Hey there. I've decided to edit my little partner search here as I've gotten a few plots in mind that I really would like to try. School starts soon so my posting speed will slow. I usually get off a couple replies a day but it may dwindle to a few times a week. Also, I am turing 20 so PLEASE no one under 18. These plots can get into mature content and I really don't want either of us to get in trouble. I'm looking for a casual rp but I do need something to work off of you know. These are MxM pairings. I don't do MxF cus it gives me the willies (i'm sorry it just makes me uncomfortable). Anyways, here are two plots that have been jumping around my mind for a while. More are sure to come once I can think of a good plot line to get out there.
Some Basic Rules:
1. please post at least two paragraphs. I tend to do at least 3, but can go much higher. I'm looking for depth and development in these rp's.
2. please don't just abandon the rp. Trust me I totally understand life getting crazy, just hmu when you get a chance and let me know. please no ghosting
3. This is mature content rp's so please no one under 18. I don't want either of us getting in trouble.
SCENES:
A was a wanderer, looped into the cyclical life of foster care, bouncing from home to home. Some were better than others, but for the most part he was just a check in someone's wallet. That is, until he turned eighteen and was considered an adult. With nowhere to go, no one to turn to, he just...left. With a backpack full of what little belongings he had, and a pocket full of cash he'd managed to gather through menial jobs around the orphanage, A left. He walked out of that building and never turned back. Many nights under bridges and scrounging for food later and he was an expert. He saw the beauty of the outdoors, of being able to be whoever you wanted and travel wherever you wanted. It wasn't the best life, often times he went without food or a proper shower, but he was happy in his own little world.
B was always well off, daddy buying everything for him. Most people were of the belief that money can't buy happiness, they never met B's father. He showered his son with gifts and expensive clothing and trips for B and his friends. They were...nice, he supposed, but they lacked any real meaning. His father threw money at him as if that made up for his lack of presence. B hated it, having all of this money. He had no one to talk to, no refuge to hide away in when the pressures of life got to be a little too much. His only resolution, disappear. He took a backpack full of clothes and a secret stash of cash he'd been saving up from his fathers 'gifts,' and he left. Just like that he slipped off in to the night.
Winter was closing in and the usual congregation of the homeless and forgotten joined together under the most popular bridge in town. Groups huddles together over fires lit in metal trash cans. Ragged men and women shook in the cool night. B looked around, wide innocent eyes scanning his surroundings. Apprehension tugged at his chest as he pulled his bag higher on his shoulders. A sat off to the side by the tunnels entrance, eyes scanning the stars lighting the sky. The cool breeze reddened his nose as he watched the first flakes drift down from the heavens. A commotion caught his attention, pulling his eyes from the night sky and over to a boy holding on to his bag with everything he had as a crowd formed around an older man trying to snatch it from him.
A steps in, ending the fight and getting B back his bag. B looks familiar but A can't quite place from where. From that day on B follows A around and eventually A takes him under his wing. Later on B reveals his origins. Will A convince B to go back to his cushy life or will B stay with A no matter what?
TRIGGER WARNING: emotionally harmful/abusive relationship
A is a dreamer. He loves to see the good in people, no matter how much badness it's buried under. Enter B, a charismatic bad boy who is instantly intrigued by the happy-go-lucky A. Unbeknownst to anyone, B has a dark side. Once he sets his eyes on something he'll do anything to get it and keep it. Unfortunately, or maybe not, A becomes the object of his affections. Alone, B is sweet and doting on A and A truly believes that this goodness is pure. However, when they're out B changes. He's aggressive and controlling. A's friends are worried and warn him about the strange tendencies that B has, constantly calling and checking up on A whenever they aren't together. A insists that B is just worried and over protective. He's convinced that B is doing this out of love and not some self-serving tendency to control others.
Then there's C, a coffee shop clerk who catches glimpses of A over a few months of having started working there. He slips A his number, and thinking nothing of it, A agrees to lunch. The two become fast friends but B is furious. He thinks C is going to steal A away from him, and that's not something he will ever let happen. A enjoys C's company as a healthy relationship forms, so different from the rocky and explosive one he has with B.
Will A see the light or will he be trapped in this toxic relationship forever?
