Giant u-shaped bubble dome is kinda what we settled on. The interior can be observed but not in much detail.

Not sure about the Cube though. Amartia will probably pull a prison break from in there sometime soon. @LokiLeo789 Sorry for not including you in the whole mess; We ran into some confusion in the early planning stages.

I had been hoping to have Teknall ask Vowzra about the whereabouts of the Codex. I guess Teknall won't be getting answers from Vowzra anymore, though. I'll just have him stare in shock and awe at the devastation wreaked, then piece together what clues remain.

Also, how will Amartia escape from New Chronos? Demigods aren't intrinsically capable of interdimensional travel, and that hyperbolic border between New Chronos and Galbar would take interdimensional travel to cross. Unless there's a portal, would Amartia like some help @LokiLeo789? Teknall might go prodding in there soon, looking for a few answers, and might be inclined to let Amartia out.

There is a human-sized stone portal into the bubble under Old Bark-Skin, though it's more of an open door than a portal (the Gate Unguarded). Part of the idea behind this colossal text-fest was to 'open up' all the cool resources in Chronos so that they could be available to other characters, particularly the magic spiders and Sertzamen-Vremae.

Still takes a journey to the north pole to get to, but at least you won't have to climb Everest and fight an old man with a sword and incredible gymnastic talent.

@Vec The Other is Jvan and Vowzra's contribution to the Codex. Jvan made unusual life flourish in the pockets of blankness overlooked in the Codex on turn one, and Vowzra contaminated that ecosystem with creatures (possibly sentient?) from the Hells of Time to produce a powerful and aggressive hybrid fauna.

Backstory aside though yeah that sounds about right.

The Gap is the crawlspace under our lovely House of Galbar that has all the cockroaches that Jvan made, plus a few snakes that Vowzra let in from outside. The ungrateful snakes that he let in (not realy created!) were his downfall.

The Mechanism of Change is the water heater out in the garage that everyone takes for granted. It's possible that a few people infer that it exists (after all, there's warm showers and you can hear the damn thing humming as it works) but only Zephyrion has the key to get inside of it and mess around safely. Others would have to smash their way in and they might blow something up.

The Submaterium is that creepy closet upstairs with all the ghosts and monsters hiding inside, courtesy of Mammon.

Teknall's plane is the mostly unused bonus room where that one nerdy son has all his toys set up and plays all day.

Ull'yang's realm is a couch that he just sleeps on all by himself. The thing is so old and disgusting that it's got life growing inside of it.

Then Ilunabar's dream realm is the attic where everyone hotboxes ganja and goes to get high.

The Realm of Madness is the secret sex dungeon that you get into from a hidden passageway in Vestec's room.

The beings from the Hells of Time that Vowzra let into the Gap are not 'aggressive' or 'hostile' per se, their presence simply affects 'sane' gods in a negative manner. See Jvan's original reaction to the Gap for a canon example.

As for whether they killed Vowzra...*looks back at the post* pretty sure it says that Jvan threw him in. When somebody is thrown into a volcano, you don't say 'he was killed by that evil lava.' You'd tend towards blaming the one who threw them in (and in this instance, along with half their house ^^'). Treat the Gap as something of a dangerous natural phenomenon than as a shadow plain with its own gods - because the creatures of the gap are by no means conventional 'gods'. They are, simply put, deranged essences of what were once gods. Dangerous and wild and very unstable. The key difference is that they are pure essences, ethereal beings, rather than gods who are 'physical' beings in the sense that they are are not just a lump of essence roaming about (not even Vulamera when she was in her non-physical form).

You might notice from Vowzra's dialogue with them, though, that the 'creatures' in the Gap seemed to recognise him. That's because Vowzra is in fact familiar with them, and them accosting him was not simply random, it was because his essence was one they recognised as having once been one of them. I guess they were just welcoming him back home or something.

Man, I really need to get some posts up. I've gotten really far behind with everything else I've done, mainly Dota 2.

Not to worry, though, one will probably be up tomorrow, and most likely just about everyone will forget about it soon after.

And I have been slowly drifting off too. Maybe this new turn and the khookies will propel me forward. I really, really like this RP, but my mind has not been cooperating.

One thing that worked is to just go mad, stop overthinking and write the text as fast as I can. It worked with the Vestec collab, I think.

I've just been lazy xD I've got a ton of things planned, but I've taken these last couple weeks as a total vacation for my mind.

I'm waiting for gimmick to get in so I can set up a collab for my next post.

-Finish a halfway complete ogre post I've had for weeks
-Do more stuff with Akthanos and Vetros
-Have a subplot with Ventus and the chaos resulting from Zeph's disappearance
-Have a collab to get Wong's demigod in this RP

Those posts will slowly trickle out over the next few weeks
