Appearance: Average height, average looks and average build, Shi Kai is unremarkable in every respect, but that is also what makes him good at his job. He's always the person that's least suspected, and so exactly the sort of person that is easily overlooked. He allows his hair to grow out, just long enough to touch his collar and eyebrows, to maintain his 'average Joe' cover.

Personality: Shi Kai is perhaps the very definition of the phrase 'gone too right'. Dedicated, focused and unwavering, Shi Kai can, and will pursue his given target to the ends of the Earth and beyond, if need be. Only his moral compass prevents him from crossing too many lines.

Personality: Laid-back and friendly, Yoshiro is a hard person to dislike. He'd be the first person to buy you a drink and last to condemn you; being an enemy of Yoshiro can be almost considered to be an achievement on it's own. Still, antagonizing him would be ill-advised, as Yoshiro can be quite a handful when he does get riled up.

Appearance: 'Zombie' would be an easy way to describe Xiang Wei's appearance. He looks almost constantly tired, with disheveled hair, dark circles around his eyes and a face that looks as if he could fall asleep at any moment. He almost never stands up straight, carrying himself around with a slight hunch.

Identity: Convenience Store Clerk/Small-time criminal
Class: Psychic
Ability: Mindplay; powerful enough to work most of the time on your average, normal person. Effect diminishes as number of targets increases.

Personality: Xiang Wei can be easily described as someone who has given up hope. A dead-end, low-paying job and education so poor that finding another job would be close to impossible does that to a person. No ambition, no motivation and aimless, Xiang Wei can be said to be existing, but not living.

Identity: Others - Heading a crime syndicate named "Scarlet Dawn"

Ability : Astral Projection - He has trained using his power and has learned how to fall asleep quickly to use it.
Pyrokinesis - He doesn't use it very much since he's rarely on the scene himself. It also only came to him five years prior to today so he's not as good using it as he does with the astral projection. Mainly uses it for self defense.

Personality : Originally, Felix wasn't all that bad. He was a hardworking and respectable man who worked in a factory. He was kind, caring and disliked seeing people get hurt. However, he quickly took notice that no matter how much hard work he puts in his job, he would never get rich to the point of how those people who were born with a lot of money who slack off and such. He began seeing inequality and corruptness in the world. The poor get poorer and the rich get richer. So he broke off from his factory and began going around, spreading his ideals of a new world. He will get it by any means necessary. He's not after the power or money, he's just after equality. He usually gives off what they get from raids to his workers or sometimes even those in the streets. Basically, he's a man who has his morals and methods out of whack.
(Dis)likes : He likes doing what he is doing right now, honest and hardworking people and sometimes enjoys playing cat and mouse with those after his syndicate. He dislikes corrupt people and the way things are being done in the world.
Relationship: He does not have any known family leading many to believe that he doesn't use his original name. Friends with his crew though.

Note: A little background on the "Scarlet Dawn"
- They are basically a bunch of mercenaries (powered or not) which have gathered under Felix's banner as they believe in his ideals. They have unwavering loyalty to that guy and would do anything to get the job done. Most of them are usually robberies and petty things like that. Somehow, they always manage to sneak past the investigations and such. No one knows Felix's abilities yet, or if he has any at all, so they remain clueless on how they escape so quickly. The main reason is that Felix uses his Astral Projection to sneak in and listen to investigations and such. Or he could get in a particular facility, observe it, make a plan and then attack it later on.

They also make an appeal to the masses through hijacked stations and such. It's been said that they are trying to make the people revolt against them so that they could win against the government and replace it using the people's power.
