Before Kid Flash cold say another word to his friend it was already to late Roy left. "How could they just leave us today was the day," Kid flash bent over as he began making circle motions on the ground with is finger. probably upset because he lost a friend and he doesn't get to be a Justice League member and the worst part of it all Roy might have been right. Kid Flash heard what the beautiful magician and amazon girl said "Yeah we should totally go check out that fire the bound to be something there right?" Kid flash said as he turned towards. "It's time for us to be hero's and this could give us the respect that we deserve what do you say Robin?" Kid Flash looked over towards Robin to see what he would say after all the man who told them to stay put was Robin's mentor.

"Yeah I here you loud and clear," Deadshot answered Ravager as he was dressed up as a police officer as he walked out security room. "Everything all set, but there maybe a problem here something is going downstairs and something tells me it's not friendly," Deadshot said as into his earpiece as he took one more look at the footage of Starfire fighting Genomorphs and closed the door behind him. "I'm going to get changed now so if were going to do this mission we best start doing it soon. as he walked down the hall and went into the janitor's room to grab out a bag filled with weapons and his coustume.

"Please, everyone, remain calm." A security officer asked off Bane's tour group, as he stood in front of them, blocking them from proceeding any farther.

"Mm, I have problems here too, friends." Bane whispered in response to Deadshot's comments, as he slowly started to back away, distancing himself from the rest of the group. He guided himself along the wall, searching for a door, any door, for him to slip into, and disappear.

"There's been a small explosion in one of our labs upstairs, for your safety, I'm going to have to ask the lot of you to exit the building as soon as possible. Your money for the tours will be refunded if desired, just check with the guys out front." The guard explained to the group, as he pointed back to the way they came, where there were a number of exits for them to disperse from. His eyes suddenly diverted over to the suspicious hooded man. "Hey, you!" He called out angrily, as he watched Bane go in an opposite direction from everyone else. "Where do you think you're going!?" The security guard stormed over to Bane, as he grabbed onto his shoulder.

Bane sighed angrily, as he was just about to slip away through a door too. He stood there, still, as he carefully contemplated his next move. If he went all out, berserk, with this many people around, the Justice League could be called in, and that was the last thing they wanted. But, at the same time, he had a job to finish.

"Just hang on right here, buddy." The security guard ordered, as he leaned down to the walkie-talkie clipped onto his shirt. "Yeah, Troy, we got a wanderer down here. Can you come down and escort him out? I have to finish up evacuating the rest of the civilians."

"You don't want to do that, little guy." Bane said in a very threatening tone, as he looked over his shoulder, casting a furious glance at the guard.

Ravager continued to watch Lex's every move, as he watched the businessman fumble around, angry and stressful. "He's distracted; he won't be at the top of his game if we hit him now." Ravager relayed to the rest of the team, as he sat up for a moment, fumbling through his duffelbag. "Keep moving, Deadshot; find the Blockbuster." Finally, Ravager pulled out an enormous rocket launched, as he hoisted it over his shoulder, and carefully aimed the weapon at Lex's office, well, more specifically, at Lex.

Robin's head went back and fourth, as he listened to the three others. "Well, if Batman was interested in LexCorp, then there has to be-..." Robin shook the thought away rather quickly, as he remembered Batman's very strict orders.

"It's time for us to be hero's and this could give us the respect that we deserve what do you say Robin?" Kid Flash looked over towards Robin to see what he would say after all the man who told them to stay put was Robin's mentor.

"Look, guys," he sighed, "Batman told us to stay put." Robin stared off to Speedy's forgotten hat, as he pondered for a second why he didn't leave with him. "However, that was on the Wotan mission," a mischievous smirk found it's way onto the young man's face, as he made his way over to the computer, "but he never gave us any orders on what to do about the other mission." With that, Robin went to typing away, his hands appearing to almost match the speed of Kid Flash.

"Access granted." A robotic voice announced from the computer, as Robin was given access to all files related to the mysterious explosion at LexCorp. "The least we can do is go help in whatever way we can, and maybe," He shrugged his shoulders, "you know, look around a little. We'll solve their case before they do." He rubbed his chin, as went to typing again. "Metropolis is a little ways away, especially if you can't fly, or run passed the speed of sound. We can't use the zeta beams here to teleport anywhere close to the building, because they're all locked off in those restricted rooms..." He trailed off, as a map of Washington D.C. popped up on the screen, revealing an array of purple dots all along it, at various streets and corners. "There!" Robin exclaimed, as he pointed at one of the dots on the map. "There's another zeta beam only a few blocks away from here." He pointed his finger at the screen, to one of the various dots.

