I added a Cooldown to each of Kai's shots excluding his basic Chakra Bolt. The reason behind this is that Kai doesn't have to preform any hand seals or verbal components. Since all he needs to do is pull a trigger, I have added Cooldowns to balance it out.
Also, once I have time I will add a skill tree for him with unknown skills and known skills so that it's apparent how he will "level up" so to speak.
So... I just got this hunger that I cannot quench.
I was just looking for a Naruto themed RP. Frustrated that I couldn't find one in the usual corners I look when I try to find hidden things. -Not a single one, can you believe it?
But here you are, far outside my known realm called 'casual' I have finally found you!
Is there still room? If so, Is it okay if I take a little time to write my sheet? It looks like It needs to be a lot more inclusive then I am used to. But a challenge never slowed me down! -unless it stopped me dead in my tracks ...you can't win them all.
If you want to start ASAP, I can usually think of a good reason for being late/willing to change my story for the greater good.

”Seidou (正道)”
Haruka's trusty sword. “Her” name means, “The Path of Righteousness”. “Seidou” is stuck to her back in a magnetic sheath where the blade is “clicked” into place and held there by four small claws. Along the egg of the sword, “判断は邪悪を降りかかる (Handan wa jaaku o furikakaru)” is etched into the blade. The symbols mean ”Judgement befalls the wicked” “Seidou” is a a giant, broadsword-version of a katana.
Ninja pouch
Haruka has her ninja pouch fastened to the back of her belt; right above her left butt-cheek. Within this ninja pouch, she carries with her a roll of bandages, a bottle of rubbing alcohol, a flash of water and five nutrition bars.
Weapon holster
Haruka carries her weapon holster on her left thigh. The holster has room for five kunai, five shuriken, ten makibishi and ten senbon, which she almost always has stocked to the max.
Scroll Number One: Dexterity Scroll
Haruka’s first and most used scroll is her so-called Dexterity Scrolol with the weapons she uses for battles where her brute force just is not enough and some skill and speed is needed.
Hoyo & Kisu (抱擁) & (キス)
In her Dexterity Scroll, Haruka carries a pair of sai knives that she has affectionately and humorously named “Hoyo & Kisu” or “Hugs and Kisses” in English.
Shojo (処女)
As one of her favorites when it comes to being quick on her feet, Haruka likes to bring her very first weapon, Shojo (Virgin), with her even if she hardly ever gets to use it.
Scroll Number Two: No-Kill Scroll
Haruka’s second to most used scroll is her so-called No-Kill Scroll, which holds the weapons she uses for battles where her intention is to not kill her opponent, nor cause any real harm to them; bruises and maybe a few broken bones are all these are good for.
Chou (蝶)
These tonfa were purchased on her first trip out of her birthplace. The guy she bought them from claimed them to be antique, with her teammates stating that that meant “old and used”. She bought them anyways and named them “Cho (Butterflies)”.
Bogire (棒切れ)
With the quite literal name of ”Bogire (Stick)”, Haruka’s bo-staff usually is not the most original weapon. It is quite useful, though, and great for keeping foes at a distance.
Tsubasa (翼)
Although even Haruka has no idea how these weapons got to be named the way they are, these nunchakus were named “Tsubasa (Wings)” by her teammate, Suzaku, when he bought them for her. She really has no clue how to use them and is more likely to hurt herself than her enemy, but she keeps them with her, anyways.

also I may have to change a few small things, as I kept changing the history around a bit, some things may no longer line-up perfectly. Just dotting a few 'I's if you will. (or maybe dotting some 'eyes' if I leave 'm ^^ ) all in all, I am ready to be judged.

