Previous experience in the workfield?Axel was born in a german town and had a pretty regular childhood. He has always been a curious type, trying to figure out the world around him. Although people would describe him as smart and capable, he is also very lazy and pushes duties and responsibilities as far back as possible. Axel is also somewhat forgetful, as long as it doesn't come to song lyrics and Pokemon types and attributes. His favorite subjects have always been languages and social studies, not a big fan of sciences. After finishing high school, Axel started to study law, but dropped out after a year due to a lack of interest.
At that point he started working some small-time jobs (McDonalds Employee, waiter, etc.) until he decided to study economics. Fast forward 3 years, he is very close to earning his bachelor's degree and is pretty happy with his life. Axel is almost always in a good mood, he is someone who enjoys making those around him laugh and loves having a good time. However, he can be somewhat naive every now and then, and sometimes his way of acting might be seen as arrogant.
In a group, Axel does not mind taking a leading role if no one else wants to. He relies more on spontaneous ideas and creativity than well thought-out plans. He is someone who can easily motivate and encourage those around him, but needs constant reminders when it comes to deadlines and the fine details that he likes to ignore or forget.
