Powers:

• Psychic Refocusing: Mutt sends out a short-range psychic signal that makes it's recipients (be it those on a general area or specific targets) either completely ignore him or ignore anything and anyone that's not him. How strong the signal's effect is depends on the receptor.
• Psychic Empathy: Allows him to make an educated guess on what a nearby target is planning, how they are felling or how they would react to something (in that specific moment). Jorge thinks it's possible he could use this ability to let others make educated guesses about what he is planning or how he would react to something happening, but hasn't been able to make it happen yet.

Weaknesses:

• His psychic abilities are relatively short ranged. His moderate estimate is that of a 200 feet radius, and he must be previously aware of the person's attention.
• Similarly, the more aware the person is aware of him the more difficult it is for him to remain ignored. This, however, doesn't seem to happen when he's redirecting the attention towards him. How aware the target is of anything that's not The Mutt is irrelevant to his abilities.
• Although he is in peak form, being stronger, faster and more agile than most well exercised people his age and good enough at defending himself to take down the common criminal; in hand-to-hand, unarmed combat he would be pretty much useless against a meta-human or an expertly trained opponent.
• Color-blind

• The Ol' Ball and Chain: Basically, a morning star flail without the holding stick nor the spikes. Or a single-headed meteor hammer with a smaller ball. Whichever comparison works best.

• Jorge kept a tabby cat named Ziggy as a pet for a while, convinced it would help him hide his secret identity, as no self-respecting vigilante who calls himself The Mutt would have a cat as a pet. However they got along as, well, cats and dog, and Ziggy ran away. Jorge didn't care enough to go looking for him, but he started leaving a bowl with food outside his window, in case Ziggy ever came back.

Powers: Able to become the embodiment of any material he touches. He only does solids, because it is easier to do, and he’s scared he won’t be able to retain liquid or gaseous states. His go-to materials are stone and metal, which give him super strength and durability. He also likes to become wood and lit himself on fire. He then heals the damage later by becoming bamboo.

Weaknesses: His forms also have the weaknesses of the material. Stone chips, metal melts and bends, etc. The extent that he can transform is limited by the amount of source material. Additionally, he no longer has a “normal” state; in order to look human, he must absorb the powers of human flesh (not harmful to the humans, just like his powers are nondestructive to non-living). He must concentrate to maintain current material, and block out the passive absorption of materials around him.

Equipment: Supersuit that changes with him. Samples of unique materials, such as platinum, lead, kevlar, and “memory metal” that reverts back to its original shape when heated,

Personality: Chip on his shoulder. Since he views himself as a freak, he feels like he has to prove his worth. He tries to hide his inward feelings of inadequacy by putting on a mask of bravado and confidence. (Example: when asked about inability to become human, “Why would I want to be squishy flesh, anyway?” when it really does bother him)
