A pronunciation question for those of you who live in the UK

Or anywhere else with British/English pronunciation knowledge.

How would one say Botox?

Is it 'bo' as in 'boat' (boh-tox) or 'bo' as in 'bought' (bott-ox)?

I came across both pronunciations today and I'm curious which one is correct.

I've heard both but I tend to use "boh-tox". The latter sounds like "buttocks" to me.

"Bo" (as in "boat") - tocks (rhymes with clock.) Never heard it pronounced otherwise in any of the many places I've lived or visited here. Still a chance some people say it otherwise but I'd certainly go with the first pronunciation you mentioned.
