So I was bored, and I have been craving horror stories to read. I could go find some, but I'd like to see what you guys could up with and if it actually gives me chills. Think of this like a internet campfire and we're telling stories.

I'll start off with the spooky story:



The woman woke up in the middle of the night, panting. She had a very terrifying nightmare. She wiped the sweat off her face, and turned around to see her boyfriend under the sheets of the bed. He must've got home early, she thought. "Hey, John?" She asked, while nudging him.

Suddenly she received a text, the ding noise was heard, and she had picked up her phone. It was a text...

Hey, babe i'm gonna be home late. Sorry );

Her boyfriend was the one who just texted her.

Okay, that was a little short story. I would love feedback from it too, and see what you guys think! ^.^

I enjoyed it. Makes you wonder who's in the bed beside her. Is it someone or something, and then the question is how did they get in. I get goosebumps just thinking about it.

Though I want to add one more thing. While its is short, you can use it as a writing prompt. If you don't know what it is, its a idea or phrase, you use to form a small story. Some times my writing teacher would have it timed and each ding of the bell we'd pass it to another person. In a way it creates a strange but entertaining story.
