Depending on whether or not you have shit to do today, I'd say wait until you naturally feel like sleeping and at that point, sleep. Unless you straight up go to bed, you probably won't get a full night's sleep and should be able to sleep enough tonight to be righted by tomorrow. ^_^

Of course, this is an old post so you may well have fixed this by now XD

The average sleep cycle lasts for 90 minutes, just about. So if you go to sleep again, do it in increments of that. You'll feel the most rested that way. Maybe sleep for 3 hours or so if you don't have much to do that day, just to get you through the rest of the day. At least I wouldn't be able to get through like 19 hours on only 3 hours of sleep...

This really depends on you a lot. It also depends on what you have to do tomorrow.

I will just say this: if you are going behind the wheel of a vehicle, go to bed. Vehicles are weapons. Get at least 6 hours of sleep before driving one.

I personally subscribe to the 4/20 rule. Four hours of sleep, twenty hours of being awake. Don't try it.

I tend to find stable sleep good because every time I knock out eextremely late I have extremely unproductive tommarrows.

Though good hydration seems to factor into it more.
