Perhaps some of you are keen to know why we set our tale aflow...in a distant land of sun and samurai. This small town of Inaba is more than just a small little town. Truth be told chaos came along and forced a group to form to stop the flow. But now something different has come. To this idyllic little town. A new story to embark is your task after you leave this creaking ark. Too come and face them is your task. And dance the dance of flowing lies. While keeping friends close and form new ties. My task that I beset too you is the search this fading realm of shadows. A land full of humanity's pain. Understand these bloody tears and stop the darkness from creeping near. It is your task with these cards that symbolize your heart of hearts. Trust me child this is no lie nor a fabricated cry."

Darkness roams and rules this plane. You will either succeed and breath in the light or drown in shadow burnt with blight. So this contract I offer you...too give you power to get you through. Despite all the pain you will suffer you will be better for my offer. Will you accept my perilous task? Or shall you pass from this trek? I only ask that you stay true to yourself if you do. Sign your name and know your real name. A mask to give you strength..."

Alright thank you scarecrow/joker for weaving the start of this roleplay of mine but let's get a bit more clearer on what this roleplay is about. This will be set in Inaba from the 4th game. The events of the game did transpire however the cast has left the town for the most part and will only be shown in cameos. This roleplay will take place both in TV Land and an area akin to the dark hour that has appeared alongside it. The events of Persona 4 transpired three years ago and thus makes the time period 2014. You may know some of the characters from the old cast but the chances are you won't have known most of them except if you grew up in Inaba. This roleplay will not have a wild card and everyone will have a specific card given to them (I.E Tower, Strength, Chariot but not judgement). You may have a custom persona however keep in mind I will reserve the right to refuse it if I don't feel it fits the arcana it represents.
In regards to Arcana or Tarot Cards please base your characters around your chosen tarot card in one way or another. It'd be weird to have a shy, mousy, and small young girl be a representation of the strength arcana for example. There will be no stats and the skills like Zio will be implemented in combat as assist moves to your characters in combat. Think of it as a quick way out of a tough situation or when you're fighting something big.
Igor will be replaced by Scarecow/Joker the reason why I'm calling him both names is because he insists that he has no name and will be taking the spot of Igor for all of us. He will offer assistance but it will be cryptic most of the time and sometimes what he says may even be blatant lies. He himself will call himself a narrator but he also fancies himself a writer and likes a good twist. However ignoring him may be just as dangerous. He can be helpful or harmful but he will not interfere without an extremely good reason. Once you're character is deemed strong enough he may even use his power to unlock a stronger form of your persona or another one entirely.
We will all be in Inaba Highschool too make things simpler to get the cast together just like in Persona 4. I may consider a middle schooler if there's a good story and reason behind him or her being there.
The basic plot is more or less along the same lines as Persona 4 down to the school year just starting and everything is fine. However people are growing uneasy after the recent disappearance of a woman in town seemingly out of nowhere with the police out to find the person responsible. However there hasn't been any real leads. It seemed a lot like the events a few years ago but no murder victim has been found and there won't be. What happened to the people will be told in the story. During the night Joker/Scarecrow will appear to us in a shared dream and start us on our way unlocking the first seal too our individual arcanas but not giving us to them outright. The following day will have a few of us (if there is a large group of people interested in this roleplay) exploring the tv world and the new area.
