Background: James is a former convict. At the age of 24 he was arrested and convicted for assault and battery after he attacked his mother's former husband, who kept stalking her even after the divorce. After he found out, James went to him, threatened him to leave her alone and after he refused James proceeded to beating him up really good. He spent 2 years in prison for this. After his release James's life became full of hardship. Because of his status as an ex-convict nobody trusted him and he had an almost impossible time finding a job. And to top it all off his mother died of bone cancer some time after his release. Eventually his uncle saved him and hired him as a mechanic at his car shop. It was a small business, just him and James, who didn't knew much at first, but learned very fast.

Skills:
- A very talented mechanic. There's no car he can't fix, as long as he has the right tools.
- Good hunter. Before being imprisoned, James used to go hunting with his grandfather and uncle quite a lot. After jail, he continued to go hunting but was forced to use a recurve bow that his uncle bought him because he couldn't carry firearms anymore.
- Marksmanship. All these years of hunting with either firearms or bows made James quite a good marksman that rarely misses his target.
- Mixed martial arts. During the 2 years he spent in prison, James learned some MMA from his cellmate. It was a good time waster, plus it helped against some of the more annoying inmates.
