A couple of Slice of Life ideas~ A few are romance, some are friendship, others are family. Any of the romantic ones can become pure friendship, and vice versa. I am also open to discuss changes.

1) In a stark contrast to his pale, washed out face, dark rings had formed underneath Charlie's soft, chocolate brown eyes. The exhaustion the young man felt was clear for all to see, piling upon him like snow on a mountain top during a severe blizzard.

Head resting upon his desk, the ravenhaired male had opted to try and relax for a few moments whilst the classroom was quiet, eyes closed and breathing slowed as he slumbered. But, with the resounding bang! caused by someone else slamming a door further down the hallway, he jolted awake with a sudden gasp of surprise.

For weeks now, he'd been unwell, feeling constantly nauseous, lethargic and generally under the weather, even at the best of times. But now, he felt worse than ever before, and was genuinely surprised he'd made it as far as getting to school that day. Standing up, he swayed in place for a brief moment, before sitting back down upon the chair.

Going home seemed like the most plausible option at the moment in time, but he wasn't sure he'd make it back home on his own at all. He didn't drive, and there were no buses for a while. Anyway, today was a half day, so he figured he'd be okay.

(I'm looking for someone able to play his best friend. I figured she'd look after him for the first little part of the storyline, which would later focus on the two sporting and looking after one another, eventually moving in together. First as friends, then more as the relationship they share evolves over time.

This will be romance. Charlie is 18, so please make your character at least that age.)

2.) I'm simply seeking someone capable of playing a female character, to be the best friend/girlfriend of my character. Other then her being his age (18), I have no other requirements.

I'm setting this in England, where secondary school is still attended at 18.

___

Name: Thomas "Tom" Bridges/Taylen "Tay" Bridges.

Age: 18

Born March 9th, 1998 to Harry Martin Bridges and Margaret Elizabeth Bridges, Thomas always felt he didn't really fit in with other boys his age. He was never interested in football, or cars, and disliked rough and tumble types of games. He always preferred to play with dolls, pick flowers or sit and talk with the girls in his classes.

As a result of this, he was often teased and picked on by male classmates, though conversely, he often made good friends with female classmates and was quite popular with them. However, as they all grew older and progressed into Secondary School, this slowly began to change.

The school he started to attend at the age of 11 was the opposite side of town. Though he and a few others started to go there, he was struggling to maintain friendships. The people he'd once been with made new friends, whom weren't all that accepting of the gentler, more effeminate young man that Thomas was.

As a result of this, he was on his own for about half the school year, until a particular incident resulted in him and a female classmate becoming friends. Over the next year or two, they grew even closer, and became a couple at the age of 14. At first, they faced a lot of discrimination. Why?

Over the couple of years, Thomas had begun to accept himself, realising he was gender fluid. Many of his classmates had a problem with this, but it seemed his best friend would always be accepting of this. And that's all that mattered.

At 16 years old, Thomas moved out of his parents' home, first living with his girlfriend and her family, then moving into a new home with her at 18, He now goes by both Thomas and Taylen, the name depending on his mood and how he wants to dress.

__

Allowing a smile to cross his lips, Thomas swallowed and stepped through the halls, approaching his best friend and partner taking her hand in his own for a moment, before swallowing and kneeling down before her, holding a small, velvet red box open.

The two had been together since they were just 14, now both 18 years of age. Perhaps proposing in school wasn't the best thing he could do, but they'd been lucky enough to have the same lockers for the last 5 year. They'd met here about half a year after starting school, and almost 7 years later, he knew he didn't want to be with anybody else, as friends, let alone as the more that they were now.

"Marry me?" He spoke hopefully, opening the box to unveil a gold ring, her favorite jewel in the center. His dark green eyes were hopeful, red hair slightly in his face. Today, he was Thomas, dressed in the male uniform of a dark blue blazer, white shirt, black tie, black trousers and shoes.

He was used to be looked at, more so when he was "Tay", so to do something like this was braver then he ever anticipated himself being when he already knew how much others disliked him. But, he didn't care. He wanted to ask her to marry him, and they place they'd first spoken to one another was the best place, he'd decided.

The other option had been under the oak tree where they'd first shared a kiss, but he wanted to do it here, as a surprise for her. That, and the longer he waited, the more he'd loose his bravery.

