NAMEElroneth Greenshade
GENDERFemale
RACEBosmer
AGE47
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTIONElroneth stands at 5'7", and is fairly built. She has brown eyes, and hair to match. A minor scar lays on her right cheek, though it's nothing special. Just a minor injury from a hunt that insisted on staying. It doesn't bother her, it never really did. The wound was minor, it was dealt with, and she moved on. But some people still mention it, and she considers that more irritating than the wound ever was. She usually just dismisses the question with a few simple words.
"It was just a scratch."
SPECIAL ABILITIESElroneth is a talented archer, having extensive training with her bow over the years, though she isn't a master. She can hit moving opponents rather consistently, though smaller and faster targets still avoid her. Due to her time spent as a hunter, she is also an excellent tracker. Knowing the trails of many animals and creatures, and methods of luring and killing them. Because of this, it is almost guaranteed she won't go hungry. Same goes for those who travel with her, though she expects them to pull their weight.
PERSONALITYElroneth is a rather strait-forward individual, often not one for pointless banter. She won't ignore those who insist on conversation, but she will usually give short, thought-out answers rather than dragging the conversation on. It isn't very likely for her to start a conversation unless the matter is serious, she is doing business, or if she is genuinely curious. Even then, her words are thought out, short, and usually anything but sweet. She isn't flirty by any means, and doesn't care for romantic relationships, as she doesn't require such a level of companionship. That being said, she doesn't mind traveling with others, as long as they pull their weight. She dislikes immature people, and freeloaders, but understands those who aren't built for the traveling life. Do they get to not do anything after that? Of course not, she simply insists on teaching them how they can be of use to her, and if they refuse, she often decides on leaving, letting them make their own way. And she usually won't deal with those who are immature, period. She won't let herself be burdened by others, even if it may not be the safest choice in the long run. There is perhaps one word that expresses her quite well, and that word is Stubborn.
Of course, she isn't an unreasonable person. She understands when somebody has a better plan than she does, and in most situations that don't involve the wild, their ideas are better. She has no issue admitting it. She can be a strong team-player with the right people, and can even accept somebody as a sort of 'leader'. Though those people aren't exactly easy to come across. She is blunt about her dislike of people, and also speaks about any difficulties she believes she may have with an objective, making suggestions whenever she finds it necessary. She is most certainly not a strategist, but she speaks her part anyways, even if she is proven to be wrong.
She considers herself to be support on the battlefield, providing covering fire from medium and long ranges. Though when somebody is in trouble, she is willing to engage the enemy in close combat, even if it isn't her specialty. She is a good person at heart, her attitude sometimes might tell people otherwise, but she doesn't approve of thievery, and won't allow violence towards innocent people. She will turn on a comrade if they endanger innocent lives, though will not become hostile unless they do not comply with stopping the act. Her sense of justice makes her wary of those with shady backgrounds, though she isn't hostile towards them unless she is given reason to be. She is willing to give everyone a chance, but usually they only get that one chance. Once they soil that chance, having a positive relationship with Elroneth proves to be rather difficult, and having conversation with her is near-impossible unless the situation is dire and calls for communication.
BIOGRAPHYHailing from Valenwood, like most Bosmer, Elroneth was born in the middle of Valenwood's sea of green, being exposed to nature since taking her first breathes. Her mother and father traveled until she was born, then they settled down in the grand tree-city of Falinesti to allow her to grow. And grow she did, as the years passed. Soon enough she was walking, then running. Climbing. Adventuring. Falinesti had plenty for her to see, and she wanted to see it all! Of course, not everything could go as planned. Her father had other plans for how she'd spend her days.
She began her marksman training, taking her first bow in hand at the age of fourteen. Her father was an ace shot when it came to archery, able to hit his targets from long distances, in vital areas. He taught Elroneth how not only to use her bow properly, but how to hunt and make use of every scrap from her prey as well. She was a good student, heeding his words and changing her style depending on what she was told. Her training continued for years before she had gotten truly comfortable holding the weapon. She was a good shot, and a good hunter as well. At nineteen she was able to go out on her own hunts, and make her own profit, without her father watching over her. She slowly became self-reliant, not needing her parents to assist her anymore. Eventually after another few years with her family, she decided it was time to go out into the world. She was young for an elf, and would make use of that youth by seeing the rest of her homeland, and what else Tamriel had in store for her.
