If Mirja fought for the Kenpachi title, she wouldn't kill the Captain. Just hurt him. Killing the Captain just weakens the Soul Society to much for some stupid ass reason.

So we should be getting the IC up by tomorrow ^.^

We plan onto starting it with a Captains Meeting with the HC giving a debrief of whats been happening as of recently. The lieutenants could be close by waiting for their captains or off doing their own thing. Anyways, after the meeting is complete the Head Captain will be issuing out a mission or two (depending on who wants to join) out from the get go, sending one Squad to Hueco Mundo to either Las Noches or Forest of Menos(haven't decided) and another Squad will be sent on the outreaches of the Soul Society to investigate an anomaly.

So I'd like to get a head count of who wants to join on these missions (who's number we wanna keep even so 2 Captains and 1 Lieutenant or vice versa) and who wants to remain in the Soul Society for free roam and interact with each other. Also, just because you stayed behind doesn't mean you won't be out of action for long, as we planning missions that'll lead up to the central plot.

The Cap'n will be staying behind, for HE CANNOT LEAVE SOUL SOCIETY DEFENSELESS! Whatever this event or anomaly is, it could be a distraction to lower our guard and strike home. I WILL NOT BE SO EASILY DISTRA-Ooh rum!

I have to be gone in June and I'm not sure how it'll look in terms of my access to a computer/internet. Is it possible that I have a squad member and Lieutenant go in my place? Probably for the investigation of the anomaly.

Mitsunari is good for either one. I prefer Mundo though.
