Still here, working on a character. Just have a bit of family hassle going on, but hopefully I can get the CS done tomorrow evening.
As a heads up, I'll be adding another female to the cast.

First post is up. That's the hardest post I've ever written, probably six hours of work in there. Apologies for the lazing off at the end, but it had to finish somehow and I'm just so gaddamn exhausted. Enjoy, can't wait to read your posts!

Great post, @Prizrak! Lori seems to be coming along.

I want to explain something that could probably constitute a large plothole: why didn't Jim get a bus to Salem and walk from there? Well, that's because I wanted to torture Jim. Jim wants to become a 'man' and he'd do stupid, unnecessary shit to become one. Which includes walking 120 miles in three days (alright, yeah, I know).

Also, it just simply didn't occur to me to get him to Salem.

Anyway, can't wait for the other posts and CS' on their way!

As much as I like this roleplay group so far, if I'm expected to write posts as long as the ones that have been written so far, I'll have to take my leave. I simply don't have the time to; they would take me a full week to complete.

As much as I like this roleplay group so far, if I'm expected to write posts as long as the ones that have been written so far, I'll have to take my leave. I simply don't have the time to; they would take me a full week to complete.


You're not under any obligation to do posts as long as the ones there. If your post has good enough English skills and can add to the interactions and story as much as the longer ones in as third as much characters, then feel free to carry on like that! We'd all much prefer to work with you to make sure you could still participate, if you wanted to.

That's pretty much the same reason Lori walked as well. She was in to big of a hurry that she simply couldn't wait to find a bus or get a ride.

Although I do apologize for the 1 week before and the day of sections of my post. I honestly could've put more effort into those, but I sort of poured my heart out on the month before section and was exhausted after it was finished.

I'll endeavour to do better and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Great post, @Little Italy! Tommy seems like an interesting addition.

We're going to be getting a lot of characters and individual posts all coming together soon, so I wanted to ask you guys, how do you want to proceed? I was thinking one enormous collab post between all of us. Starting with me and Lori, we would write and then Tommy would become involved in the post, and before this collab we would have all the other first posts in so we would filter all the characters in to create one point in the timeline where we're all even and from there we can do what we want? It would be a lot of hassle and might take a while considering timezones and all that, but what do you guys think? Can you think of a more efficient way?

Sounds good to me! If we can even off the characters we have right now, the next batch coming in will be easier to handle. I'm happy to go for @Little Italy''s idea under one condition: the story does not move forward. What all that can really happen is the three get to chat with each other a little while they're waiting. I'm not gonna introduce any NPC's and we can't start the hike, it'll just be a conversation piece. That cool with everyone? @Prizrak

I'm available whenever but as a full disclosure I'm at my best at night. Seeing as how I'm in the EST timezone that could pose a problem, so whenever is fine by me.