"This is gonna be sweet!" Kid Flash said excitedly and ran off to the beam before anyone could say anything.

"Does he ever slow down?" Donna chuckled, though she was slightly nervous about the mission. Even though she had been on many missions much more dangerous than this with Wonder Woman, she didn't know how the outcome would turn out with the other teens. She didn't doubt their abilities as individuals, but their ability to work as a team. When she turned around to ask Robin a question, he had already disappeared.

July 4, 13:37 EDT

The team arrived via zeta tube outside of Lex Corp. There didn't seem to be any evidence of a fire- no flames, no smoke, no ash, not even the smell. The only evidence that something was wrong was the surprisingly calm and steady flow of people out of the building. Maybe Lex did have everything under control.

"I think we should go in and search for the fire," Donna said. The Amazon way was the direct way, very much the opposite of Batman's strategic hiding and gathering information. She never considered it before, but her methods of fighting crime would be much different than the others, especially Robin's.

Bane chuckled, as he stood across from about five unarmed guards. He rolled up his right arm sleeve, as it revealed a peculiar, metal bracer, with a few buttons on it, and three glass cylinders positioned along the back, each containing some sort of red, bubbly liquid. A single tube, coming from somewhere within his sleeve, was connected to the device on his arm. He pressed one of the buttons, as the liquid was released from the glass, into the bracer, and up through the tube. Bane laughed louder and louder, as his physical structure began to change; he grew larger and larger, completely ripping through his hoodie, to reveal his tank top underneath.

Even the biggest of the guards began to slowly back away from the monster, as Bane was now about three times his own size. "T-That mask," One of the guards stuttered, as this was the first good look they had gotten of his full face, mask and all, as most of his face was covered by his hood. "It's the Bane!" He yelled out.

Bane easily knocked four of the guards out by a simple sway of his hand, as they all hit the wall hard. The last one was the one that had originally stopped Bane in his tracks. The monster chuckled menacingly, as he picked the guard up by the throat, with a single hand. "I told you you were making a mistake."

Bane's ruckus had caused the, previously calm, crowd of people around him to run in fear and terror of the sudden appearance of the super-villain. Many people tripped over and pushed one another to reach the exits, in a split-second, the crowd had gone into complete chaos.

"No way, if we plan on investigating the area, we need to stay hidden; we'll do what we can, but we can't let anybody know we're here, I think we should-" Before Robin could finish, his ears felt like they had almost split in half, as a large explosion went off towards the top of the building, right in Lex Luthor's office.

The Ravager smirked, as he looked on, pleasantly, at the success of his shot. He threw down his missile launcher, as he quickly pulled out his grapnel gun from his duffel bag. He took out a simple pistol as well, as he hoisted the bag over his shoulder. He held the grapnel gun out in front of him, carefully away from his head, as he took a moment to aim. As soon as he pulled the trigger, two lines shot out from either side of the gun at amazing speeds, as two metal heads on either end search for something to stick into. One head hit the back wall of Luthor's office, as the other hit the side of a taller building behind Ravager. Once both side were secure, he held on tightly to the gun, as he took a running start before jumping off the roof, sliding along his line, and into the cloudy smoke left behind from his weapon, gun ready for when Luthor showed his head.

Crowds of people ran out of the building, even more distressed now because of the explosion, most screaming and going on about some sort of monster inside.

"Something not so friendly, huh?" Bane chuckled, as he recalled what Deadshot had said about the downstairs. He looked over to the fleeing crowd, and then over to all of the unconscious guards he had taken out. It didn't matter how he went about things now, his cover was long gone. He shot a powerful left down at the floor, as it left a deep crater in the ground. He followed up with a punch from his right, and then another with his left. The ground finally caved in, as he fell through to the floor below. He continued this strategy, as he alternated from left to right to break the floor, over, and over, as he went deeper, and deeper.

