Normally I go about making someone extremely Evil. But the problem is that I am rusty. Its been over a year or so since I roleplayed on a forums maybe more. So I have Re Learn everything again. If i was not so rusty this would not be a issue..But I am rusty and Need some oil and to re learn everything again :P.

Alright then, go about figuring out why your character is evil, what he wants from the world, and fill out the personality section. Then, describe what you want to do with your domain/portfolio, and then fill in the gaps.
@AzazelSlayer I...I... I had this really great rejection letter planned and I wrote it up. It was brutal. But I now realise it was too brutal. Centred and everything. So I'm just going to say this before you keep working on your CS: I really don't think you'll be able to join. I'm sorry. You can stick around in the OOC, but I don't think you'll be able to join the IC. I'm sorry.
The main reasons are:
1) Your written English is not at a level where you can enter the RP. While one of the purposes of this RP is to help us all improve our English, and you'll see that we have people with varying levels of proficiency, I just don't think you're at a starting level where you can enter a mid/high casual RP, let alone Divinus which is really a mid/high advanced trying to hide in the casual section.
2) The way you've reacted to some players has not been very nice to read. I'm sorry to say that you come across as emotional at times and over-sensitive. And this rejection might not be helping ._. ...
3) I can't help but feel that you have difficulty in understanding some of the things you have been told, and despite having read the OP, you seem to not have completely understood some of the more basic concepts (for instance, Nightmares is not really a domain. If anything, as Loki pointed out, it would be a Portfolio of Fear - and Fear, despite being wide, already comes under the Domain of Emotions which is Lifprasil's Domain.)
Once more, I'm sorry. This is only the second time we've rejected somebody on Divinus, and I do it with a heavy heart.

@Kho & @The Irish Tree On the topic of Domains and Portfolios. I have a question. Since Time falls under Creation, as Loki and Kho previously pointed out, and as Portals would be a Portfolio of Space - and Space, despite being wide, already comes under the Domain of Creation.
So why Space (Portals) and not Creation (Portals)?
Unless this has already been answered before so nvm me...
On another note, I wouldn't really call Divinus a mid/high advanced RP. Have you seen mid/high advanced? Those guys go crazy with the articulation and description of things. I'd say we're more of a low/borderline mid-advanced.

@Vec I actually have most of who he is figured out in my head, just have to get it written down. Given that at the moment it seems like I won't be sleeping I might go ahead and start on it now. As for you being his parent I would be interested, my only question is how does a giant scary space dragon have sex with a mortal? o.o. I suppose he could have used his avatar?
@poog the pig No need to worry, he is far from mean. He believes in enjoying life to its fullest, and he does that by spreading his beliefs to others, wanting them to enjoy life as well.

To be honest, I've never been in an advanced RP that survived. Other than Divinus. So I reckon if we are talking about sustainable advanced RPs, Divinus is alright. And we try very hard to act casual about things here anyhow, so that's for the best - we have the flexibility that a formally advanced RP doesn't have. Maybe that's why it's more sustainable...
As for Space(Portals), it's an interesting question, especially since I always thought that Vowzra would eventually expand into a Creation(Space) portfolio. However, Space seemed the most suitable for portals, especially since portals are more or less a gate between two points in space, it made sense that they would come under Space rather than Creation. And also, to be completely honest, Creation is a bit of a strange Domain, just about anything, no matter how weird, can come under it, even other Domains. The only reason I went with it was because I didn't want Time to be its own Domain, too...narrow. But it doesn't neatly fall under anything either, so Creation it was.
