The grey wolf’s triangular ears perked softly when he saw the green monstrosities pummeling the boy. They were quick to target the weakest link, and if that boy had actually been more confident, then he may have stood a chance. One of the fighters was quick to jump in and take the heat off of the kid, but who would do so for him? Fenrir glanced about with his single blue eye, watching as the group struggled with the Saibamen. They were the equivalent of pests and Fenrir-O suspected that the Saiyans may have been using them to measure their strength.
In a green blur, two Saibamen appeared to his left and right. Their teeth were clenched in wicked grins that slowly started to falter the longer they gazed at the…dog? Blinking their red eyes, they exchanged looks of confusion and one of them shrugged. They weren’t exactly sure what to think of the animal.
Fenrir-O bowed his head, the corner of his muzzle quirking in a smirk as a soft chuckle left him.
“This form will be enough to handle the both of you,” Fenrir-O spoke, immediately startling the green men.
The wolf rose off of his haunches and turned to run.
The Saibamen cackled wickedly as they leaped into the air, flying after the fleeing wolf. Fenrir-O was light on his paws and didn’t once look back at his pursuers. The green men continued to cackle shrilly with their claws extended viciously.
Once Fenrir-O had them enthralled in the chase, the wolf halted abruptly. His paws dug into the earth, cracking the hard turf. The grey wolf sprang backwards at the leftmost Saibaman. The Saibaman’s red eyes widened in shock at the sight of white, razor sharp teeth flying at his throat. The wolf’s teeth latched onto the green man’s neck, and swinging his hind legs forward, Fenrir-O swung around to the Saibaman’s back, his teeth acting like a can opener. In mid-flight, the Saibaman’s expression was one that was lost and confused. To the other Saibaman’s horror, he watched as his comrade’s head slid free of its shoulders. His body lowered and crashed into the dirt as his head went rolling next to him.
The second Saibaman halted in the air, gawking nervously at the swift death he had witnessed. He looked back at the grey wolf who was facing him with his hackles raised, snout wrinkled, and teeth bared as low, rumbling growls left his throat.
The Saibaman frowned and hissed angrily before he seemingly vanished. Fenrir-O vanished right after him, the two moving so swift that they appeared to teleport about the battlefield. The green man’s missed kicks and punches were strong enough to put small craters in the earth. Fenrir-O focused on dodging the creature’s swings, and the imp didn’t seem used to it. He was more used to clashing blows with blows, than chasing an opponent around, desperate to lay a hit. The Saibaman was grunting in frustration until his next swing was snagged between the wolf’s teeth.
Fenrir-O swung the Saibaman up and then down in an arch, the green man’s body crashing against the stony earth. He bounced upwards as the wolf released him, spreading his jaws as a white burst of ki erupted from his maw on a roar.
RAAAAAAAAH!
The Saibaman screamed as it was vaporized in the blast, its body crumbling in the lunar light of Fenrir-O’s ki until there was nothing left.
The wolf closed his maw and glanced back to check on the others. Normally, he didn’t like getting his paws dirty over petty matters that could have been easily negotiated, but he wasn’t fond of those who took advantage of children.