Robin's head went back and forth, from the explosion above, and then to the fleeing crowd down on the ground floor. "New plan; our priority should be the lives of everyone inside this building." He figured everyone agreed with this, as he proceeded to point up to the smoking office. "Kid Flash, no one can get up there faster than you. You and Zatanna should go up there and get everyone in there to safety. Wonder Girl and I will check out things down here." If whatever inside was really the 'monster' that everyone screamed it was, then he'd definitely want the powerhouse to back him up. He opened up one of the compartments on his belt, as he pulled out two earpieces. "They're already set up to the same frequency; Batman always makes me carry an extra." He explained, as he handed one of the two to Zatanna, putting the other in his own ear. Wally West had a habit of losing things of importance, so, Robin figured Zatanna was the better person to give it to. "Meet us back downstairs, after everyone's safe. If anything goes wrong, contact me." Robin ordered, as he turned to the entrance. He pulled out his grappling gun, shooting it just above the first floor, to easily slip past the crowd, it caught on to the 'L' in LexCorp, as he shot off towards a ledge just below it. In an instant, the Boy Wonder was gone, out of sight, without any further discussion. He figured Wonder Girl would meet up with him inside to continue the plan.

Koriand'r knew her starbolt was rather hot, even if she herself couldn't feel the heat of it. Likely and hotter by the race that pumped through her blood. The Tamaranian's were a race ruled by emotion and Koriand'r didn't allow her emotions to go unexpressed. Instead of using her flight to stand up Koriand'r forced herself to stand on her own two feet.
Her firey red locks fell away from her face as she glared at her captives. Her almost solid green eyes clearly holding anger in them. Koriand'r was a warrior who had become a science experiment to far to many creature. But if she could escape the terrible Psion's surely the meek creatures of earth would be no challenge. So in those moments Koriand'r broke her silence." Niatra Vik." She hissed. Taking a few steps towards the genomorphs.
She recalled her training and waited for the genomorphs to first approach her. When one did she grabbed hold of it's arm and spun, sending it into another. She looked very lion like, her red hair blazing and her teeth bared in an animalistic way. It wasn't entirely uncommon for Tamaranians to look this way as they we're decended from an ancient feline race.

Zatanna grinned as everyone else agreed to going to the distress. She grabbed her top hat and placed it on her head. "Alright, then let's do this," she chirped.

When they arrived at the scene, Zatanna stared up at the building with her hands on her hips and leaning her weight on one leg. Her lips were pressed together in an uncertain look. "Must not be a very big fire if everyone is so calm," she commented. Then the explosion went off. She jumped slightly as her eyes widened. "Ok, I guess there is an emergency." Zatanna turned her attention towards Robin as he spoke his plan. Without words, she nodded and took the earpiece he held out to her. She slipped the communicator into her ear, eyes watching the building. The magician glanced towards Kid Flash and said, "Let's get to it." With that, she spoke the spell to enable her fly and floated up to the higher levels of the building.

Wonder Girl followed Robin into the Lex Corp building. She hoped if people passing saw them their stress would lighten up a bit. The inside wasn't too much better than the outside. Business cards from the front desk were flung everywhere and a few plastic plants were knocked down. People were still rushing out of the building. She noticed an old lady with a cane being shoved through the crowd. Donna swooped down and lifted the old woman into the air. "I've got you, sister," Donna said, momentarily forgetting many women in Man's World didn't see each other this was.

"Sister?" the old woman giggled, flattered.

Donna set her down outside, clear of the crowd. "Thank you, Supergirl!" the old woman said and pinched Wonder Girl's cheek before inching away with her cane.

Donna flew off into the building again and saw the unconscious bodies of security guards slumped on walls. She continued down this path until she found a hole leading into the other floors. She immediately flew down without considering Robin, mostly concerned with finding the monster than anything.

Lex looked outside of the window at the mass of scared people and shook his head. He wouldn't be surpised if the reporters, if not the whole Justice League, got a hold of this. He couldn't believe a "monster" was in his building. He recognized the monster as Bane on the security cameras. Just as he was about to turn back and call the scientists again, an orange siren with a whirring sound went off. He knew this meant an RPG was in the area and taking aim. Lex rushes to his desk and slid under it. He pressed a button and a thick metal wall fell down, shielding him. An oxygen mask fell too and he quickly put it on. The muffled explosion and breaking glass didn't startle him.

After a moment, the wall rose and a voice told him, "It is now safe to exit, Mister Luthor."

Luthor crawled out of the desk and immediately went through the flames to get to the elevator. He chose a floor inaccessible to most other people and the high speed elevator moved down quickly. The man angrily tossed the oxygen mask to the side and exited the elevator 51st his level.

"Get the formula," Lex told the first scientist he saw.

