1. It would be wise to slow down when making you character, this does not need to be rushed, for example the Co-GM has been working on his for three days now, detail while it is not needed, I do encourage it, this RP is going to have detail in it, three to four paragraphs if possible, Not to be mean but what I see here is you character is nothing more than your average infantry unit, there is nothing that makes them stick out from the norm, he would be at a major loss if going up against either of the other two characters if it where to happen, and most of all it seems very rushed. This should not look like a throw-away character.
2. A picture for your character is not needed, but is encouraged, if you don't want a picture then describe your character, tell me what he looks like, I would like to visualize him if I could.
If you need help ask, I'm sure anyone here would help you if you asked.
