Agent Name:

Alexander Callahan

Agent Code Name:

Bear

Age:

Thirty-Five

Gender:

Male

Appearance:

Picture encouraged for the portrait!

Armor:

Collosus Tesla Armor

Clothing:

A thick pair of khaki jeans, a white shirt, and a thick brown coat that reaches to his knees.

Weapons:

Gatling Laser, Plasma Defender, Combat Knife

Miscellaneous items:

Sunglasses when outside and not in his armor.

Forces of habit:

Will normally pace around if forced to stand rather than sit for extended periods of time.

Biography:

"There are stories, you know, of the White Bears. Few years back, 'fore the Enclave got up here, White Bears ran most of the area. Towns 'nd villages were under their control, paying tribute 'nd such. Vaults that were open usually had a few of the Bears in them, to make sure they stayed open to give their food and munitions to the tribe.

The Bears were probably the strongest and most powerful force this side of Canada for the longest time. They went on a bloody path through the eastern snowlands, swooping down from up north, curling around the south, and then coming into the center, forming their new territory around the area. All tribes that didn't submit were destroyed, the men butchered, the women raped, and the children enslaved. Hell, most that did were split in half, some integrating while others were murdered. But, the worst of them all was Magnus, the Beast of the North.

Bastard was one mean son of a bitch. No one really saw his face, knew who he really was. Wore one of the old world gas masks over, as if scared to show his face. Or, perhaps, to scare those who fear the unknown. You always knew when Magnus was there. Had a big ol' laser minigun, probably looted from one of them Vaults, and the black he wore made him stand out in the snow. He really was a bear among men.

But then rolled in the Enclave. The Bears were used to going up against tribals and poorly trained militias. Even the Vaults were childish in their security. The Enclave, there was a trained army. Bears put up a hell of a fight, but they all knew it was a losing battle. Those that didn't die, scattered. Magnus, they never found him. On the field of the last battle of th White Bears, they founded a cracked gas mask and a burnt out minigun. The bloody trail of Magnus ended there. But everyone knows he ain't dead. He's hiding. Scheming. Hating. And we all fear the day he returns, because it will be with a vengeance."

Alexander began his life in a small town on the edge of Enclave territory, making a name for himself as an excellent hunter and probably the toughest son of a bitch around. From drunk brawls to shootouts between enemy towns, Alex would be the one to come out on top. His name only grew as he left the town, moving around to the bigger settlements to take up larger and more dangerous jobs, as if mocking death's inability to grab him.

Having shown to be quite proficient in the art of killing things and his seemingly inability to die, the mayor of one of the larger settlements brought him in as a personal bodyguard, which Alexander generously accepted. This cushy life kept him happy for nearly a year, until the boredom of monotony set in. Quitting that job, and having to shoot his way out of an angry mob of guards while leading his own faction of "Mayor-Haters", Alex made his escape while inadvertently causing an overthrow of the government in that city.

To avoid a repeat of the last job, Alexander, much to his distaste, joined up with the Enclave. After his initial refusal to be among the common troop, and proving his efficiency in most ranged weaponry, he was allowed to become a heavy trooper... Though, even that was too comfortable for him. He needed something more, something exciting, something dangerous. He needed something that would get his blood pumping, and that would drive fear into the hearts of other men.

So, naturally, he'd practically throw himself at anything that proved to be more of a challenge to someone of his talent.

--

The events of Idaho changed Alexander very little. He is still reclusive and quiet among the Enclave, and even to his fellow team members. In fact, some would say that he has become even more distanced than he had been before. This reservation and distance, he feels, will keep him emotionally detached when the rest of his squad dies. And, if asked, he would assure anyone that the rest of the squad would die on one of their missions. Even him.

Directly after Idaho, he began to spend even more time with Dimitri, which was saying something. The time he spent there, however, was not idle. Modifications, upgrades, were made to his right arm. Steel and copper were woven into his flesh and around his bones, augmenting his steadiness, his strength, even the speed at which he could draw. Skin was regrown around the improved arm, and other than a few laceration scars, none could tell the difference. And none were told, other than those that needed to be. To the Enclave, the improvements in his arm were simply implants, standard for most of the veterans. Not even Andrew was told about the cybernetics. And the Bear intended to keep it that way.

Agent Name: Harrison Churchill

Agent Code Name: Winter

Age: 28

Gender: Male

Appearance:

Armor: Assassin Suit, just with a torn American flag wrapped around his mouth like a scarf, as a method of identification on the field. (would like to get Stealthsuit Mark II later)

Clothing: He usually wears an imitation of a Pre-War Buisness Suit, because he likes its look. (Think Tony Stark), and a set of aviators

Weapons: He carries a Combat knife for those many times when he has to get up close and personal, along with a silenced .22 for his blitzkrieg moves. His main weapon is a black Marksman Carbine , which has been rechambered for the 6.8mmx43, and is without a scope. It also has a holographic sight taken straight from the Enclave labs.

Miscellaneous items: A whole collection of Pre-Canadian Takeover American Flags, a whole bunch of chocolate, and a supply of cigarettes. A bandolier of 6.8mm ammo, and a couple of .22 cartridges taped to his thighs.

Forces of habit: He falls asleep quite easily, although he can resist it for important things. He's constantly eating chocolate, which is not an admirable thing. Yet he manages to stay very healthy

Biography: "See, back in Wisconsin, they used to tell us stories about the luckiest man to have ever lived. Probably a folktale, but its one worth hearing nonetheless. They say he was born down in ruins Adson, to people coming from that strange place, the Institute. Now Adson is a harsh mistress, and lord knew what those eggheads were doing in there, especially if they was preg.

The Deathclaws, the remnant gang who moved up there, not the monsters, mind you, slaughtered them only a a couple of months after he was born, yet the men missed him. He survived, but now as a six month year old child, how could he have survived? No one knows the EXACT details, but its said that one of the Deathclaw women DID find him. She must 'ave taken him in, and raised him. Now you know 'em Deathclaw bastards. A splinter group of the Great Khans, with basically the same rituals and stuff.

The kid must've been real scared of their initiation ritual, with all that beating and punishment they have in in. Who wouldn't be? Obviously not the Khans or the Deathclaws. But the kid wasn't made for it. When he turned fifteen, they tried to bring him out, but thats when his personal luck kicked in. He was brought into the circle, and the men were let loose upon him. Somehow, he managed to survive by attacking back, something no one had done before. In a fit of desperation, he fought back, and he fought dirty. The minute he had a slight bit of respite, adrenaline kicked in for the boy. He ran, climbed the fence of the encampment, and disappeared into the snow.

Word is, he made his way into Canada after several years out in the wild, where he'd often have the luck of being able to dodge flash snowstorms most of the time. The stories don't say how long it took him, but once he finally arrived in Canada, they say he was half dead, and nearly anorexically thin. When he finally recovered, he demonstrated his prowess at hunting, as it was the only job he could take in the small town he'd come to. He had a great shot of an 8/10 accuracy once he learnt how to use a gun, yet he was always one to get in close for the kill. Not hand to hand, for he was too much of a cat for that, but he'd apparently shoot from as close as he could get.

He never said much about where he came from, and completely forgot his real given name. The one he gave himself were a combination of those from the old holotapes that he would often see. An actor and some important man.

He worked as a hunter, and was extremely successful, getting his hands on some of the best meat, thanks to his guardian angel of luck. I guess you'd say that the story involves the word "luck" a lot, but thats how it goes.

But one day, as he came home after a hunt, a man approached him, and talked to him. Thats where the story ends
No one knows of what happened to him. The Wasteland got him, as they say.

Extra: Don't EVER take his chocolate. Melancholy he may appear, but that's his personal Berserk Button. Oh, and Adson is Madison. Toronto turns into Ronto, so why not Madison into Adson?

"Fighting Dirty", also known as kick to the nuts.

And the chocolate thing? He had never had it before, but it was the first thing he ate that was luxurious after his terrible hike through Wisconsin and into Canada, so it became an addiction faster than you could say "Blew up Megaton for fun"

Agent Name
Tristan McBay

Agent Code Name
Ginger

Age
25

Gender
Male

Appearance
See picture above. Thanks to Bear he is missing his top left canine.

Armor:
Coyote Neural Assistance Power Armor

Clothing
Mechanic's jumpsuit, utility belt, combat boots, white t-shirt.

Weapons
He almost always carries a .44 Magnum and a trench knife for those just-in-case moments. The Gauss Rifle he takes with him into the field is meticulously cared for. The phrase, "86'd" has been painstakingly emblazoned on the side of the gun.

Miscellaneous Items
An old, wrinkled photo of him and his twin brother when they were kids. Sunglasses (only wears them if the occasion calls for it), lighter, deck of cards and a flask. When in the field he has started taking Rad-X before every mission and carries extra with him to negate the harmful effects of his armor's overdrive mode.

Forces of habit
He's a smoker. Not a pack-a-day habit mind you, but he'll take what he can get and it's just enough for the scent to linger.