"B-but sir, the alien is still on the loose," the trembling scientist reported.

"You haven't contained her yet?"

"N-no sir."

"Send more Genomorphs."

It seemed as though the creatures around her had a never ending line, and there were still more. She was loosing strength and it occured to her that she must not have recieved direct sunlight in sometime. Still, she fought, wanting nothing more to flee this planet and escape back to whatever remained of Tamaran.

Genomorph after genomorph seemed to pile atop her until she was restrained. She began charging a hot starbolt and released it blindly, hitting a peice of lab equipment and causing it to become fried, melting through the metal in a eletric mess. Fear began seeping into her body, the same fear that reminded her of when was a mere child ripped from her home. She wanted to scream, but a sharp needle pricked her neck and it seemed all of her rage melted away.

She wasn't unconscious, instead left calmed and her world slightly hazy. She managed to glance at the needle as it was pulled from her neck. It looked similar to a Psion's autoinject needle so that's what she assumed it wasneedle, as it was likely created in an event she escaped. Her language was slurred, still not understandably to humans," Calp'a'dar..." She muttered as she was lifted. She tried to move, to force the toxins away from her body but it seemed useless.

The human who had injected her look empathetic, a glint in his eyes that almost made him look sorry, he said something. Not that she understood. She had not yet learned their language so she just stared, not like she could've done much anyways. Kory was brought to a tube, this time free of liquid and lied into it, wrist restraints coming online and locking around her wrists, other restraints locking into place as well until she was unable to move.

This time only the nessicary scientist radioed in to confirm that the alien was contained for now.

Kid Flash looked at the explosion and completely zoned out Kid Flash didn't really listen to Robin explain his plans as he tried to listen all he herd was blah blah blah. Kid Flash then turn to Zatanna said lets get to it. "She totally into me," Kid Flash said to himself as she already flew up. "I guess I have to take the people out fo the building no problem," Kid flash said as he run in the building pulling people out from the building after getting a good amount of people out he ran up into the room where the explosion happen which so happened to be Lex's office Kid Flash looked and investigated the room a bit. "Looks like the blast came from the outside and not from this inside," Kid Flash said," "This was obviously an attack on Luthor, But I don't see anybody so that means Lex is alive who's trying to kill him?" Kid Flash thought. Kid Flash went to the broken window and peaked out the window to find Zatanna. "Hey Zatanna I think something not right!"
Kid Flash yelled.

Two scientist ran into the Lab where the formula was, "We nee to get that formula right awa-" "BANG!" Before the scientist could finish his sentence he fell over as a bullet went straight through his head. The scientist in shock he turned to se where the bullet came from to see it was the man who never miss Deadshot who sat casually right across from him in one of those wheelie chairs.

"Oops I probably shouldn't have killed that guy aleast I still have you," Deadshot said jokingly as the scientist began to began to back away and run out the door but as soon he could turn "BANG!" another shot was made but this time through the scientist's knee cap. Deadshot wheeled his way over there and jumped out of the Chair to pick up the scientist and slammed him against the wall. "Know I'm only going to say this once it that the formula!" Deadshot yelled as he pointed to a brief case he then put his wrist gun up against the scientist head. "In your sake it better be or you will have a bullet through you head like your pal there," Deadshot said as he looked to the deadman,"And don't ry to lie either I can see bullshit a mile away," Deadshot said the scared and defenseless scientist.

"Ye..Yes it is please god don't kill me!" the scientist yelled as he began to weep

"Thanks for the info also i never planned on keeping you alive so no hard feelings," Deadshto said as he pulled the trigger. "BANG!"

"Wonder Girl, wait!" Robin screamed after the woman, as he hopped down from some unseen vantage point, landing just beside the series of holes. He sighed quietly to himself, as he pulled out his grappling gun once more. He shot it directly over the hole, as the hook at the end rammed right through the ceiling, locking itself securely. He tugged on it a few times to make sure before leaping down to the unknown. The line extended, as he sped down, floor after floor. Finally, he came to the end of his rope, twenty-six floors below ground level. Robin looked down, as he saw the trail still led down another floor. He swung back and forth slightly, before taking a leap on the floor just below him; he then jumped down the last hole, as he found himself in the floor Bane had stopped at. Robin held his wrist up to his face, as a mini, holographic computer projected itself from his glove. The screen showed various reports on both Lex Luthor, as well as his corporation, all submitted by the Justice League. "It doesn't say anything on here about LexCorp having more than two floors below ground level..." He murmured to himself, as he looked up to take a good look at his surroundings. He was in a quiet, completely white, hallway. The walls, and floors were all cold metal; there were various doors along the path, but the direction he needed to go was obvious. Just ahead of him, there was an enormous hole in the wall, where a door once was. It was clearly the same work of whoever forced their way all the way down there. He put two fingers up to his earpiece, as he tried to communicate with Zatanna, "Robin to Zatanna, there's been a change in plan, we're-" He cut himself off, as he let his hand drop from the device. All he got was static; he couldn't get any signal so far below ground. Robin figured he wasted enough time, as he broke off into a sprint, who knew how far ahead Wonder Girl already was, or if she was already in the midst of a battle with the person they were chasing.

