So I already talked to another member about this idea, but the more I thought about it, the more I liked my idea, (I'm humble I know).
I'm not sure what labels to really put on this bad boy because it's a pretty abstract idea, with a lot of freedom no matter what role is played. The main premise is that one role-player (myself, preferably) is a schizophrenic teenager who believes he/she is partially occupied by demons. These demons talk to him/her, make the character do things according to their will, and are driven by the want for yet another soul to spend an eternity in hell. The main goal of these demons is to get the character to either kill him/herself or do things to land him in jail for the rest of his/her life, whether that life be ended by a life sentence or capital punishment itself. The "demons" can temporarily possess the character, making him do things to further their agenda, although they can't make the character kill itself or turn itself in while in this state. However, they can get as far as making the character stand on a chair with a noose around the neck, and back out at that point, giving the character a larger decision as to whether or not it wants to kill itself then and there or not. The demons can also make him perform any crime, such as killing another person, but must back out in enough time to give the character a chance to escape. Other than those stipulations, the demons can do anything, including distorting reality for the character, making it see things that aren't there, hear things that aren't making noise, things like that.
Characters in this game can be as follows:
The teen, (object of the demons' pursuit.)
A demon, (multiple members can play as these characters, more demons means a larger chance of reaching their goal!)
Policemen/women, (Ignorant to the teenager's plight, any criminal act performed by the kid would alert these guys and make them want to catch the culprit. The police must act in accordance with the law, of course! Feel free to research the rights of policemen, what they're allowed to do. These characters should be as realistic as possible.)
Person, (involved in the teen's life, but can either be a friend or enemy. Again, these characters should be realistic, and are ignorant to the kid's plight.)
That's about all I have for this. As time goes on, other players can emerge as another teenager, but should make sure they stay independent from another schizophrenic character's story. Demons can jump from person to person as each one emerges, but must directly reply to the respective character's last post, quoting at least part of his/her post so that the player knows that the demon is talking-to/possessing them. Feel free to PM me if you're interested. Once enough people become interested I'll set up a group chat with all of us, making sure we all understand what it is we want, and we'll get started! Thank you!~