Biography
The old folks used to gather around and talk about how life used to be down in Vault 86 before the Enclave, but Tristan could never really remember what it was like. He had been too young and too concerned with smaller things. When did all the vault dwellers get replaced with men in uniforms? Why were he and his brother forced to sit and learn in a room full of other kids with a mean and sour old man for a teacher? What were these red, white and blue banners going up all over the place? Why were Mom and Dad gone almost all the time? Where could he get an amazing suit of armor like those? As he grew these memories faded from being new and confusing to just being his memories.
Though born to Canadian parents the twins, Tristan and Lucas, had an upbringing that molded them into the most upstanding of American citizens. From a young age they had their little imaginations filled with images of the patriotic Enclave soldiers triumphing over the devious and mutated monsters to the south and taking back what had been stolen from them. It was their right, their destiny and the American dream would see it come to fruition. All the schooling and hard labor wouldn't be for naught. Good will always triumph over evil. Often the two boys would play with finger guns, running down the vault corridors, acting out battle scenes between the Enclave and their enemies.

"BANG!" Tristan yelled, "Raaarrrhhhggg! Muah, ha, ha! I got you human!"
Lucas collapsed to his knees gripping his side, "Uhg! No! You'll never take me alive you freak! BANG!" he returned fire.
In turn Tristan would fall over in a rather comical, overly-dramatic supermutant death. The two would laugh and continue their games. Then one day someone put real guns into their hands.

Training began at an early age for the children of Vault 86 and the twins were no exception. It was hard at first. The drill sergeants were not easy on them just for being kids. They were treated like adults, like soldiers. Come rain or shine or harsh Canadian winter they were out there training like their lives depended on it. Time and time again they were reminded that soon enough their lives would indeed depend on it. As they grew under the Enclave hand it became obvious who the stronger brother was. Lucas. Where as Tristan was more focused on adolescent jokes, keeping himself amused and girls, his brother had a much more quiet and serious demeanor. He became focused in his studies and ruthless. He didn't have time for the games anymore. Not when their was a whole country left to conquer. Every time Tristan met up with him he seemed to have his eyes set south.
It was graduation. The twins had made it to what the Enclave military considered adulthood, they had passed every test, overcome every challenge, and most importantly they knew what they were fighting for. At least they thought they knew. They Enclave had been pretty clear on that after all. Assignments were being handed to all the graduates.

"Where do you think we're going?" Tristan asked, his grin betraying his excitement.
"... 'We?'" Lucas cast him an incredulous glance, "They aren't going to be sending us to the same place. It doesn't work like that."

Tristan didn't even have time to look shocked before an officer, holding a clipboard, stepped in front of him and shouted his name. Sure enough, they both had different assignments. He didn't know why he hadn't thought of that. They had always been together so he just assumed it would always be that way. They would be guarding the Enclave territorial holdings along the Canadian border. Lucas was being sent east and would not be far from the ruined Ronto. Tristan was being sent west. It was only days before they were saying their farewells to their parents and to each other. Lucas told his brother to fight well, for the American dream. Tristan told his brother he bet he would get more kills than him. Lucas only smirked, shook his head and walked away.
It was quieter out west than he had expected. Sure there were raiders, mutants, ghouls and the occasional Legionary to pick off, but somehow it wasn't as fulfilling as he had imagined. His first kill was a ghoul. Feral or not it wandered too close to the perimeter. Tristan looked down the barrel of his rifle and took the shot without a second thought. The thing fell motionless. That was it. There was a small pang of excitement, a small pang of guilt, a small pang of killer instinct. As he crouched in the snow, his joints seizing up from hours in the endless, miserable cold, he realized, however, he didn't feel the pride or glory he had been promised. He decided it just wasn't a very glorious circumstance and so he waited for the next kill. There was a raider attack on one of his patrols. Two soldiers and at least fifteen raider scum were dead. By the end of the skirmish Tristan had racked up two more kills and had been close enough to become splattered in blood that was not his own. He had fought well. He still felt no pride or glory.
A month later he got a letter. It was from the Enclave and quite formal from the look of it. It was exciting to have a small break in the monotony of his post and he tore into the letter with a smirk.

We regret to inform you that on the 22nd of November... killed in action... supermutant ambush... compensation... loss... the... we... a...
Tristan couldn't get through it. He crumpled up the letter, threw it into the snow and ground it into the dirt with his foot. He couldn't move. Lucas was dead.

"It's part of life, kid," an officer grumbled at him, "Get your gun and get over it. You have a job to do."
"You still bitchin' 'bout that?" his patrol mate moaned, "Shit, you'd think nobody'd got shot the hell up 'round you before."
"That's too bad." "It happens." "What's wrong with you?" "Get over it." "Nobody cares."

It felt like everything was ablaze that night. The outpost was on the verge of falling. Men screamed and shouted all around him, but it was drowned out by the roars of the supermutants. They had skin like rawhide and skulls like steel. Tristan felt his hands shaking as more and more of the bullets from his standard issue rifle seemed to just bounce of their immense bodies. It was hopeless, but he couldn't bring himself to stop, to run away. The thought that maybe just one of those shots would strike gold and bring one of those monsters what it deserved was too good. An explosion rocked him and sent him plummeting from the wall where he once stood. The ground hit him like a kick in the guts from out of nowhere. All was silent now except for one continuous high note blasting in his ears. More fire. There was a large hole punched through the outpost wall and beyond that a huge lumbering figure. Gun. Where's my gun? He scrambled around in the mud but the rifle was long gone. Getting up right seemed impossible. He was panicking. Once, twice he lurched and fell. The third time he tripped over a corpse. A high ranked officer judging from the blood and dirt stained uniform. Clutched in the man's death grip was one of the biggest God-damned guns Tristan had ever seen. At this horrible moment it was a beautiful, perfect beacon. He wrenched it out of the dead man's arms and steadied himself on his feet, facing the wall. The lumbering figure was stepping through the breach and it saw him. Though there was still no sound in Tristan's world the beast's maw opened in a roar and it flung it's massive arms out causing thick slabs of muscle to ripple around it's frame. It charged. The ground shook under it's weight. The all too young soldier pulled the gun up and fired. The recoil was nearly enough to knock him off his feet and the electrical discharge that spiraled down the barrel was blinding. The monster's head came clean off it's shoulders.
Another kill. There was still no pride and no glory. How could there ever be in this hellish filth called a battlefield? But there was definitely something there, and it was so much better. Retribution.

Years later, while celebrating his 75th supermutant kill, Tristan was approached by a man who came bearing an opportunity he could not refuse.

After the bombing in Idaho he has become far less carefree and focuses much of his free time on training and bettering his survival and combat skills. Despite the new-found determination he remains chatty and happy. The crushing failures have humbled him and the cocky attitude he once had toward life has faded away.

Extra
Tristan hardly does anything without a smile and likes to talk and joke. However when it comes to training and combat he is very focused and intolerant of shenanigans. He never speaks about his family or brother.

Agent Name: Andrew Ryan Harper
Agent Code Name: Deathstroke
Age: 35 (Was 34 before Idaho, had a birthday a month later)
Gender: male
Appearance:
New Armor and Face
Armor: Having shed his skin disease, somehow, Andrew now no longer wears a helmet or hat and he's grown his hair out a bit. Quite a bit.

Clothing: Normally he wears a modified enclave uniform that retains the dark gray color. Other times he tends to wear a cyan shirt under a black jacket with two stripes on each shoulder that are the same color as the shirt along with dark blue cargo pants and black combat boots.

Weapons: With him at all times, located in his boot, is his personal KABAR.
When he is in the field however, he primarily carries 3 weapons.

His beautiful hand crafted L115A1 that he deliberately named "Anna" that acts as his primary weapon. With a stronger scope and higher caliber (.444 Marlin) ammunition than other variants, it's suited for long range sniping and support. Deadly and accurate, he refuses to let anybody but himself use it as the kickback from the .444 round could knock out a normal wastelander.

As a secondary he carries his beloved customized .50 AE Desert Eagle in his holster. He tends to use the pistol more than Anna as he often finds himself in close combat.

Finally, as his melee weapon, he uses a double edged sword with a flat tip that can trigger a surge of electricity from the battery in the handle.

Miscellaneous items: several clips for both Anna and his pistol. located in the pouches on his armor. Also in the pouches are two packs of cigarettes. He has a satchel on his back that holds several other long-term items, such as some food, water, flashlight, batteries, metal teapot, tea, flint, and a blanket.
Forces of habit: He tends to avoid human contact as much as he can because of his skin disease. He is also a heavy tea drinker and is actually addicted to the caffeine.
Biography:
"Tinker Tailor Soldier Sailor, My bullet punishes all without distinction."

