"Ah, that's goldenrod ore! It's very malleable, and often used as wiring! Some say that it resonates with magic, whatever that means, hahaha!" Bobba explained, looking left and right. "Don't tell anyone," Bobba whispered," But my clothes are laced with Goldenrod string! It gives them a very subtle shimmer in the sunlight, hehe," He then paused and noticed Jenso's shirt, which was made up entirely of goldenrod strings, but didn't say anything, slightly jealous that he was able to get so much of the mineral so easy. "It's uh... It's extremely rare..."

Jenso nodded and grabbed ahold of the stone for closer examination. "How much do you ask for it?" He asked. He was wondering how Maggie got a hold of enough Goldenrod string to make himself a shirt if the ore was so rare.

"600 gold an ounce," Bobba said sternly. It was a rather insane price, considering that the average T-Shirt costed only 20-40 silver, and even most ornate and decorated shirts never climbed about 30 gold, from what Jenso knew anyways. Did that mean Jenso's shirt was practically worth more than his entire house in Arcadia was worth?? Talk about a brick to the stomach. "Not everything in my store is expensive, though. Take this for instance:" Bobba pulled Jenso around the table that had the lump of goldenrod ore on it, towards another, and pointed at a small square of fabric 2 inches in width, "This is a piece of the ancient Talos Robes that elementals wore when they still ruled over the kingdom of Drimba, far to the east! It does not burn when fire touches it, it does not freeze with ice, it does not absorb water, it does not rip against the force of earth or wind, and it's completely non-conductive!" Bobba explained. "Only 100 gold per square inch!! A bargain, if I say so myself."

That wasn't a fucking bargain at all. If Jenso stayed here for too long, this man was probably going to try and sell him everything in the store.

Jenso shook his head. "Thanks for the tour man, but I have to get going. See ya!" He said, and began to head back from where he came, intending to leave right through the front door of the store again.

Bobba narrowed his eyes and Jenso turned away and kissed his teeth. "Fine then," He muttered to himself.

When Jenso was outside again, nothing had changed. It seemed there wasn't much to go on right now. If only Pij and Lark were here. There was an Inn, across the plaza and it was getting late, though. Perhaps he should rent out a room, just in case.

Jenso looked up at the sky as it began getting dark, and headed to the inn. As he reached the front door, he stopped. "Front door KICK!!" He shouted, attempting to kick the door in.

The door swung open, not breaking off it's hinges, and the man behind the desk stared at Jenso, startled by his action. "Um... Can I... Help... You?" He said, not sure if he was about to get robbed or not.

Jenso waved at the man. "Hello!" He shouted, dashing over to him. "Could I rent a room?" He asked with a smile.

The man looked Jenso up and down before nodding silently. "Come ere', it's 30 coppers a night. You got any money on you?"

Maggie had send him out with about 30 gold. The money wouldn't have been much use to her and her husband in a dead town, after all.

Jenso reached into his right pocket, taking a small bag out. He opened it and looked inside, taking out 30 copper. He placed it on the bar, closing the bag again and putting it back into his pocket. "Here you go!" He said, waiting for the man either lead him to his room, or give him directions on how to find it on his own within the building.

The man swooped the coins up and threw Jenso a small Key. "Room 4 up those stairs," He said briefly, pointing to his right. A staircase lead up to the second floor, but somebody was coming down from there...

It was that girl from earlier! She seemed dressed in work attire now. Did she work at the Inn?

"Oh, hi!" She called to Jenso, carrying a bunch of dirty towels.

"Hello again!" Jenso called out with a smile, waving over to the girl. He walked over to her. "Thanks for your help earlier, I managed to find Bobba. I'm staying at this inn tonight. I haven't properly introduced myself earlier, though. I'm Jenso!" He said.

"Oh! Hello, Jenso! I'm Katie, the resident spaz-" She paused and shrugged it off, "At least, that's what people like to call me. I work here at the Inn! Room # 4, right? I'll be in there shortly to bring you dinner!"

"Nice to meet you!" Jenso replied, deciding not to comment on people calling her a spaz. "Thanks, but take your time!" Jenso said with a wide grin, and dashed towards his room. He pulled the key from the man out of his pocket and attempted to unlock the door.

Inside the room, there was a bed, a table and a chair. Pretty simple. There was no bathroom, but two windows. It wasn't long before Katie arrived with a bowl of soup and a loaf of bread. "Find everything ok?" She quipped, noting the lack of furniture, "Haha, that's a joke. Sorry. If you need anything, just let me or whoever's on duty know! We'll be at the front desk. If not, you can let paul know, and we'll be there asap!" She then left in a hurry, giving Jenso a chance to rest.

"Alright, thanks!" He shouted after Katie as she left the room. He assumed that the Paul person that Katie mentioned was probably the man that he paid earlier. He took a seat at the table immediately, and ate his soup and loaf of bread. After he was done, he hopped into his bed. The lack of a bathroom didn't bother him too much. He closed his eyes and dozed off.

As Jenso fell asleep, the Inn grew silent. Late into the night, he would drift off into a dream state. Everything around him was darkness. Nothing but silence. then a gripping feeling tugged at his arms and pulled up into the darkness relentlessly. He felt like he was drowning in a sea of black velvet, but suddenly, the feeling faded, and he was floating through the sky.

"You power is linked with your emotions," A man's voice spoke out, "You are the only one who can bring hope..."

Jenso awoke to a chilled feeling. His blanket was torn down, and cool wind kissed his chest. Wait a moment, where was his shirt? He lay there bare-chested! Somebody had robbed him in the middle of the night! It seemed his money was still with him though... These are no ordinary thieves! Katie entered his room, almost dropping Jenso's breakfast at the sight of him shirtless. "Whoa! W-W-Where'd your fancy shirt go?" She stuttered skittishly.

Jenso's eyes flashed open as the cold winds went over his chest. He sat up immediately and stared at Katie. "What the heck..?! I...I don't know..." He muttered, hopping onto his feet. "My money's still here...I think I might know who took my shirt, but I'm not sure." He said. He reached into his pocket, taking out the small bag of money. He gave Katie 5 gold, pocketed the small bag again and dashed out of the room. "Thanks for everything, see ya later!" He shouted, and dashed out of the inn towards Bobba's shop.

Katie held the gold with a confused look on her face. Why the heck did he tip her so much?! She turned towards Jenso, barely able to catch him running down the stair, and huffed hysterically to herself while staring at the gold coins. "See ya..."

Bobba's Inn was closed by the time he got there, but looking into the door window would reveal several workers setting up shop. It looked like the only time they were open was when Bobba was around.
