So I know this has been asked a lot...but...everyones favorite and least favorite pokemon! And why!!! I'll go first! Oh this forum doesn't have to be limited to just this! We can talk all things Pokémon! Like favorite gens! (Second gen rules) or are the newer games as good as people are making them out to be? Ehhh kinda. :P

Favorite: HAUNTER!!! Hell yeah!!! I love Haunter!! My first game was yellow version and that floating ghost went with me all the way to the elite four! I can't tell you how many times I've had a Haunter on my team in the older games. It's a little harder to do in the newer games so I end up getting myself a Gengar which is still cool. But come on!!! It's Haunter! It's a ghost, it's design is awesome, in the anime and manga it's silly, and most importantly....it's freaking PURPLE!! Purple rocks.

Least Favorite: Arceus. Fuck Arceus. I don't even think I'm spelling it's name right but I don't care. Damn llama stuck in a stupid thorn bush. Seriously that's all I see when I see that piece of garbage. It's supposed to be the god of all Pokémon? Seriously!?!? First off did Pokémon even need a god Pokémon? NO!!! Pokémon was perfectly fine without a god Pokémon!! That's so over used in everything!!! This is the god of all beings!!! Secondly okay...if you need a god of all Pokémon...fine...do it. Don't make it look like a llama stuck in a stupid thorn bush. It's design is an eye sore. They got lazy with it too! We don't know what type it'll be so we'll let you pick! So throw a plate on it and make it whatever type that plate is! It comes from the worst gen too. Fourth gen is when everyone started getting back into Pokémon...for me it's where I fell out of it for a little. Most of the Pokémon are eye sores. Arceus is the worst....I hate you so much.

It's a Pokemon that can cover a large number of weaknesses with it's ability to learn water, ice, psychic and even lightning attacks. Add that to the speed and high special attack, and it's a fun pokemon to start a playthrough with (Yes, I hack one into every game I have as my starter).

Worse: Porygon and all evolutions. I have memories of getting the insane amount of coins in Pokemon Red, only to purchase a crappy normal pokemon that was piss weak to many others. By that point I had a Dragonite, Zapdos, Haunter, Blastoise, Flareon, and Parasect that were doing quite well, and that artificial pokemon was not worth the time and effort!

You know now that I think about it I've never used a Starmie before. There was a few times I said I'd throw one on my team but never did. I remember in Yellow version Misty's Starmie giving me all kinds of hell even with my Pikachu. As for Porygon I like it and all of it's forms, but that's just because of it's design. I've never used any of them. Didn't really wanna put the effort into getting them.

@JenovaProjectIt's ranked 19th on speed and 73rd on special attack, so there's only a handful of Pokemon that are faster than it.

Its actually used in conjunction with Pokemon like Ninjask in order to Max out it's speed quickly and hit first time most of the time. Downfall is it's a glass cannon so it can't take much of a pounding.

Hmmm I'll have to try and use one here soon. I might have one in my Pokémon bank lol I have so many I forget what I have XD and even if I don't I'm getting an Action Replay here soon.

I quoted this for one reason, I don't mind that it is your opinion but I got into Pokemon through the anime, End of battle frontier start of sinnoh so I am a gen 4 fan
I am adding some extra things

Favorite Pokemon: I will do a top ten and why and same for worst because this is hard. 10th is Articuno, I love its design and Ice is my 3rd favorite type. 9th is Zapdos. I am not a big fan of electric types it is about 6th after grass but the design is amazing. 8th is Chikorita, My favorite Jhoto starter, it is cute and I love Megnanium. 7th is Moltres, You probably coming as I have the other 2 legendary birds but Fire is my favorite type and even though Moltres is not my favorite fire type it is amazing. 6th is Fennekin, the first main series game I got was X and I beat the elite 4 last week but Fennekin was my starter as well as being adorable. 5th comes the first pokemon I ever knew which was Pikachu, I grew up with the anime so Pikachu played a big part in my pokemon journey. 4th comes a newer pokemon from Gen 6 and my 2nd favorite type, Sylveon, the first Eeveelution on this list, I love Eeveelutions but that will be explained later. My 3rd favorite pokemon is Piplup, which is my favorite starter from Gen 4 and I have started with it as I am starting Diamond. My 2nd favorite is Ho-oh, yes another Gen 2 pokemon, to be honest Gen 2 is my 3rd favorite Gen after Gen 4 and Gen 3, I love its design. Number 1, you could have seen this coming but it is Eevee, adorable, cute, strong and cuddly, it is my perfect pokemon, I play offense so it is good for that.

My worst pokemon: I have only a few. I will do 10, 10th is Luvdisc for the design. 9th is Luiga as I only like the shadow version. 8th is Chespin because I don't really like the design. 7th is Ahlomora because of the design. 6th is Zubat because of caves. 5th is Yvettal because it is not my style, I went X all the way although I own a copy of Y my first game completed and the only one to date is X. 4th is Arceus, It is over rated, I hate the design and it is a bit overpowered. 3rd Slackoff, just a bit boring. 2nd Vigoroth Scared me when I first started pokemon. My worst is and forever will be Slaking, it is stupid and I hate its ability.

Top 6 gens: 6 is Gen 5 definitely as I didn't see the appeal. Then is Gen 1 as I don't have much experience with this generation. 4 is Gen 6 as the first game I ever completed and home to one of my favorite types it was a hard desicion. Then is Gen 2 as I loved the new eeveelutions and Ho-oh. Then is Gen 3 because of Contests. My favorite is Gen 4 as I grew up with this Gen.

Best evolution line: Eeveelutions because of the designs and the range of the choices for Eevee to evolve into.

Worst: Slackoff line because it scared me as a kid.

Favorite anime character: I love Dawn and that is my nickname. She is very similar to me and I would be a coordinator.

Favorite legendary: Ho-oh because of the design.

My pokemon dream: I want to be a coordinator and travel around Sinnoh with my piplup because that is what I would love to do.

Favorite Game: Pokemon X as that was the first game I completed in the series and the only game that I will ever have a team of 6 legendary pokemon once I catch Zapdos as I am finally in the post game now so I am happy about that and I loved going around Kalos as it was fun.

Favorite types: Top 10 10th will be Dragon because it is awesome. 9th is Psychic because it seems fun. 8th is Normal because they are cute. 7th is Flying because I would be a flying type gym leader. 6th is Electric because of Pikachu and Jolteon. 5th is Grass because of a lot of the designs are amazing. 4th is Water because of Piplup. 3rd is Ice as I love cold things. 2nd is Fairy type as they are amazing.1st is Fire type because they are great attackers.

Worst types: 10th is from the spin off games and Shadow types because I never played Colosseum. 9th is Fighting because it is okay but I won't use them. 8th is Bug because they are creepy. 7th is Ground because it is boring. 6th is Rock because it is not as good defensive. 6 is Steel because it is defensive and not offensive. 5th is ??? as it is glitch type. 4th is Bird as it is also Glitch. 3rd is Poison because it is disgusting. 2nd is Ghost because they are scary. 1st is Dark as I don't like the dark so I don't like Dark types.

Favorite: Charizard

Yep, I'm that kind of person who loves Charizard. The first game I ever got as a kid was Pokemon Red and I just loved using Charizard. I know he isn't the best pokemon out there but it is sentimental value that makes him my favorite.

Worse: Zubat

Everybody knows Zubat if they've ever step foot in a cave in a pokemon game. It is that fucker which appears every ten steps and just won't leave you the fuck alone. It would be great and all if its stats were at least decent but it and its evolutions have terrible stats in comparison to every other pokemon. Overall, Zubat is shit and the most annoying one that has ever been.