((looking for two people for this))
A is the son of a very wealthy man. Anything he wants, he gets. The price tag is so insignificant to their family A hadn't learned the word until he was in middle school. Still, even with everything thrown at his feet, A wasn't happy. Something was missing from his life, he just didn't know what. That answer came in freshman year of high school in the form of a new guard, B. B is only a few years older than A. If he had stayed in school he would have been a junior when he started working for A's family. Now, four years later and A is starting college and B is still around.
B is always around and that was always a great comfort to A. He refused to travel without him, even to his friends houses, B would be there. B did things that A had never had done before, like validate his fears, help him through homework when he struggled to understand. When partying became a regular habit, B would carry A's uncoordinated body to his room, change him and tuck him in for the night.
One drunken night B carries A to his room in his college apartment, as was usual now. A was disoriented and rather affectionate at times like this, dangling from his guard turned care taker. It was while B was changing him, getting him ready for bed to sleep off the nearly toxic amounts of liquor he'd ingested that A thought it would be a wonderful time to confess his love for the older man, pressing his lips against B's.
Aaaaaand we can develop the plot from there! ^^
TRIGGER WARNING: mental illness; psychosis; stalker-like tendencies
It all started when they were younger. A and B were best friends, always together. It was during kindergarten when it happened. A tragic accident led to B drowning in a nearby creak. A had been with him earlier but had been called away by his parents. He told B to come too, but B insisted on staying, and that was the last time A saw him. Well, that was the last time that A was supposed to see B. The first few weeks after his death, nothing happened. It started slowly, glimpses of movement off in the distance. It quickly escalated to voices, visions, things moving, until B started appearing.
A told his parents who were vaguely concerned. At first they passed it off as a young boy coping with his friends death, but as time progressed and A persisted that B was alive and coming to him at night, his parents began to worry. They took him to a doctor and A was diagnosed with paranoia and delirium. He was prescribed Haloperidol to counteract his visions. It worked at first, B fading away the longer he was taking it, but that didn't last long. B didn't want to leave, begging A not to 'erase' him. He told him if he kept taking his pills B would disappear forever and A couldn't have that. So, he stopped taking his medication, suffering a psychotic break, forcing his parents to institutionalize him for most of his childhood.
A is eighteen now and medicated. B comes and goes, rather persistent in making A stop taking his medicine as he had been in A's childhood, but A doesn't listen anymore. A wants a normal life, to go to college and function in society. He missed out on a lot growing up, and now that he's eighteen, he wants a happy life. Being an adult, the institute where he'd been living, believes he's ready to step out into the world. A has regular visits with a doctor while he's in school, about once a week to make sure he's staying on track with pills and that there aren't any major stressers.
All is well until C transfers into A's class. He looks eerily similar to B but all grown up. A is unsure at first, watching A from a distance. Over time, and thanks to a partner assignment, A and C get closer. However, with A and C's budding friendship B begins to make more and more appearances. A keeps this from his doctor as he is slowly weened off of his medication.
So this has several ways this can go:
1. C and B aren't the same person. C just looks similar. A suffers another break as B pushes him to quit his meds, convincing A that C is B. A is re-institutionalized and C visits him once a week to make sure he's getting the help he needs as they've grown pretty close.
2. B didn't die that day, only nearly. His parents moved him away after he got better, not wanting anything like that to happen again. C reveals himself to A to be B and helps him re-adjust to life.
3. B never existed. B was just a favorite doll of A's. B's 'drowning' was just A losing the toy in the creek that day. B is just a figment of his imagination and pushes him into a stalker-like relationship with C before he suffers a break and gets institutionalized. C still visits him, seeing as no one else will, to make sure he's getting help.
Okay so this plot is inspired by a song called please don't go by Joel Adams (link at the end) and it made be think of a rather sad plot line. SO. A and B get into this HUGE fight or whatever and B storms out. It's late and a few minutes later, as the dust begins to settle, A goes to look for B. Somehow A gets into an accident and is in a coma for a month or so and when he wakes he's lost 3 years of his life. 2 of those years consisting of his relationship with B so now they have to get to know each other all over again but A is different. Not in a bad way, just different (i.e. using his left hand instead of his right, not liking his favorite food, new clothes). He's the same man but there's just certain things he does that aren't the same and they struggle through their relationship with B coming to grips with loving someone who doesn't love him anymore and A is trying really hard to love B but it's hard because he doesn't know him and he knows he's hurting B and wants to leave but B wants him to stay.
This could have a happy ending or a sad ending. A could regain his memories or not, that can be decided through pm's depending on your preference.