Bane had found himself in the most sub-level floors, dimly lit, with strange projects floating around every corner. He had ran into some G-Trolls, the most powerful genomorphs projects created. "I was promised a challenge." Bane cockily laughed, as he spun one of the enormous monster around in a circle, by its leg, before letting it go, speeding towards a second of the monsters. The two genomorphs crashed into another room, destroying a variety of projects, computers, and plans.

Ravager shot at Lex, as the man went fleeing into the elevator. The mercenary rushed to catch it, but arrived just as the doors shut. He angrily growled, as he shoved his gun into a holster in his chest. Ravager used his impressive strength to pry the two doors apart from each other. Just as he was about to leap down after the target, he heard an obnoxious voice yell out something behind him. He turned his head, as he saw the famous Kid Flash. The heroes were already on top of things; Ravager had to hurry and get the mission finished. He held his foot out in case the doors decided to close back up, as he reached back into his duffel bag. He pulled out a bolas, as he whirled it around a few times before slinging it right at the speedster. With Ravager's aim and speed, and the fact that the hero wasn't paying attention, there was no way he'd miss. He pulled out his pistol, and took a few shots at the teens before jumping down to chase after Lex. They were more so just for distraction, as the villain didn't want them trailing him.

Zatanna had managed to get most of the people in from one of the floors onto the ground by levitating them down. Looking around a bit more, her attention was finally pulled from searching when Kid Flash called her name. "Of course it's not," she said, floating over to the window to hear him better. Out of the corner of her eye she saw something move quickly through the air as she heard the 'bangs' of a gun. "Move! Now!" She warned the speedster quickly. She wouldn't be able to cast a spell quick enough or accurate enough before it bullets hit their mark.

Koriand'r tried to fight off the effect of the drugs she had been administered. As a Tamaranian dosage numbers had to be brought up slowly to avoid the risk of overdose.
But these drugs did not seem to put her to sleep, rather paralyse her and keep her a prisoner in her own body. She was still fighting when her finger tips began to burn as if flames were tickling her hands.
The feeling began chasing up her arm and it felt like her body was on fire, leaving nothing but complete numbness behind. She did not cry out though, instead she bit her tongue and did not give them the satisfaction of hearing her scream.
Once she was immobilized vents opened up and released a gas that knocked her out rather quickly. Putting her to sleep as long as she breathed it in. So her world began to fade and the alien princess was asleep as though she had never woken to begin with.

Lex waited for his scientist to return with the formula, but it was taking longer than it should have. Lex Luthor rolled his eyes, "Of course I have to do everything for myself." He marched angrily to the containment center where the formula was usually placed. As he walked he noticed the limp bodies of his scientists. He kicked one's arm out of his way and murmured, "Pathetic." As he walked he also found the occasional unconscious genomorph. This only furthered his frustration with the lack of competence of his crew. Lex felt like he was the only one who could do anything right.

When Lex finally got to the room where the formula was hidden, he found dead bodies scattered all over the floor. "How could you let this happen?" Lex shouted angrily, partly at himself, partly at the dead scientists. The formula wasn't anywhere to be seen.

Donna continued to fly through the holes until she hit the last one. It seemed like a secret lab and she didn't like the looks of it. There were several unconscious scientists and monsters she didn't recognize. Wonder Girl didn't waste time pondering about the lab and continued to follow the path of destruction. It finally began to come to an end when the growls and grumbles grew louder. She heard a loud crash and saw Bane stepping through a hole in the wall. She quietly followed him, not sure what he was doing. Sure she would usually jump at the first sight of a villain, but she knew Bane was a very dangerous man and didn't know if she could take him head on.
