Alias: Gill.
Appearance: Gill's truest form is a six feet tall figure who is blue skinned, showing his naked torso with several gills covering his neck. His scales glisten when the sun and the moon shine gratefully open him. His black hair is usually tied in a pony tail, and his green optics match the seaweed of the murky sea. His canines show that he is inhumane, they are elongated, and can rip through flesh and bone without a try.
He wears a black trenchcoat that is usually unbuttoned to show the stained white tanktop that is slumped to his right side, revealing his strengthened collar bone. His black timberlands glistening with leather.
Powers:
-Superhuman Strength: His strength varies, when he is wet and hydrate from/with water, he can easily lift one-hundred tons at maximum. Though dry, he may only lift sixty. His average on land would be four easy tons.
-Superhuman Speed: Running at the speed of Fourty-five MPH, and swimming through the seas at one-hundred and twenty. One can easily see that his speed also varies, depending on the climate.
-Underwater Breathing: Being born from the water completely, he is able to stay there and use his gills until he dies from injury or long age.
-Longevity: He is able to live longer than most humans, his maximum age being around two-hundred years, though, still, he stays young in appearance.
-Sea-creature controlling and Water manipulation: He is able to call on the waters, as an Atlantean, to abide by him and flow with his energy to be used with his will-power, also easily having the power to call on sea creatures from the depths of the deep sea to aid him in rare situations on sea or even land.
Skills: His scales somehow allow him, like a Lizard, to stick to many surfaces human beings cannot. His scales are like some kind of metal, steel and gold swords and so on would break against this outter shell. Though multiple strikes from blades would deplete the power of his scales and sending him bleeding.
He is very skilled in hand to hand combat, using Tai Chi for meditation and exercise, and, even though it is unusual to do so, he uses Tai Chi for fighting his opponents. His brawling skills are at the maximum level, though his concentration problems would send him hurling back with defeat. Tai Chi also helps him with the power of his katana sword, mastering the style of a swordsman. Though, rookie mistakes happen to the best of 'em.
Weapons: He has a long katana blade crafted by the rocks of Atlantis and the metals that the fishmen created, its name unknown to humans an even himself. It is fourteen feet tall with a Mediterranean-blue sheath covering it. The sword when it is unsheathed is completely black, the hilt is long.. and water drips from the sword.
Gear: Underneath his trench coat, An unusually small Sea Otter resides in his upper right pocket. He is able to comunicate with the male-otter, mind to mind. Sometimes he is caught talking to him, and is thought to be crazy.
Personality: He is quiet, usually, out of fighting crime above and inside the surface, he will lean against a wall, making 'Gurgle' sounds like a fish as bubbles spurt from his mouth. He is caring for his friends and family, willing to sacrifice himself for them.
Background: Born in Atlantis when they went to war with the surface dwellers, he was immediately thrown into hunger and thirst. He soon became a soldier to get food for himself and his family. Killing several surface men with his bloodlust after being trained by the current King Of Atlantis himself [Wink, wink.] in hand to hand combat and blade fighting, he was the top ranked soldier at age twelve. When he was caught injured by a simple gunwound, this was his downfall.. seemingly.
The bullet to his head was broken because of the scales, but the impact had blown the memory straight out of his head. Sending him wandering the surface land for years. He was soon found by the home of the titan, before he found the home of these heroes, he had been wondering the Earth, fighting off crime.
Other: His Sea Otter, named Mizu, was found in the war when he stumbled upon a dead female and male bundle of otters, being Mizu's parents, he let Mizu stay with him. Weirdly, he never forgot where and how he got his wet friend.