Personality
Traits: -Quick to act Shouta Usually acts before thinking. Letting him guide by his sense of morality, -instead of possible conciqueses.
-Courageous Very little scares Shouta. Probably a good thing if you don't tend to consider what can happen to you if you act without thinking.
-True rival He has a hard time accepting it when people out-preform him. It drives him to try harder.
-Easily encouraged Shouta tends to get easily motivated when people praise him. In fact, praising himself works just as well. No wonder he tends to do it a lot.
-Cheerfull to a fault. Not much can bring shouta's attitude down. Always smiling and joking. Even when he isn't feeling great, he acts like nothing is wrong.
-Protector When shouta Likes or respects someone. He will quickly jump to their defense, even at personal cost.
-Stubborn Once shouta gets something in his head, Its nearly impossible to change his mind.
Likes/Dislikes: Shouta likes; -to be recognized for his abilities/talents -being better at something than his friends/teammates -succeding -apples and other fruits -the colour blue. -the winter
Dreams/Aspirations: 'Patience is a virtue, Only the warrior that watches for it's time to strike, and puts its opponents off-balance, can be a true shinobi.' Or so his father often told him.
Shouta is the eldest sons to a clan that wears it's honor highly up it's sleeve, and with their own 'way of the ninja'. There is little place for personal freedom, or a mind that strays from this simple code. Usually being the eldest son of the clan would be steam-pressed and readied to one day inherit the position of clan leader. However, if Shouta lacks one thing, it would be patience. Nor does he have the raw talent that would befit the head of a clan. As such, The clan elders deemed him unfit for the job. Shouta desperately tried to change, Tried to regain his families trust. But even then, there was no way to keep the eyes filled with disappointment off his back.
If there is one thing Shouta wants above all else, is to show the elders, and the rest of the clan. That they made the wrong choice. He wants to show them that his way of the ninja, is just as good, or even better than what came before.
In short, shouta wants to prove himself to everyone, especially his clan, show them that he has what it takes to be a great shinobi. Even if he never changes who he is.
History:
After the 4th great ninja war, a new era emerged. Times where changing, and the village of Amegakure could not stay behind. Not everyone in the village agreed, but eventually Amegakure ended up joining the great shinobi alliance. It isn't exactly clear where the Shimizu clan originally came from, or why and when they joined the Amegakure, however it was at this time that his ancestors started to make a name for themselves in the village. and even earned world renown.
Shouta, born the eldest son of the leading family of his clan. It should have been his destiny to to take over his fathers position, and lead his clan to even greater glory. -But not all destinies pass without resistance. While the leader of the clan should be calm, collected and strong. Shouta is more of the impulsive sort. Often deemed disruptive, and with NO notable talent. Even before he had joined the academy there had been many whispers among the clan on whether Shouta should be prepared for the inheritance, or surpassed completely. But when Sato, his two year younger nephew left the academy top of his grade and in record time, the whispers grew louder and more numerous. why pick the trouble maker that was 'just average' over the prodigy that Sato obviously was?
-Unworthy- The whispers haunted him for many years. Even if shouta can be a little dense at time, he could not help but feel unwanted. His father rarely trained with him, instead focusing all his attention of the genius, some whould say 'as a good clan leader should'. -It's just so unfair. But even when passing him in the halls of their home. His father seemed to avoid him altogether, often picking up his pace when their paths crossed. Instead Shouta had to learn most of what he knows by watching. Often you could find him spying on Sato and HIS training, only to later try and mimick him out in a secluded place in the forest. He wasn't just about to lay down and let that little twerp walk all over him!
By the time his nephew became a chuunin at age 14, while the 16 year old shouta was still a genin. The whispered grew unbearable and out of control. Shouta had grown strong, of this was no doubt, Stronger perhaps even than he was excpeted too when had finished the academy. his own promotion to chuunin would follow only 6 months later. But before then the damage had already been done. Beaten to the rank of chuunin by his much younger nephew, had twisted the loud whispers ito screams and demands. The rest of the clan wern't going to allow Shouta to become their next leader, not while Sato was still the more obvious choice. Even his father could no longer fight it and had to sent Shouta away. For the greater good of the clan, he had been disowned. Though still a member of his clan, he lost his father, AND his birthright.
When the chuunin exchange assignment reached him, Shouta was eager to leave. When he was Young, he had felt unwanted by his clan, and now he knows it to be true. Even now that the matter is settled, the whispers always remain. -look, that is the weak one.-
Ninja Information
Clan: Shouta is part off the Shizimu clan. Wich is an offshoot off the Yuki clan, some two-hundred or so years ago. Like the Yuki clan, the Shizimu clan has the ability to combine water and wind nature chakra into ice based attacks. The shizimu clan is sometimes revered to by it's nickname: 'the blue blades of Amegakure.'
Chakra Nature: Water and ice (and some wind to make the ice, however somehow he can't use wind chakra by itself.) Chakra amount: 5/10
Taijutsu: His taijutsu he inherited from his clan. It uses a set of one-armed blocks and sweeping kicks to put the opponent off-balance and keep his other hand firmly on the blade at his back for a quick decisive strike. Shouta is not very skilled in this yet, and often defaults to useing both hand for defense when pressed. Fortfitting his chances for a quick counter with his blade.
Ninjutsu:
-Gleam cut Technique[Shizimu speciality][Ice release] The user condenses a layer of moist around his weapon to make it stronger and sharper. As a result the blade will hum with the slight blue glow that gave the shimizu clan it's nickname.
-Hiding in Mist Technique [D-rank][water-release] one causes a mist to spring forth by either lifting up water from a pre-existing source, or expelling water from their mouth. They can then go in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it, and can block sharingan and rinnegan users.
-Ice Release: Spear wall [Shimizu speciality][Ice release] A think wall of ice forms in front of the caster at an uncanny high rate. This wall is tough enough to stop most incoming attacks, aswell has the ability to form 'lances' of ice the rapidly chase their target within a 10 meter range of the wall. Usually in combination with a leaping attack from the user to form a two pronged attack.
-Ice Release: Javelin [Shimizu speciality][Ice release] The user condenses the moisture in the atmosphere into weapons of ice that can then be used for close-range combat or shot at a target. The weapons can be formed from great distances away.
Inventory -A short katana with a deep blue hilt strapped to his back, signature of his clan. -A chuunin vest of the Amegakure village -A decent array of kunai and shuricken hidden in the vest's pockets.
I just want to point one thing out. The text doesn't appear to get the italics when you copy it. Since a lot of Kai's posts are inner monologues, it could be beneficial to show what's what XD.

In anycase. I am sure we have a public place to roll somewhere, Tough I am not entirely sure yet what you should roll against.
(This has been written on my phone, so please excuse any errors.)
You roll a d20 and add your skill level to the roll, versus a defensive roll against your opponent. Depending on your attack, you roll Strength or Dexterity for example. Your opponent will roll the same in a defensive manner. For example, if they block they will roll Strength and if they dodge they will roll Dexterity.
In short, it's a contested roll, your attack versus their preferred means of defense. Of course, you also need to consider other factors that might add or take away points from your roll. For example if you're caught off guard you'll get a negative modifier to your roll, while if you take your time aiming a kunai or shuriken it will take longer to execute the attack but you'll get a positive modifier to your roll.
Example:
Kai fires a Cakra Bolt at his opponent. He rolls his Dexterity +6 because that's his skill level. His opponent sees Kai aiming at him and jumps to the side to avoid the bolt, who in turn also roll his/her Dexterity to avoid the bolt. The one with the highest result wins the round. For example, Kai gets a 12 + 6 and his opponent gets a 12 + 4 because he/she has 4 in Dexterity. The result ends with Kai having gotten 18 on his attack roll and his opponent having a 16. Kai hits his target.
I hope that makes sense. This is what I have been able to throw together from the system I've gotten explained for me.
