I've mostly just been feeling hungover And congrats on the PS4. I actually liked Jim's post a lot, it was short and to the point :) Anyway, I should have mine up sometime today.
Usually described as "plain looking", Kath is 1.71m, somewhat slim, but far from fit. All the time traveling between Venus, Earth and Mars inside a "problematic" ship gave her a rough look, even then, her naturally brownish skin is far paler than the ones that her earth-based sun bathed ancestors of both south american and iranian descent had. Unlike her two younger sister, her mother, and the whole north-iranian/central asian branch of her family , she does not have green eyes or chestnut blonde hair, but unlike her father she does not have the impacting solid black hair either, instead she, as previously mentioned, stands in a "meh" area, with an already grizzled hair and dark blue eyes.
Professional History and Skills
Currently owns a little trader ship called "Ferrara", a share of a mine in Venus and a backstreet restaurant in New York. At the age of 17, she started to study History in college but got expelled after smuggling drugs to other students. Is fluent on English, familiar with Spanish and Persian, and knows enough to "trade" in Chinese, French, Portuguese, Italian, Russian and Arabic. Also knows a bit of Latin from her half-way done History Major.
Misc
Her mother's family immigrated from Iran to Uruguay ten years before she was born, then, when she was five, her parents got divorced and she left for the U.S. with her dad. Due to this messy background she has little worry about ancestry or nation, often defending internationalist ideas.
Has a long history with the police, but usually only stuff involving smuggling, drug use and the sanitary conditions of her restaurant.
Despite the often nihilistic outlook on life and the junkie habits, she considers herself "pro-human" in some odd meaning created by herself. She thinks people care too much about animals and robots and are far too rough on good old mankind, who, in her own words, "Is trashy, yeah, but that is an achievement in a universe that follows neat freak laws"

So many abrupt moments where people who shouldn't do things did and said things, and frankly just some bad writing. However, I'm just glad it's out there now, hopefully can take a little more time crafting my posts from now on.

I enjoyed writing it, mostly. Got a bit bored towards the end, which is why it ended quite abruptly.
Hope you don't mind the amount of swears and the drug use too much. (That whole light thing is from personal experience btw )
I am okay with the swearing (as evidenced by my own post) and the drug thing is interesting too, so for me I see no reason to limit either of them. The only thing the Guild has any kind of issue with really is sex, which is why I intend to keep our distance from that. Otherwise, you're all good on my account unless someone is uncomfortable with it, in which case we can, as a group, decide our boundaries and limits.

Firstly, I want to introduce you guys to this website which I can see being very useful in timing our travels in this solar system. Secondly, we're creating a lot of new info here, maybe something we're all going to have to refer back to at some point, and I'd rather not make this OOC OP any larger and clumsier than it already is. What do you guys think to making a Google Doc containing all relevant information we come across/make and it can be accessible and editable by anyone who is part of this story? It would certainly make my life as the only operator of the OP easier, and it would allow you guys to put your data in as you see fit.
@The Scotsman I agree that we don't need the OOC OP being large and intimidating. Might I suggest something more like this?
It's kind of a glossary of information and would allow for multiple authors. Then, the OOC OP could have a single link for additional information/lore.

I guess you could re-write them if you get the time. I constantly re-read my work and make edits, usually grammatical but sometimes I like to add in small details or re-structure a sentence to make it flow better.