Andrew's life was not an easy one by any standard. He was born into the Enclave military several years before the fall of the D.C. Enclave. It was found out quickly after he was born that he was cursed with a very rare allergy that, if not for his mother's intervention, almost had him put down before he knew what was going on. Whenever he made skin contact with anybody but himself, he broke out in hives and his immune system was weakened temporarily. If too many people touched him with bare skin at once, it was projected that he would go into a coma from his body's reaction. Thus, to cope, he constantly wore gloves, long sleeve shirts that were tied into the gloves, high collars, hats, long pants. Kept underground, he was treated differently than the other cadets in the bunker of Raven Rock, treated as scum, beaten, slapped, called "mutant", "Freak", "Degenerate". They made him bitter and cold to the world. At fourteen, When it came time for the boys to enlist, he was denied and was told to go clean and be a maid as it was the only thing he was good at. Angry and sick of being mistreated, the teen attacked the recruiter and pulled him to the ground. The recruiter had no way to fight as the boy sat on him and dug his knees into his shoulders. Try as he might, the "Sickly boy" had a definite grip on him, and the punches he threw only reinforced the accusation.

Unfortunately, the boy didn't know when to stop. Punch after punch was landed into the recruiters face. He unleashed every bit of pent up anger within his body that had built up over fourteen long years and eventually...the recruiter stopped breathing, and the commander finally pulled him off of the poor bastard. He was impressed with Andrew's tenacity and courage to stand up to bullies and he was placed into immediate training. Though, the courses would not last long however as he was soon pressed into combat as the Enclave emerged in the D.C. area thanks to Colonel Autumn's attack on Project Purity. On multiple fronts the invasion of the D.C. area was a long and bloody one that nearly lasted out the year. His training was accelerated and he was put into power armor with barely any knowledge of how to operate it. His first deployment was straight into the D.C. area against the brotherhood of steel. Bastards that fought against the thought of American freedom in the pursuit of technological devices.

He was forced into the mantle of a standard soldier. The vertibird doors opened and he was the first out and the first to be on the asphalt as a sniper bullet pierced his armor and tore up his left shoulder. His squad mates stepped on his struggling body and pressed on without him. The street was littered with cars and craters as they used their explosive weapons to try in vain to gain ground on the brotherhood. Immense pain in his shoulder, he dragged himself to a nearby car and took cover. A sniper was there trying to pick off the brotherhood from long range, but many of his shots were horrible and before Andrew could pop to try and provide covering fire for the sniper, the man's head exploded in a gory and metallic mess that sprayed everywhere as he fell back. He reached over and grabbed the sniper rifle and popped for just a second so he could see the thirteen or so brotherhood still fighting with his four squad mates. Just as his head went back into cover a .308 bullet pierced the side of the car and nearly took his head off, but it made a distinct sound.

He waited until he heard the same boom of the sniper again before popping and using the car to steady the gun and took aim. He saw the flash of the sniper's lens on a rooftop at the corner. Accounting for gravity as best as he could he took the shot but missed by a mile as the bullet impacted several feet below the enemy's position. He barely had time to duck back below before the sniper's bullet whizzed by his head. The helmet clogged his vision, made it too narrow. He undid the fasteners and threw aside the helmet before waiting for the boom of the sniper again as he picked off one of his squad before popping again and having a clear view of the sniper. He readjusted his aim before taking the shot again and this time, the enemy's helmet exploded and he fell to the ground. He reached down and grabbed a new clip for the sniper rifle from the dead sniper and reloaded before proceeding to pick off the other BOS members one by one.

At the end of the day, most of the squad was lost, but the survivors reported the success of the battle being the direct result of the "Sick boy's" sniping. Since that day, he was given a .308 and was permitted to not use a helmet in battle. He went on several more excursions into the D.C. Area, but even though his squad was mostly successful, other squads were not and they were eventually pushed back to Adam's Airforce Base after Raven Rock's loss where he once again proved his mettle in taking down Sarah Lyons with a clean bullet through the bitch's head as well as two of her Lyon's Pride dogs. Unfortunately, he never got sight of the Lone Wanderer and the Mobile Base Crawler was sabotaged and the missiles rained down on the Pentagon. The Enclave called for a full tactical retreat and he was on one of the last vertibirds to the far north.

Nary a month of moving later, he was deployed against a lower scum than the BOS, the Raiders that called themselves the "Bears". They were filth, no challenge. They were disorganized and feral...and they dropped like flies. In the war against the bears, Andrew accumulated at least two hundred kills over a Three year period. After the bears were wiped out and the majority of southern Canada had fallen under the righteous hand of the Enclave the action seemed to slow down as they spent the next several years establishing a heavier dominance in Canada. But it was far from the end of his service in the Enclave and far from the end of his fighting in the US as a certain commander approached him with an invaluable offer...

___

Post Idaho, Andrew had become a harder, more solemn man. He didn't fight to fight anymore, he fought to survive. The enclave having lost his respect. He is beginning to doubt them and even hate them, taking stock in his friends and squadmates. Though he's still a hardass in missions, he has become more of a joker, but is has also become a realist, not believing in faith or holding anything back. He'll tell somebody how stupid they are up front instead of waiting for the mission to end.

Agent Name: Lucy Cipher
Agent Code Name: Archangel
Age: 27
Gender: Female
Appearance:

Armor:

Clothing: Pip-Boy 4000, Standard Issue Underwear
Weapons:

Miscellaneous items: Vault Canteen, Various drugs, Medical Equipment, a jar for collecting eyeballs
Forces of habit: Lucy is a compulsive hoarder, specifically, anything she can read (Regardless if she has any interest in the material) and more morbidly, people's eyes. She says it helps her remember who they are "When I can look them in the eyes". She also has a minor addiction to Black Coffee; not so much that it's seriously detrimental, but it can be fairly distracting to have it around or simply mentioned near her. She's also something of a quick shot, able to shoot quickly but with no regards to accuracy. This makes her somewhat trigger happy, if she doesn't simply punch you.
Biography: Lucy was born in raised in Vault 103. Their vault's mission was simply survival, but more specifically, scientific research. To survive the nuclear apocalypse and build back from the ashes. Lucy was born in the ordinance research and disposal sector; she would deal with weapons like bombs and guns, to disarm them and create them. She started young, right receiving her basic education, and went right into researching things as simply as a tin-can grenade to nuclear warheads. By the time she was a teenager, she could create a high-yield nuclear device with some cleaning fluids and nukacola. And she'd need that knowledge too; when she was a teenager, she was sent out with a exposition crew into the wasteland.

Lucy's first expedition was to the north-west, to a derelict robot facility. Their sources said that the facility was still operational, and it would be a great boon for the vault to have a ready supply of robots in their service. Lucy came along to deal with any explosive issues, as well as provide an extra gun. She was given a standard issue laser rifle, which she would later customize and alter into something devastatingly powerful. But they met with a lot of resistance along the way; raiders from the east, wild animals, rogue machines. It was the latter that allowed Lucy to begin developing her skills with machines; while the others were satisfied with simply destroying the robots, she sought to use them. She would attempt to repair them, or turning them to her side before they would be destroyed. She didn't always succeed, but with constant effort, she was making large improvements. By the time they reached the robot facility, she was as capable of running it as their designated robotic expert. But this was where things took a slight turn for the worse.

While Lucy always kept her knowledge of robots to a minimum, the robotics expert grew mad with power. After they had activated the facility, they took control of many robots, including the combat capable sentry bots. There was at least fifty of them, fulled armed with Gatling weapons and explosive launchers. The robotic expert wanted to take over the facility for himself, and use it to make his own nation. Some of the team joined him, but not Lucy. She knew what their mission was, and she was not about to let one man hunger for power bring it down. Working under his nose, she began to sabotage the robots, knowing that if she had altered their programming she would be quickly discovered. She rigged their rocket launchers to self-destruct, shorten their fusion batteries, disabled their combat inhibitors. When she finally spoke out against the rogue leader, he was quick to use his machines to execute Lucy. But the robots turned against him, destroying each other and killing him and his collaborator. Lucy hid during the chaos, only coming out to defend herself when she was found. After the robots wiped out the rogues, Lucy went about restoring their programming, repairing the damaged robots, and trying to contact the Vault about her mission.

Lucy's results had mixed reactions from the vault. On one hand, she was commemorated for securing the facility. But many had died during the short uprising, some of them people of high standing. Lucy did not want to risk going back to the Vault on her own, as even if she could get past the dangers on the way, there was likely many angry inhabitants who wanted her blood for what happened, regardless of why it did. So she stayed at the robot facility, plying new skills there. She quickly became quite knowledgeable with robotics, and used their spare parts to improve her weapons. Lucy would occasionally send a robot or two to gather supplies for her, usually by finding a local populace that was not hostile and trading them a robot for a good amount of supplies (Food, Med, Ammo). She also got into the habit of having the robots collect her reading materials, as her time at the facility was quite lonesome.

