One sunny day in Boston, the world changed. October 23, 2077, the day the world died. Nukes flew from attacking countries, right into our once beautiful country. Hell rained from the skies as water became poison. Some made it to the vaults, others, were either lucky enough to be out of blast radius, or their flesh melted from their faces.
Exactly 210 years after Earth turned into the Devil's Playground, several vaults near and in Boston opened, showing these survivors what had become of the world while they slept soundly.
They grabbed guns and looked down at what used to be their homes, and where their family's once played together.
Not only the vault dwellers wanted to roll around in the radiation. Rogue mutants, Malfunctioning Synths, and even Ghouls travel the wastes, searching for a new life, or to make up for what lives they've lost.
Alright, explorers of the Wastes, it's time to cover the basics. Yes, even Hell has its rules.
1. No Time Skips or Fast Travel Without Asking me for approval.
2. Please Don't Insult in the OCC,
3. Be Patient, not everyone is in the same timezone.
4. Length of a Post Doesn't Matter as long as you Get the Point Across.
5. Don't be a Wanderer or a Sole Survivor, it just doesn't really work with the role play.
6. No God Mode, if you want to be a Courser or something you need to have a disability to make you less OP, that way it makes it fair for everyone.
7. Ask Before Introducing an NPC
8. Do Not Kill other Players Without Their Concent
Now, time to choose a pretty face. Or an ugly one, whatever you're into, cupcake.

Faction (Brother Hood, Institution, Nothing, Etc.):
Background (How did they grow up, how was family life, siblings? Relationships? Pets?):
Looks (Either a picture or a very, very detailed description.):
Other (Optional):
Like the horrible person I am, I made it so that each race has a disability. Humans are squishy, super mutants are well, stupid, ghouls are sensitive to light, synths break when wet, and coursers need a disabilty, like having your arms chopped off.
Happy Hunting