More years passed, as she traveled the deep green seas of Valenwood, hunting as she went in order to eat, and make profit off of their pelts when possible. She began learning more about the world, and how it worked. There was a lot going on she would have never thought about if she hadn't went on her journey. The struggles of the people. Crime, people who wanted power, she disliked it. She didn't want such scum on the land she traveled upon, but needless to say, she was only one. There wasn't much she could do about it, but she did what she could when a criminal caught her eye.
She was becoming a master of the green sea, an excellent marksman, and hunter. The land began not proving a challenge, her life becoming easy due to her dedication to her training. She was visiting a small village on the coast, to do trade and perhaps find a warm place to bunk for the night to come. Though her night would not be as peaceful as she had once hoped.
She awoke to the sound of of combat, unsure of what was happening. All she knew was that she needed her weapon to assist in solving the matter. She charged outside, ready as she figured she could be for combat after only being awake for five minutes.
Mages. The small village was being attacked by users of magic, and weren't fairing too well. She had began assisting how she could, taking shots at the more distracted members of the attacking force. Her focus on the front left her rather defenseless from behind, as she had almost been stabbed in the back with a dagger, and would have been, if it wasn't for a Dunmer that struck down the attacker, saving her life. Though thankful, that moment wasn't the time for introductions. The battle went on over the night, both sides suffering losses, though the attackers had been driven off with very few in their ranks left alive.
After resting from the rather dangerous encounter, she spoke to the Dunmer, who she soon learned was named Madran. Though she hadn't a clue about the attackers' origins, he seemed to understand it much more clearly, and assumed they had a camp somewhere in the general area. That was more than enough for Elroneth, who decided to go searching for these mages herself. Madran had managed to convince her it was practically suicidal to attack a camp alone, and suggested scouting out the camp once it was found instead. She agreed, and ended up traveling with the Dunmer. Some exploration of the area proved Madran to again, be right. There was a camp, with those who resembled the village's attackers being within it. Though luckily the ones who were actually in on the attack were healing, allowing them to not have as much trouble around the area. The High-Elves seemed less hostile with Madran than her, but she ignored it.
After an hour in the camp, the two concluded that attempting to take them on by themselves was a lost cause. They left as swiftly as they had came, none the wiser that hiding way out of the view of both their view, and the High-Elves, was a spy of the Empire. Watching everything take place, it was assumed both Elroneth and Madran were Aldmeri spies, and that assumption alone from only a few short months ago was what put them in their current situation.
They had traveled together for a short time, proving to be a decent team when it came to combat. Though soon enough, Elroneth and Madran were taken in, accused of being spies for the Aldmeri. Elroneth was furious about this, but there wasn't anything she could do to avoid being captured along with her Dunmer comrade. There had to be a method of escape somewhere... She'd find it, and get them out. That was a promise she made to herself.

SKILLS & WEAKNESSESPros She is quick, and nimble. Like most of her race. She has good eyesight. She is decent at sneaking. She is an 'okay' cook. She can barter somewhat.Cons She isn't very strong, therefor making her unable to wield large weapons. She is also very burdened by heavier armors. Her weapons don't aid her much in the way of blocking, even if they did a decent amount of force would knock her down anyways. She has no skill in picking locks, or pockets. She doesn't grasp alchemy whatsoever. She is a light drinker. She is not a good swimmer. She doesn't take failure very well, especially on her own part.
OTHER INFORMATIONShe hasn't explored magic at all, and has no idea if she is capable of being a magic user like some of her fellow Bosmer. She just assumes she cannot, and leaves it at that, deciding not to pursue the possibility, as she doesn't believe she has any use for magic anyhow.
