If you note the recordings shown, they don't really give any clue as to what the cards do, it just makes incredibly, incredibly vague allusions to them. They all essentially give the same information. Posting a different recording for the second person in each area will be a pointless waste of time, and give out absolutely nothing new or interesting.
Thus, for the sake of not delaying this any longer, we have decided that everyone in the same zone has the exact same recording.