3) "Happy birthday, sis!" Thomas grinned brightly at his twin sister, holding out a rectangular, brightly wrapped package, a card resting atop. The writing on the envelope and the present's tag were both his usual, messy scrawl, though it was evident he'd put effort into trying to make it look as neat as he possibly could do.

Currently sat upon her bed, legs crossed, the brunette was still dressed in his school uniform, the two having not long arrived home from school themselves. Thomas had gone straight to his room to retrieve the present and card he'd purchased for her, before returning to join her.

The present he'd given her was a framed photograph, one of the two of them stood side by side in front of a Ferris Wheel at a carnival, taken a year prior, on their 17th birthday. That had been a great day, and stuck out in Thomas' mind as one of the best days of his life so far.

"Thank you for sticking by me over this last year. I know it can't be easy having a gay brother." He teased her, kissing her cheek in a brotherly fashion. "But I wouldn't want anybody else to be my sister at all." Leaning back against her wall, he spoke again.

"You know, for saying we grew up in a children's home, I think we turned out alright."

(Non-incest, focusing on twins. I don't have too much of a plot, but I have a few I can draw ideas from, or we can create together.)

4) (I'm simply looking for someone able to double up for this storyline. I don't mind what your gender is, but I'm looking for someone to play a mother and a sister character. That is it for the family.

I will be playing James as the youngest brother, and the father of the family, Arthur. I can also play a partner for the older sister, if you so wish. In that case, I'll play a guy or a girl.

James is the youngest of the family at 15 years of age. That I will not change, under any circumstances. The plot can be discussed in depth, to adjust to the characters over the course of the story.

Initially, his father won't be accepting, and I haven't decided if he will or not, yet.)

"Guys? I need to talk to you.." James spoke, swallowing as he glanced over to see his family sitting at the kitchen table. He'd asked to speak to them all together earlier that day, and felt utterly nervous. This was big news for him to reveal to them, and it had taken him almost 6 months to pluck up the courage to tell them the news.

"I.." He looked around, then swallowed and spoke once more, brushing his blonde hair away from his features. "I..I'm g-gay." Looking down at the ground, he wasn't sure how they'd react to this at all. He just hoped they'd be willing to accept him.

Arthur glanced up at his son, then away, before slamming his hands against the table, making the blonde male jump in reaction to his father's actions. "No, no, you aren't! IT'S JUST A PHASE!" He yelled, booming voice filling the room. He was reacting worse then James had anticipated, starting to rant. He'd rarely gotten this angry with his children, and hadn't ever harmed them, so this side was even scarier.

With that, James bolted from the kitchen and upstairs, into his bedroom in a panicked state. Reaching his bed, he sat upon it and burst into floods of tears.

5) Head on his best friend's lap, a content little sigh passed by Matthew's lips. His soft, blue eyes were closed underneath the glasses he wore, his sandy blonde hair still damp from the shower he'd not long taken.

"I'm glad you're my best friend." He spoke in his quiet, tired voice. "But doesn't the fact I'm gay bother you at all?" Opening his eyes, he glanced up at her. "I mean.. It seems to bother others." His voice was as curious as the look in his eyes, his right hand resting atop one of her own. A slight sadness hung in his blue orbs, as if scared he'd loose her.

For she was Matt's only friend, and meant the world to him. Though he'd had other friends in the past, it seemed at though actually daring to come out had lost him many of those. He'd opted to see this as a good thing, as they couldn;t have truly been his friends... Yet, he couldn't help but slightly regret actually admitting his feelings.

Sitting up, he moved to rest his head upon his best friend's shoulder, a small sigh passing his lips once more as he tried to get as content and comfortable as he often felt cuddling up with his bestie. He wasn't too sure what he felt like doing at that moment in time, but was warm and safe tucked up against her.

His body ached, fresh bruises running up his left arm from where he'd been punched by others that day, adding to the older ones from the same set of bullies, whom would often pick on and torment him for his sexuality.

(Simple friendship concept. This will be set in year 11 of school in England, making the characters either 15 or 16 years of age.

As this isn't romantic, I am perfectly happy to have the two be twins, not best friends. A more in depth plot can be discussed, but the main focus will be on the typical school things. Trying to pass, bullying, school trips, etc.

If we do go for best friends, I think it would be interesting if she was popular, but friends with Matthew regardless of him being unpopular. )