For years Lucy stayed at the facility, occasionally getting messages from the Vault about her current situation while sending them any help she could get. But aside form a few wanderers, no one ever stayed to help her. She'd trade with them, give them a robot for a good amount of supplies, even patched them up a little with what medical knowledge she had. This became something of a new occupation; not many had the need or supplies to trade for a robot, but her ability to purge their bodies of impurities like rads or chems made her service as a doctor more renown than in robotics. But with her fame came it's troubles. Though she had no problems with bandits thanks to her robots, one incident cost her her right arm. A well armed raider group came in and made a mess of the facility, and while they all died during the initial attack, Lucy's arm was blow clean off. Stabilizing herself using stimpacks, she quickly went to one of her Mister Gusty models and programmed it for a medical operation; to save her. The operation took days, where she faded in and out of life and death, but eventually she survived. Her arm was a good as gone, but she wasn't about to let it be.

Using the materials at the facility and all her knowledge, she created a new arm. An arm of steel, one that would help her survive the wasteland. She modeled it after a powerfist, fitted with a barrel attached the the forearm where she could load various explosive shots. She also had to create a harness for the right side of her body in order to handle the strength of her new hand, but after some test runs she was able to use it like it was natural. But the incident reminded Lucy that she could not stay here any longer. She contacted the Vault and demanded reinforcements, or she'd have to keep the robots at the facility in order to protect it. And to her surprise, she got an answer. The Enclave.

They came in mass amounts of vertibirds, and Lucy had to shutdown her robots to prevent them from opening fire. They claimed to be there on behalf of the Vault to provide assistance for Lucy, but before she could even ask why or for a clarification, she was taken away from the facility and shipped back to the vault. All her years of work, taken away from her. The Enclave took over the facility and booted Lucy back to Vault 103, where she had to deal with the friends and family of the people that had came with her during the initial exploration. It was stressful, to say the least. Many times she nearly came to blow with various of the vault dwellers, and was thinking of striking out on her own when the Enclave contacted her for an offer...
After the disaster at the NCR Airbase, something in Lucy changed. Before she only fought for the Enclave because they found her first. But for what she did for them, and what the NCR did to her, Lucy grew cold and jaded, at least more so than before. Upon returning to base Lucy requested time off Eagle Squad to settle certain affairs. After filing out perquisite paper work, Lucy returned to her home Vault of 103 and gave the Overseer an ultimatum; turn over power to her or the Enclave will occupy the vault. There was out range over the demand, but Lucy quelled their arguments. The Enclave had taken a deep blow, and now require additional resources and support from the Vaults allied to them. If Vault 103 did not comply to their request, they would take what they need by force. Lucy convinced the Overseer and most of it's inhabitants through guile and intimidation, and while she knows there are dissenters among the ruling class of the Vault, she made sure to silence them in the future through negotiation, bribery, or assassinations. This was only the first step to Lucy's new development.

After taking control of the vault Lucy returned to the Enclave and requested access to the robotics factory that she once took over so long ago. When she was given clearance, she had the majority of the Vault Inhabitants work in the factory, creating and researching new types of robots to serve the Enclave. Lucy herself spearheaded the research for what she calls the D374-TP Combat Robot. Using the AI she developed for ADA, Lucy and her vault created a new, more powerful body for ADA to use her AI more extensively. When the first D374-TP was created and made into a success, Lucy put the order on the factory to develop more of them. They were fairly expensive, costing at least as much to make as Hellfire Armor, but Lucy was given funding after she demonstrated ADA's new abilities as a D374-TP.

After upgrading ADA Lucy returned to Eagle Squad. She never really interacted with them much before, and she certainly didn't do much more now. Lucy seemed to be more focused on leading small groups outside of Eagle Claw, either personally drilling potential recruits for Eagle Squad through a series of grueling and often inhuman practices, or regular Enclave Soldiers with a less-but-still-very-demanding training regime. Lucy also had long replaced her former Vault Suit and replaced it with a newly designed high-tech combat armor. The only one of it's kind so far, and is only some metal plates short of Power Armor. She also heavily modified her Disintegrator Rifle into something much more deadly, which she now names "Balmung". She modified her hand as well, and increased her Cybernetic parts with the help of Dimitri. Though many are wiser not to speak of it, some would say that Lucy has "Lost her humanity" since Idaho, and her upgrades reflect the change.

The biggest, and perhaps most concerning, change about Lucy is her new found assertiveness. While not one to subvert a direct order, Lucy has been operating and commanding others herself despite Andrew "Deathstroke" being her commanding officer, as well as her own petition into the higher ranks of the Enclave. Some see it as Lucy accepting the Enclave dogma, while others see Lucy as slowly attempting to take over the Enclave herself, just as she did with Vault 103. Time will tell what Lucy's plans are.

Extra: Lucy still doesn't trust the Enclave, but at this point she's already done so much for them that she stopped really caring. While she still does not always claim to be loyal to the Enclave, she still uses their resources and would defend them should anyone attempt to go against them or try to sway her to their cause. Has plans to take up a position of leadership within the Enclave Command to initiate new changes to their organization. Currently serves as "Overseer" of Vault 103 whenever she's actually there. She also has command links through every robot made at the Factory her Vault operates in, from the eyebots to the D374-TP. When possible she would have Recon Droids (Eyebots fitted for Stealth and Recon) deployed with her on missions.

Agent Name: Icarus Rose

Agent Code Name: Phoenix

Age: 24

Gender: Male

Appearance: something like this minus the death claw gauntlet.

Armor: riot gear minus helmet.

Clothing: roving trader's outfit

Weapons: Gehenna, 10 mm pistol, and a 40 grenade launcher.

Miscellaneous items: he carries enough medical supplies to provide self aid when injured and to treat up to 3 additional personnel.

Forces of habit: Icarus tend to be fairly good natured and always positive. He does not actively seek violence unless he determines it to be the only course of diplomacy (or orders). He is very knowledgeable about technology and human anatomy. He is tough and resilient. He has a slight masochistic tendency which might hide a subconscious self hatred.

Biography: Born and raised in the woods outside East Lancing, Michigan, Icarus had it rough. His community had to constantly fend off raiders, ghouls, and the occasional rogue robot coming from the radioactive ruins of Detroit. His parents were the village's healers and naturally he was trained and expected to be the next healer for the village. It was a task he happily embraced. He learned to treat radiation sickness, bullet wounds, animal bites, and other common aliments that befell the locals. His skills made him important to his community and he felt he belonged. His father was killed while on a hunt out in the woods by what the witnesses called a "big black bear that was more ferocious than the mythological grizzly bear." His mother was stricken with grief and died a month later after refusing food and water. Icarus was taken in by the tribe who encouraged him to perfect his healing art.

The constant dangers around the area and attacks from Detroit dwindled the numbers in his community. Until ultimately, raiders finally overran his communities defenses. Instead of fighting, he was told to flee with the woman and children of the town. He was sent wandering the Great Lakes region with other refugees. He already had standing with the villagers before, but now since he was the oldest surviving man, he became the unofficial chief of the newly nomadic tribe at the age of 17. He organized the survivors and lead them up to Lake Huron. He did not know what he would find there but he went anyways.

Once there he found an old shipping yard that had been abandoned except for scavenging radroaches. It was already fortified by high barb wire fences and cement structures. Icarus got his people inside and found refuge in one of the many prewar buildings. They got the electricity working once more and slowly began to explore the compound. There were two large cargo vessels still anchored in the shipyard. One was still seaworthy. The other got picked over for supplies. Icarus began assigning duties to man the fortifications and vowed that no one would take this place from us.

His people lived there for 3 years without incident. They worked out a farming rotation and fishing. They had electricity and warmth. It was a working paradise. It all came to a standstill when a strange sound came from over the water. Three verified came out of the clouds and descended onto the docks. All three landed and out came soldiers in shining power armor. From among the formidable force stepped a man who introduced himself. He explained he was from the Enclave and that they were America reborn. He also explained the importance of his tribes location and gave them an ultimatum. Be absorbed into the Enclave and rebuild America or be destroyed. His people took a vote and none said no. They were always American even after the bombs. When America came calling they gladly answered.

The shipyard got reinforced by Enclave forces who quickly turned it into a main crossing point for Enclave equipment. With the promise of the safety of his people at the shipyard, Icarus left his people to fight for the Enclave. He enlisted and shortly after his medical knowledge became useful to his new employers. His squad sustained heavy casualties when the Enclave pushed it's way east and south into Maine. They all survived because of him. From there he moved from squad to squad unit to unit for mission after mission. Power armor does a lot but there was no way to stop physics and when soldiers get hurt, someone has to give aid immediately otherwise death steals another soul away.

Name: Aria Hunter

Codename: Wraith

Age: 25

Biography:Born out in the west, Aria was raised in a small town just outside of control of the NCR. So small and out of the way it was, even raiders didn't seem to notice it all that much. While the village lacked firearms, they happened to have a small cash of old blades nearby. With a bit of sprucing up, many of them were ready for use. Nearly everyone in the village was trained to wield a blade, even if there weren't enough to go around, and Aria was no exception. By the time she was fourteen, she was easily as skilled as most of the adults, as they were around her age.

