So I have yet to see a whole lot of Sci fi RPs which made me start running through ideas ever since I began taking courses in the building of science fiction literature. And honestly, I've had so much fun over the years that it came to my attention that having a story told with others using aliens would be interesting and down right fun.
I found that the smaller a group in a RP is the more life is given. I was thinking of having people being aloud to make more than one character. I myself have been known to control a max of 27. Don't worry, doubt it would get that big, that was after I worked on it for a year and could have written a book on the damn thing. But allowing others to have lets say 2 or 3 is they wanted to would have more chance to interact without having to go through 9 people’s schedule.
So my idea is that a band of around 4 aliens that have travelled through space, light years by light years have finally come across earth. Their trials in the past have been long and harsh as they gather information for their home planets for various reason. Coming into contact with humans they are greeted with varying degrees and their sole original mission was to gather their personal information. And as time goes on that mission would flex and change depending on what they see with earth. A planet that is housing some of the most dangerous forms of life even though they are physically weak.
Anyway tell me what you think and bring in your own ideas. I like having other future players input so that everyone gets as close to what they wanted.
