Sorry I couldnt post the past few days, was having really bad writing blocks so couldn't have a good idea to post plus finally finals ended so I am free! As for the dream idea that would be helpful. I am cool getting the persona the hard way actually it would be fun.

Alright well you can either pm me, or you can simply brain storm on here. I have no real starting base for it so any idea to run it off of is fine with me.

If no one has any ideas I can try brainstorming as I said. Alternatively nothing can happen but it could rob you of some build up for your character.

It could be either. But when you think of persona and dreams pleasant ones aren't usually what you would think of.

Yes and no. It's more than likely going to be the secondary option. Starting off the same way is just going to force Kanji and Yosuke to go investigate more than they already have.

I don't know what you want me to explain. What you should do right NOW in the IC? As I said we're all dreaming. If you want to wake up and experience the midnight hour like new area which hasn't been named by me yet that would mean you would be missing and wandering around on your own. You wouldn't need to do anything but it would be a bit before you could really do anything. You won't die like you would in Persona 3. If you want to have your own nightmare or dream as I said that means you're free to throw out brainstorming ideas otherwise Las or Akira would need to throw out some ideas. I can try to come up with something but all of us were meant to be in the carnival but you're not in a position where that's possible without some serious deus ex machina bs. The idea I have is just a simple white dream alluding too your character's family issues sounds boring though.

As it stands in the IC as it is right now you can't do anything because you aren't in one of the rooms. Once Akira posts I'll move that along. You can initiate a dream sequence or whatever else.

I know i am asking a lot of questions but there is a lot for me that isn't clear here and feels unsaid.

Kanji and Yousuke are currently in the city. Yukiko is probably there too that's yet to be decided if she is here at this current moment. Once people start to get kidnapped they would probably have checked out the world with Teddy.

However the dark hour like event happening is going to be where you will receive the hard won persona. The first 'option' is the midnight channel like you thought which I probably won't end up doing too give you your persona. You will receive it during this new thing which is going unnoticed by the day fighting former main heroes.

Really now? Who else would I be referring to? Kanji, Yousuke, and any other members of the original persona 4 main cast almost exclusively worked during the day. For lack of a proper term I'll just call this the midnight hour like in persona 3. This means the original cast have balls of a chance of finding out what's happening with that.

Everyone is asleep during the night. Kanji, Yosuke, and Yukiko don't notice anything weird happening because they're passed out. And even if they did the event is not actually going to be a static thing. It doesn't happen in the same place. Certain districts in Inaba will change into dungeons ala Madoka Magica. Our connection with Scarecrow will allow us to enter anyplace of our choosing when we like. The investigation team from P4 doesn't have that luxury even if they were aware of the happenings outside the tv world.

Why fight them? So is that the way to gain their persona (The hard way) To fight the former? That hasn't really been answered from what I read. Now who is this scarecrow person? You can call me out for asking a lot but really this is making me confused.