However, Aria was rather bored with their life. Meager farming and sparring with the others weren't really the most exciting things, especially if there was no danger in it. The only thing that really ever caught her attention was the occasional sight of a vertibird flying high above. After about the fifth or six time, she decided to take off in the direction it went. After about a month of walking and slicing up geckos, she managed to arrive at an Enclave base several miles north of her village. And, fenced off from her, the vertibird. Or, rather, vertibirds.

Of course, the moment she tried to climb the fence, alarms went off, and within the hour she was caught and brought in for questioning. Easily figuring out she wasn't NCR or part of the Brotherhood, she was given permission to leave. Which she denied. Several times, in fact. Rather than throw her out, the leader of the outpost decided to keep her on and train her to be a member of the Enclave, a soldier forged in youth to be loyal to the ideal of a rebirthed America. But, the soldier's life was not for her, as they all quickly figured out. She was a terrible shot, and honestly was all that bright. So, they put her in the only place they could - pilot training.

And damn was she good at it. She actually wasn't allowed in a cockpit until she was eighteen, but by then she had already learned the ins and outs of flying. And, with a little practice, she was easily the best of all the recruit pilots. The maneuvers she'd do in assessments were seen as insane and near impossible by the other recruits, and either reckless or genius by her superiors. At the age of twenty, she was finally put to test, doing runs through NCR territory and even over some holdings of Caesar's Legion. At one point, she flew a little too close to Boomer territory, and was nearly shot out of the sky... Nearly. According to the men on board, if it had been any other pilot, they would have been a fiery mess for the Boomers to loot.

And she only continued to impress, up until the point that when it came to choose a pilot for Eagle Claw, there really was no competition, and she flew herself all the way up to Canada just to serve the Enclave and Eagle Claw.

Other: She is crass, unrefined, and sarcastic. Won't hesitate to nearly blow up the vertibird to save it. Unshakable loyalty to the Enclave. Carries a 9mm sub machinegun and a Chinese officer's sword.

Agent Name: Ozymandius
Agent Code Name: Golem
Age: 38
Gender: Male

Clothing: Usually wears a tight fitting white tee shirts and Khaki cargo pants. Most sunglasses don’t fit his large head, but he found a pair off a corpse of a long dead supermutant.
Weapons:
Long bladed Proton Axe Due to the modifications to his armor, and his own Immense strength, he is able to wield it effectively with one hand.
A riot shield that he has been modified by Golem. It’s power source is made from a splicing of the cores from an abandoned power armor and a thermic lance. The shield itself has been reinforced with metal, welded onto the edges of the frame. The left and right sides of the shield have the kinetic energy storage devices stripped from supersledges. When powered, the shield can absorb blows that might knock back or seriously damage Ozymandius.
Sawed-off shotgun. The Fallout New Vegas one looks like shit

Inside a small bag attached to the back of his armor: a few uncharged Microfusion cells, some random scraps of metal, a pouch or two of primer, strips of fire gecko hide, a broken sensor module, some wires, and a few lead balls.
Forces of habit: When he is bored or just needs something to do he tinkers around with the things in his small bag. He can build almost anything that the kill team might need, and his specialty is tinkering with things. If you can think of a bastardized or unorthodox item you may need, Ozymandius may be able to create it.
Biography:
Time passes and all things fade. Stories lose their meanings and become shades of once great tales. Yet always there are whispers, small snippets of tales long forgotten. Things that find their way into folk tales and the stories to keep children in check. The memories of Enclave’s Eagle Point may have faded long ago, but many of the stories of the fabled squad will never fade.

Ozymandias; faded long into the past, whispers of what he once was still exist. They tell of a man with the strength of a supermutant. They tell of the tinker who created many marvelous machines and trinkets. Yet what they don’t tell of is who the Golem was.

Born in New Canaan, Utah his childhood wasn’t too exciting or dangerous. At least no more dangerous than any in this day and age. He grew up and his love for tinkering and creating became more and more obvious. When he came into adulthood, his hobby became a great asset to the town. The constant travel through the town created much demand for repairs and new equipment, but with the limited supplies available many of Ozymandius' creations were made from mash ups of parts scavenged from broken and traded equipment. The trade route prospered and Ozymandius' "business" grew.

The days that followed Joshua Graham's return proved difficult for everyone within New Canaan and Ozymandias was no different. When the White Legs attacked he had tried to defend his town and his people, but the White Legs proved too much and Ozymandias only survived because Joshua dragged him away. When the survivors regrouped along the Colorado River Ozymandias realized that his personal beliefs differed from Joshua Graham's, deep inside he blamed Joshua for the sacking of their home and he didn't think that he could work with such a man.

Bidding Daniel, Joshua, and the remaining survivors farewell and decided to take his chances in Nevada. His travels brought him through Novac where he found a place to stay for a short time. During which time he had more than a few encounters with Old lady Gibson, where she taught him a few things in exchange for a few creations. After a time though, it was time for him to move on, for all his time spent in Novac there was always something nagging at him. Novac was not his home and the people there weren’t his friends and family.

Once more leaving behind a new group of people, Ozymandias set out with only his small pack of tinkering parts and his sawed-off shotgun. During his travels he stumbled upon the Big Empty completely by accident. The travel through the desert had been hard and when he had arrived at the Big Empty, weak and out of ammo, he was not nearly as lucky as Elijah and Ulysses. Captured and experimented on though for some reason, maybe because of Mobius’ interference or just a fluke in the programing, he was left with his heart, spine, and brain intact. His musculature and bone structure were augmented by synthetic proteins. The man’s already immense strength was increased immensely. Though kept under control by the AI and Think Tank, eventually Ozymandias was able to escape when the security investigated Elijah’s escape. Though not left unscarred by his encounter at Big Mountain, Ozymandias realized that he would either have to return to the wreckage of New Canaan and try to find his old town’s people, or continue to the North in an attempt to find a new place to settle.

Setting out with his newly acquired augmentations and a stolen-modified Proton Axe, his travels took him further and further north. Everywhere on his travels he encountered many things, ranging from violent super mutants, irradiated animals, bandits and rogue militaries. Each encounter left him with more parts to tinker with and many scars both mental and physical.

Unknown to him the further north he traveled the more he became observed. His adventures brought him deep into the frozen wastes of Canada where he acquired new materials for his tinkering. Early on he discovered that the tanned skin of the mutated bears far to the north were a stronger material than his current gecko hide clothes. These new clothes were far stronger, warmer, and more comfortable than his current attire.

Yet though he survived on his own for a few years now, the effects were obvious. The deeper into Canada he traveled the fewer people he encountered. It was a month after the last human interaction that Ozymandias discovered an abandoned vault. The door mechanisms had long since frozen solid, but through long tireless hours of chipping at the ice with a near by rock, he was able to get the doors open.

Vault 100, a new home for Ozymandias. Through days of exploration he found that the first two levels were completely cleared of all life in any form. The living quarters were on the second level, completely void of any human residue aside from the structures themselves. For fear of his life in this terrifyingly empty vault, Ozymandias did not attempt to delve deeper, past the locks to the lower levels. Here he stayed for many months, salvaging parts from the abandoned vault and constructing things to help him survive. Hunting near by wasn’t too hard with his acquired strength. The mutant elk and wolves stood no chance against his strength.

The constant feeling of nagging that Ozymandias experienced no matter where he settled had barely begun to sink in, when a new noise brought him from his vault home. Several cold climate Vertibirds touched down, and Ozymandias was soon surrounded by soldiers of the Enclave. He was “arrested” and transported to a forward base for interrogation as the soldiers investigated the vault he had been staying in.

During the interrogations, he slowly began to tell of how he had arrived at the abandoned vault 100. The Interrogators took special interest in his time at The Big Empty, asking many questions that Ozymandias could not answer. Soon though, they told how they wanted to investigate into these augmentations, but the scientists warned that any involuntary research would trigger the technology to destruct, killing not only Ozymandias, but anyone who was attempting to research it. The Enclave and Ozymandias came to an agreement; Ozymandias would be given materials and technology to continue his creating and tinkering in exchange for working with the Enclave. They would be allowed to study his field performance and biannual examinations.

With a new purpose Ozymandias became acclimated to his new world. No matter what squad he was assigned to, he was always an asset. He modified his armor himself, the armor’s enlarged size gave Ozymandias his handle; The Golem as he was always there to defend his squad or remove a particularly nasty blockage. Finally he was assigned to Eagle Point. (ending pending, I’m out of words)
Notes: Honestly I don’t mind changing anything, so if you (Vash) or anyone else has a problem with something just let me know.

Agent Name: Melanie Briess
Agent Code Name: “Whisper”
Age:32
Gender: Female
Under the mask, there are several scars from knives and teeth.
Armor:

Post Idaho: Her armor is now an enclave-made combat armor, a hood built into it, and goggles. She always keeps her gasmask on her person, but rarely wears it nowadays. The armor is reinforced and will let her take a few more hits while keeping high on mobility.
Clothing: Often wears a tank top and baggy cargo pants with high tops.
Weapons:
-A large, razor sharp U.S. Military Machete
-Razor sharp military tomahawk that is balanced for throwing.
-Her personal rifle from the NCR that she has rechambered for 12.7MM rounds and made fully automatic.
Miscellaneous items: Bottle of pills issued from the Enclave to curb her more violent dreams.

