some people didn't mention the name of the idea they liked so I guessed which one(s) they meant based off what they did say.

I wouldn't mind GMing a Losttale and an Othertale. It's just going to take some time putting the OCs up...I have a few things I need to catch up on with some RPs.

Though, I do wonder what sort of Othertale people want.

Been meaning to jump back in an RP on this site, and considering I pretty much inject Undertale into my bloodstream as part of my regular meals, I think it'd be a great place to start.

Personally, my vote goes to Overtale, and I'd be pretty much up for taking any role, though if it's GM, be warned that I don't consider myself very good at GMing. Any of the others you folks have suggested I'd be up for as well, though.
