I see your halo and raise you Destiny! But halo is good too. I've been a fan since childhood when the first one was the only one! I'm also game for just about any post apocalyptic setting. I watched the new show "The Shannarah Chronicles" recently and it re-sparked my interest in the matter. I'm super flexible on topics, so just let me know!

Destiny! I heard pretty good things about it. I'm not far in it at all, but it seems pretty cool. I hope I don't get booed for saying so, but the story element in it is very thin haha. Post apocalypse is a personal candy of mine. I still have yet to watch that show. Only heard good things from friends though!

Dunno. A Fire Emblem Skyrim crossover or something. I know quite a lot on Elder Scrolls lore, but not much on the former game. I have read the wiki, but haven't played any of the games myself, partially because I don't own a DS.

I heard Destiny was a disappointment. I haven't heard much of it, but it seems like a pretty good game, with quite honestly beautiful visuals and gameplay. Excluding the infamous 'that wizard came from the moon' quote, of course.

A Halo RP set during the Human-Covenant war would be quite a good idea. The series kind of went to shit after Halo 4. I just felt that 343's decision to kill Cortana and then bring her back as Skynet was the stupidest idea in Halo history.

Destiny is lacking in base story, this is true. Still, there is a lot of lore in the grimoirs and such, that I could use to fuel and original story. In this way, a destiny theme is great for rping in that we could create our own story without having to change a thing about the existing lore. But that's just my opinion, and it's not for everyone. I've been faithful to the game since beta, so I'm kinda biased.

As for post apocalyptic themes, I can make a character for any setting, although I prefer one with plenty of leeway. The walking dead is a little narrow in that aspect, but I am not unwilling. I am at your mercy.

As far as halo goes, I have to agree that the human/covenant war is the best option. Cortana is bae and would never go all skynet on us! Lol. Seriously though if we got a small group of reliable players, we could have an interesting and diverse fire team of Spartans. I'm pretty familiar with all games, but I've only read the fall of reach so it's possible I might need a little help on some details. I'm equall excited for all three ideas.

I have one last pitch though. If we are playing with the idea of crossovers, I can easily find a way to bring my guardian from destiny into the Halo rp. He would just show up due to some space anomaly like a cliche worm hole or something from destiny lore like Vex technology. I can strip him of his light (space magic) also, if necessary. This would make sense due to the fact that the traveler is not present in the halo universe, although I would like to retain some features and abilities. He's a Titan, so he would basically be a spartan in all reality, I've just wanted to rp as him soooo bad lol. It would be interesting (since Bungie developed both games and they are similar enough to do so) if the traveler was a remnant of the forerunners that came waaaaaay after the halo timeline. This would be plausible since it bears a striking resemblance to some forerunner technology, so the more forerunner tech is near, the more my Titan could do with "light". This is just an idea that I feel passionately about, but again, I am at the mercy of the GM. I just think it would make for interesting story and character interaction. Yeah I'm done rambling now. Let me know!

To be honest, I think an Elder Scrolls/Fire Emblem crossover would be a great idea. How my Dragonborn ends up in the FE universe. I know very little about the FE canon, however.

If that's the case, why don't we just do the ES and FE crossover? I'm more than okay with that. I'm very familiar with both of those universes. More specifically Fates and Skyrim. I think we can go ahead and move the rest of the conversation to PMs. Can you start that one?

I've thought about it some more, and I actually think a post-apocalyptic themed story would be really cool. If you'd be willing? Total change in direction of idea pitching so far, but I've been entertaining a total blackout setting. If you're familiar with Revolution, the idea is highly inspired from there. I think this will give us a lot of possibilities with regards to tweaking and changing the story whereas the Halo/Destiny setting more constrict what themes we can follow. Not sure if that made sense. It did in my head. Words are hard lol. Let's go ahead and move the rest of these talks to PM.

I think it'd be better if you started it. Get the story going first. I don't know that much about the FE universe, as said before, so you can probably explain as we go. Also, are you playing canon characters or OCs?