Forces of habit: Often can be found talking to herself under her breath. Mel also has an uncanny amount of memory recall, and can remember the slightest details of a previous situation from ten years ago. She also takes pleasure in seeing violence and death, especially blood. Mel is approachable outside of missions, but hardly speaks unless necessary to her fellows or when she is thanking somebody. She is also known to just disappear from right beside people unpredictably. Tends to have horrifying dreams and sleepwalks.

Biography: Melanie was born into a small community near the border to canada, just a few hundred miles north of NCR territory. The town's name was Waterbank and it was the last bastion of the desert rangers. The citizens that made their home here were completely opposed to the NCR, descendants of the fabled Desert Rangers that were forced to join the NCR and fall under their expansionist greed. Many of the Desert Rangers resented them, and because of this, they went north to continue their work. The community was a little less than a hundred people and every single one of them was a trained soldier. Melanie was one of them, a proud Desert Ranger that was shown how to fight harder and better than any NCR Ranger Veteran out there, but she dreamed of leaving. By the time she was twenty, she was dreaming of exploring and seeing the world for herself, but something within her made her stay. Then...the mutants came. They were ruthless, coming from the west out of Seattle, they poured into the town and started a war with the Desert Rangers. They were able to hold them off for a very long time, six months. They were beginning to be brave and would sometimes send squads into mutant territory to kill as many as they could. Melanie was often part of the group. One excursion into their territory would change her life forever.

She and three of her friends were sent into a junk yard to clear out the muties and come back. A simple mission in thought, but something was different. When they entered the junkyard, weapons ready, it was quiet. Too quiet...they spread out to try and find out why it was so quiet. A scream would make her run to the other side of the yard, rifle at the ready. When she arrived with her other two squadmates, the scream had come from the bloodied corpse of a dead squadmate. His head was crushed and his body battered. They became scared and started to stick together, but that didn't matter. Just as they turned a corner, Melanie was hit hard with something, a fist made of concrete? A car? She didn't know, but she was thrown back through a car window and her skull was fractured.

When she awoke several hours later, she had no clue what happened nor any clue where she was. When she sat up and looked out of the car all she saw was blood. Her friends, strung up, parts placed into bags, intestines strewn everywhere, mutants walking around like nothing happened, clubs resting on their shoulders, guns on their backs...something inside her, something deep and dark inside her, snapped. She kicked the car door open and burst out, letting loose a blood curdling scream, firing her rifle on everything and everyone. The mutants didn't know what hit them and they dropped like flies...

After the incident...she wasn't the same. Returning home, she saw nothing but the faces of those she had lost, her closest friends. Dreams tormented her in both waking and sleeping hours. At one point, she disappeared from Waterbank, heading north. Part of her wanted to stay and slaughter every mutant, but the other side of her...forced her to leave, to get away, to try and let time heal her...unfortunately time would be something that wouldn't heal her at all. She found a new settlement in Canada, another couple hundred miles into the frozen tundra. They thought she was an NCR ranger and took her in immediately, she didn't object as they treated her with respect, but something in her made her want to kill every last one of them. She started to grow anxious, her hand was constantly on the handle of her machete and every person made her jump.

One night...she woke from a deep sleep, rested and relaxed, but she smelled strange. She went outside to try and see what was on her that made her smell strange and she screamed and fell to her knees. The moonlight glistened off of her clothing, massive amounts of blood covering her from head to toe. She looked around and saw the bodies of the townspeople all slaughtered. Mothers, fathers, children, elderly...all dead. She felt her face as pain tore across it and her finger slipped into a nasty wound. She screamed again and ran from the town, afraid of what she would do next.

She didn't know what she would do next. She ran for what seemed forever. Her wounds healed, but left scars. She found a gasmask and hid her face from those that she would meet. She never took it off. At one point in her travels she found an old shack. Heading inside she found that it had been the entrance to a small bunker. Inside there was plenty of food and water, it's original inhabitants having died long ago. She stayed there, alone. She was not bothered and finally came to peace with herself for the time being...that is until somebody...knocked on her door? The man in the uniform waiting on the other side would change her life forever and would be the first step to a real recovery, though she would never fully heal. Not killing everybody around her was a good start.

She joined the Enclave happily, quickly learning that their scientists could heal her skull, which had still never healed properly. She was helped and given a type of drug that stopped her from dreaming. But she had to give something back, something that would put her right back into the mental battlefield, she had to perform on the real battlefield...she didn't object too much at first and reveled in it after a while as with every kill she made, whether raider or animal...she grew more lustful for violence. Her inner being was being appeased by the carving of skulls. She rarely used her rifle anymore as she just used her two melee weapons to kill. To her there was something almost...sexual to killing somebody, extinguishing a life. She knew that she did not used to be like this and a more innocent side of her tried, constantly, to take back over. But it could do little to overcome the pleasure of death on her hands. After several years of being the personal kill-dog of the Enclave, she was approached by a high ranking official...

Post Idaho

After the loss of Idaho and seeing yet more lives extinguish in front of her eyes, especially Winter's life, Melanie had become a bit more reclusive, choosing to be away from her squadmates than near them, fearing that they too would die. Even on missions she would disobey orders and go off by herself, part of her wanting to die. Three weeks after Winter's death however, she had started to finally recover, instead becoming very friendly and more talkative. Smiling sometimes and even taking her gasmask off. She was however still reclusive, preferring to be alone. In addition, she had started to draw pictures, always looking for different types of artistic pencils or stencils while on a mission. She offered to color Tristain's armor, but he refused, unfortunately. The enclave offered to fix a few scars that were on her head that would allow her hair to grow back as well. She was reluctant to take their offer, but encouragement from the others had her hair growing back within a week. Though she always kept the gasmask on her, she stopped wearing it outside, and sometimes inside, missions. She even traded out her NCR Desert Ranger outfit for a set of Enclave branded light combat armor with reinforced plating.

Name: Dimitri Romanov

Age: 38

Biography: Dimitri was once a member of the White Bears, joined willingly from one of the most advanced of the the Canadian Vaults, Vault 19, one of the only two that joined willingly. The man was a scientific prodigy, passing many of his peers in the early days of his youth, and graduating the classes by the time he was ten. At the age of fifteen, he was fixing the sentry bots in the Vault better than the current mechanics, and could hack nearly any of the Vault's computers. So, when the White Bears appeared outside of the Vault, it was no wonder that the Bears took him along with them.

With the aid of Dimitri, one by one the other Vaults opened up to the Bears, and their defenses were turned on them. This earned him a spot with the greatest of the White Bears, even if he was the shittiest shot they'd ever seen. Which is how he met Magnus, the Beast of the North, before he was known as such. The pair became fast friends, Magnus always interested in hearing Dimitri's scientific talk, while the latter enjoyed watching the other use nearly every weapon with perfection. At one time, Dimitri even attached a small camera to Magnus's mask, videotaping the slaughter of an entire village so that he wouldn't miss a moment of it. It always gave him a little rush.

However, when the time came for the Enclave to take over Canada, Dimitri retreated back to Vault 19, where he sealed the door and locked out most of the White Bears. Within, he explained the situation to his fellows, and they all agreed that it would be better to try and parley with the new superpower of the North, rather than stick by the dying Bears. And, when the Enclave came, Dimitri opened the door and welcomed them with open arms and a treaty that was already written up with terms similar to those that had been negotiated with the White Bears.

Now, with the new ally made, Dimitri retreated into the depths of the Vault, locking himself up in his private labs. Supplied by the Enclave as per their treaty, he stayed there for the next five years, no one seeing him or hearing from him during the entire time, save the woman who brought him food. When he emerged, the man was nearly unrecognizable. Most of his face was covered in metal, and his arm was changed into one of steel and wire. If one were to check beneath his clothes, they would see that most of his chest and legs had been upgraded as well, metal and wiring mixing with the flesh. And, stick out from his back, a third arm, more rudimentary than his other ones, but just as effective... And, with a few special upgrades of its own.

After his revelation to the Vault, he left them, and moved onto the Enclave to become one of their top scientists. Not only that, but he was one of the best robotic engineers they'd ever seen, and likely to be the best they ever would for decades to come. Always favoring to work alone to keep others from stealing his work, he became quite introverted, unless he was boasting of his work, or trying to convince others that steel was greater than flesh, and would always be.

Considering his former achievements, his greatest one himself, it was no surprise that he was assigned to the Eagle Claw team to be the one who would repair and inspect their equipment, and be their adviser on all things mechanical and science. Though, it was late that he was assigned, and he was unable to see off the squad. However, you could be bet he'd be the first to welcome them back for a job well done.
The months following Idaho, Dimitri hardly left his lab. No one hardly entered, either, aside from the members of Eagle Claw and the few superiors he actually bothered to listen to. In his seclusion, there were only two goals: The first, and most important, was the building of his perfect warrior. It was costing the Enclave a lot in materials, but they were being assured that his little monstrosity would have the strength of a Super Mutant Overlord, the dexterity of a Deathclaw, and the destructive capabilities of all of Eagle Claw, and more. His side project was much simpler, compared to his foremost concern. And that was the rebuilding of Alexander, from the inside out, into an even better warrior than he had ever been.

Needless to say, the cyborg is under a lot of pressure, and has no time for idiotic banter or idleness, even from Eagle Claw. His temper has gotten shorter than it had ever been before, especially with his fellow scientists and his superiors. Eagle Claw is no exception, and can expect a bit of hostility from him any time he is interrupted.

Name: Leinhart Roosevelt
Agent Codename: Scissors
Age: 82 (Before) 1 1/2 (after)
Gender: Male
Appearance:
http://static-1.nexusmods.com/15/mods/120/images/14469-2-1283684286.jpg (Alternate POV)

Clothing: He wears a periwinkle button up vest at all times. He also wears a pair of large gloves that keep him from killing his squadmates when not killing his enemies.

Armor: His skin is tough enough to take .308 bullets like they were punches from a child.

Weapons: His claws and teeth. His terrifying visage tends to scare away enemies as well.

Miscellaneous items: Though he doesn't have them in the field, he has a small link doll made by Wraith and a top hat that is far too small for his head from his previous life. He also has a pocket hankie in his vest pocket for cleaning himself.

Forces of Habit: Tends to speak in full sentences without contractions and will always clean his teeth after a battle, even if he didn't bite anything.

Biography: Previously known as Leonard Sykes, a proud soldier of the enclave that had lived a long, fulfilling life, but did not want to see the Enclave continue without him. Professor Romanov approached him with a deal, and he graciously accepted it. Thus, Leinhart was born. Leinhart was an experiment by the extremely skilled and knowledgeable Professor Romanov to place the brain of a human into the skull of a deathclaw and make it work. When Sykes was first placed into the Deathclaw male, the body fought against the brain as connections were established, eventually leading both the brain and the body to enter a coma. Though the Enclave wanted the body scrapped, Dimitri stopped them and let the two stay in their coma.

Nearly seven months later, the body awoke from it's slumber, the brain having taken full control of the body and the body allowing the control to happen in the first place. Unfortunately, much of Sykes' memories were gone, aside from his gentlemanly personality, his love for the enclave, and his combat skills. When asked his name, he couldn't answer, so Dimitri replaced his vocal chords with cybernetic ones that allowed him to speak. When asked his name again, he couldn't answer other that gibberish. He understood the professor, but he couldn't reply as his body had forgotten English. Dimitri retaught him English and gave him a name appropriate to the Enclave: Leinhart Roosevelt.

Though it was in his spare time, Dimitri taught Leinhart everything he knew about the English language, and he rubbed off on him a bit. Leinhart's personality mixed with the professor's and he became a kindhearted and gentlemanly figure, but harsh and knowledgeable of the real world. When he had learned all the English he could from the Professor, he was given to the Enclave combat instructors and was reconditioned to kill. His skin was modified to be much tougher and special gloves were made for him so he could continue to have his claws yet be able to interact with the people around him. Ultra-strong durasteel on the inside, soft leather gloves on the outside. As big as a Super Mutant's arm, they were perfect for him as he was transferred into Eagle Point. Though he officially arrived as Eagle Claw went out on their first mission, he took up stock as the Quartermaster, the person that would doll out weapons and armor to the team and hold theirs while they were in base. His first mission would be soon, and it would be with Eagle Claw.

Post Idaho
Leinhart was relatively unaffected after Idaho. He only survived by dragging several other enclave soldiers underground when he saw the warbirds fighting. He has remained the same charismatic Leinhart that he was when he was first seen, just more well known.

Agent Name: Devon Black
Agent Code Name: Venom
Age: 30
Gender: Male

Appearance:

Armor: Power Armor. Inside, the work of Dimitri can be seen, as a series of extra wires and tubes, attached to various needles and liquids, all held in place by a series of brackets. It works to supply a supply of combat stimulants, though their effectiveness has yet to be seen...

Clothing: When not working in a lab, he wears a pair of nearly immaculate jeans, and a solid black shirt, of the same quality.

Weapons
Long Range: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55225/?
Mid-Short Range: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55133/?
Back-Up: M1911 .45 Caliber Handgun

Miscellaneous items: Carries around a pack containing a veritable lab of medical supplies, enough to perform even surgery in the middle of the field. He also carries around various vials of various toxins.

Forces of habit: Is very carefree, unless put into a situation where such an attitude would get him, or his allies, injured or killed. Is very sarcastic, even in battle, and often holds grudges for things done to him.
--
Edit(!): As of recently, Devon has taken a far more serious approach to the Eagle Squad. No longer is he carefree, though his sarcastic bite is still occasionally present. He tends to play around with a pocket knife, only two inches long, when bored or stressed, now.

Biography: Born in vault 59, Devon grew up a relatively boring life, though he held a rather high intelligence, and very steady hands. He found himself interested in science, his intelligence leading to him being taught by the vaults doctor about the work of medicine and the human body. When the vault came into the Enclave, he was intrigued by the high level of technology they possessed.

Devon joined up with the Enclave at the age of sixteen, and it was immediately found that he held a rather uncanny ability to work with science, specifically biology and chemistry. His steady hands came into play again, being quite accurate with fire arms. The thing that singled him out, however, was his first mission into the wastes.

His squad was ambushed by a group of raiders, carrying much heavier firepower than expected. Devon maintained a poise of extreme calm in the battle, his sarcastic personality completely lost, even taking a round to the shoulder without much effect. Through his unflinching visage, the battle was turned around, his squad rallying behind the indomitable man.

It was discovered, afterwards, that he had been implanted with several augments, one of them designed by himself. His brain had been augmented to increase his alacrity, and his pain sensors had been dulled, or rather wired to be much more easily ignored. Combined with natural adrenaline, the man practically felt no pain in battle, though afterward, it would rush to him, though still dulled.

This, combined with his ability to combat through situations of life or death with such calm, is what attracted the attention of Eagle Squad. He went through the training, continuing to explore biology and chemistry. Now, he is known for his stimulants, being akin to the drugs of the wastes, though much safer. He also works heavily with toxins created through chemistry, and has even been known to create clips of bullets with toxins implanted, for added effectiveness in missions.
--
--
Update(!): Following the massacre at the airport, Devon was rarely seen without being near Dimitri. He'd taken the loss terribly, his medical expertise saving many lives, but his trained eye had also seen, and put an end to, so much suffering, so many mortally wounded. He'd never used so much Arsenic before. Once he emerged, he no longer had that suit of combat armor, so hazardously modified. Now, it was a solid suit of Enclave armor, worked on for nearly a month in near silence. He spoke, occasionally, at meals, but it was never anything major. Sometimes, he muttered about the loss of Golem.

Afterward, he focused entirely on training. No matter who they were, no matter what they were, Venom was out and about, fighting with his squadmates. In battle, he seemed to relax the most, strangely enough. Maybe the adrenaline rush helped kill whatever it was that plagued his mind. No matter, his skills have improved with this new take on life. His life, the life of an Eagle. Even his free time would possess some form of activity, or he'd be in a lab. Hopefully, his role as team medic would be accepted, as he focused more and more on his duty.

A LAER ("Laser Assisted Electrical Rifle") with an auxiliary recharger chip.
A typical AEP7 laser pistol with both focused optics and recycler modifications.
A Proton Throwing Axe
Miscellaneous items:
When Enclave forces found Alysa, she wasn't carry much of anything. Only some microfusion cells for the rifle and pistol along with just a few bottles of irradiated water. Though now they have equipped her with a precision laser cutter/welder(A small, pen sized version), some slag for welding, some wiring, some spare crystalline optics, and other small amounts of various items to use in basic circuit board or energy supply repair in the field.
Biography:
Like many born into the irradiated wastelands of North America, life started off hard for Alysa. Her mother had died giving birth to her, and her father, while a loving one, suffered from an addiction. It was not one of drugs, of drink, or of prostitution, his addiction was scavenging. They were always on the move, constantly searching remote prewar ruins hoping to find the next big item. Despite her father always reminding her that they were "prospectors" and not scavengers, Alysa failed to see the difference as they went hungry for third, or fifth night. Though Alysa could never hate her father, despite constantly putting them in danger to feed his thrill seeking addiction. She saw, even from a young age, that he loved her and still wanted the best for her.

When Alysa was around the age of fourteen, her father had discovered something big. While picking through the ruins of an old prewar lab, they discovered a terminal that held some surprising information. According the computer, a massive prewar laboratory known as the Big Mountain Research and Development Center was the center of advance prewar technology. Along with some extensive information about the facility, there were coordinates to its location. Alysa's father could not resist the "opportunity of a life time" to score some big, valuable prewar technology, so with little supplies and little to no caps, they set off to Big MT to make their fortune. When they arrived on the outskirts however, they were met with a far more terrifying reality.

Soon after they had arrived, they were quickly captured by patrolling robots. At the facility, she and her father were quickly split up. With the Courier taking most of the technology and abandoning Big MT, the Think Tank wanted new test subjects to develop replacements for the items the courier "stole". Alysa was saved from the normal lobotomizing that the Auto Doc. usually gave, because of the needs of their planned test for her, but they did end up replacing her spine and various organs with synthetic versions. Her spine in particular was the first step in their experiment on her. When Alysa eventually awoke from her surgery, she found that she was wearing a tightly fitted suit.

"Hello! How are you today?" an electronic female voice said. Alysa quickly looked around, confused. "What's wrong? I fail to detect anyone. Are you lost?" the voice asked.

"Wh... Who are you...?"

"I'm your new best friend! I help you hide! I keep you alive! We are the best of friends!" said the voice. Despite the creepy wording, Alysa oddly felt safer hearing this. There was almost a tone of sincerity and innocence in the voice that comforted Alysa.

As it turned out, one of the many items the Courier had taken from Big MT was the Stealth Suit Mk II. Determined to beat Mobius, the Think Tank devised away to recreate the needed objects to face him, thus they decided to reinvent the Stealth Suit. Her suit in many aspects was a technological wonder. It employed similar technologies of the Y-17 trauma override harnesses, with intelligent fibers and integrated AI systems. It seemed they had focused more on the medical aspect of the Stealth Suit instead of the stealth value, as user preservation became top priority. Thus a slightly upgraded AI from the Stealth Suit Mk II was created for the Mk III and now it could not only automatically apply pain killers and stimpacks, but vastly accelerate the user's recovery, but like many of the technologies to come out of Big MT, there was a horrific draw back. The user becomes literally bonded with the suit. Alysa's replacement spine directly connects with the suit to insure complete compatibility with the suit and if it were to be removed, Alysa would die within minutes. Her body and suit had become one, and in the process, her hair color and skin color became paler and paler as a result of the augmentations of the suit. Soon her eyes went to a faded purple from the HUD integration, her hair totally white, and her skin a ghostly white, leaving behind any trace of her former wastelander self.

For the next four years, Alysa served as a lab rat, constantly running the mazes set up by the Think Tank. Though her experience, she schemed, she plotted, she desperately tried to devise a way to escape with her friendly AI, despite the AI being somewhat of an "air head". Through the constant sneaking, testing, fighting, sneaking, rinse and repeat, Alysa began to pick up skills. As part of her plan, she began to teach herself about the complex world of prewar higher technology. Through occasionally disabling robots to dissect and learn about them to physically hacking and bypassing certain security locks and computers, Alysa began to become well acquainted with intricate high technologies that constantly surrounded her. When the Think Tank picked up on this and confronted her about it, she came up with the excuse that she would need the knowledge to maintain her suit. After a lengthy internal debate, the Think Tank permitted her to fully research and develop her advance technological engineering skills, even teaching her a thing or two, yet escape seemed still very far off for Alysa as they tightened security of the lab in response. Though luck seem to favor Alysa in her time of need. Mobius was able to "capture" her and bring her to his layer. There, he confirmed her suspicions of the Think Tank and explained to her the situation. When she asked about her father, he tried to avoid talking about it. After constantly demanding an answer, he gave in, telling her he was located in the X-8 research facility. With a borrowed AER9 and pistol, she left to confront the fate of her father.

It was a massive testimony to the fact that the Think Tank's sense of humanity had disappeared forever. She found her father eventually, or what was left of him. He had been subjected to various genetic and splicing experiments, none of which left him in a recognizable state.

Alysa left the Big MT, never wanting to turn back.

A year wandering later, Alysa had learned of the Enclave to the North and decided to investigate to see what they were all about, but as luck would have it, she would quiet literally run into them. She came upon an Enclave recon party under attack by soldiers of the Brotherhood of Steel. These power armor clad soldiers heavily outnumbered the recon squad, and from Alysa's position, it was apparent they had many casualties.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN TEN MINUTES!? WE HAVE VITAL INTEL TO A BROTHERHOOD OF STEEL BASE AND YOU CAN'T FUCKING EVAC US!?" yelled the team leader into a radio as bullets kicked up all around his cover. A wounded power armored squadmate leaned from behind his cover to open fire, only to get a concentrated beam of hot energy into his face. Suddenly the gun fire around them started to pittled out, and they began hearing yelling from the Brotherhood of Steel soldiers, as if there was a struggle going on, but then silence quickly followed. The squad leader peaked from behind his cover with rest of the squad to see just in time an enemy soldier fall from his cover with an odd glowing blue hand axe sticking out his back. A strange young woman came from behind the soldier's cover and yanked the axe out. She waved to the Enclave squad and put her hands up.

"Hello there! Are you by chance part of the Enclave?" she asked. The squad looked at each other with baffled confusion before the squad leader replied.

"Uhh... Yes, we are. Who are you?"

"Oh me? I'm Alysa! I don't mean any harm, just thought you guys might need a hand."

They lowered their weapons and approached her. Alysa began to explain her story to her, and the leader determined it was probably best if she came back with them. Back at their base, she was handed over to the research team, where at first she was weary of them, but after they explained their motives, the Enclaves goal, and evils of the Brotherhood of Steel, she allowed them to run tests on her to learn more about the suit. After three more years of testing, research, and training, the high command wanted to deploy her onto the battlefield to test the limits of the suit. In one year alone, thanks to the massive increase of endurance from the suit, she was doing combat ops day in and day out with various Enclave units. Due to her good record and technological advantages as well as her experience with complex technologies, they saw her as one of the perfect candidates of Eagle Claw, and transferred her over. This way, when Eagle Claw's power armored clad soldiers or uniquely/custom made energy weapons began to degrade in a long field operation, there was someone among them that had the skills to understand and fix their problem. Of course, there's only so much one can do with a laser and some wiring.

Extra:
Alysa has grown very fond of the AI in the suit, seeing as her only real friend, thus sometimes it will seem like she's talking to herself, when she's really talking to the AI.

Name: Shibuya River
Age: 24
Codename: Frost
Appearance:
Biography: Shibuya was raised within the Enclave and is very loyal to them regardless of the racism that occurs at times because of the pigment of her skin and her ancestry. She has proven time and time again that she was more than worthy to be in the Enclave as she has been the primary source of intelligence for the Enclave for years. She is an extremely experienced Spy, able to hide among enemy factions for extended periods with ease. At one point, she was an NCR soldier for two years, revealing to the Enclave that the NCR had Nuclear Warheads in their possession and, unbeknownst to them, said warheads will now most likely self destruct if used.

After nearly 15 years of continuous service to the enclave, Shibuya was recommended by her father and officer for Eagle Claw training.

Name: Lucius Vaughn

Codename: Thunder

Age: 27

Biography: Lucius was a member of Vault 19, and was only a young boy when the doors were shut on the outside world for a second time. Growing up, he heard stories about the brilliant Dimitri Romanov, the Overseer that had made peace with the Enclave and gave the members of the Vault freedom to do as they pleased. The Enclave, however, were in charge of Vault Security, and were easily far better at it than the former V-Sec or the White Bears. So, while the Vault dwellers technically were allowed free reign, the Enclave were able to keep a close eye on them all.

As much as he idolized Overseer Romanov, Lucius idolized the Enclave at least as much, perhaps even more. They were shining knights that protected a vault of weak scientists. At the age of twelve, he began training with firearms under the watchful eye of the head of V-Sec, and by the age of fifteen he was recruited into security and given a set of armor and a laser pistol. By the age of eighteen, he'd become popular and well known within both the Vault and security. Part of this was because he went out of his way to help his fellow Vault dwellers, but because of his advancement of laser weapon technology, at least for small arms. He'd been able to increase the power of individual lasers, while managing to keep energy consumption at near the same level.

When the Overseer returned from years of being hidden, he seemed only just impressed with the improvement on laser technology. He took Lucius under his wing, and soon the boy's duties in V-Sec were forgotten as the pair worked together on a few little projects. Not a month later, Lucius resigned, and went with Dimitri to the Enclave as his assistant. Over the years, Lucius has seen himself enhanced and upgraded, though nowhere near to the extent of Dimitri, and has made several enhancements on his own weaponry. During the training of Eagle Claw, Dimitri sent him to get training in flight, and was assigned to co-pilot with Wraith whenever it was necessary. However, for the most part, he was in the labs, either by himself or with Dimitri. And he preferred it that way.

Dimitri has enhanced speed and steadiness, though his strength is just average, even with all of his augments. His eyes have been completely replaced, and the new receptors allow him to see farther and more sharply than he'd been able to before. His pistols, while only laser pistols, have been upgraded to be as powerful as a plasma defender, while still being just as accurate and only having the power consumption of a normal pistol. With the death of Wraith, he has been assigned to ferry Eagle Claw to and from their missions, much to his displeasure. However, he's sure to be cordial and polite to the squad.
