Warriors of Redemption
This RP follows up to 8 people at a time, whom have all returned to their birth place, which was brutally destroyed during a war, not that they know of this because they have been living elsewhere and haven't kept tabs on anything. Now, they are each brought back to their hometown, forced to see the devastation which they so supposedly caused. They will have 2 years to prove their innocence, as the war lasted a longing and emotionally damaging four years, so it was even worse. They must gather clues about what truly happened with the war, as even the Village Elders (the one inflicting the punishment) do not even know such.
The hometown of Moramescene is a strange and mysterious place. The air was filled with happiness and joy at a time, people dressed in old timey folk clothes, with the subtle inclusion of modern day inventions. Stores and houses were extremely close together, separated by only the allies which led into the booming city centre which was a maze in itself. It was dubbed "Diasterville" due to always surviving despair and despair, floods, volcanoes all had no casualties due to the sage village elders whom possessed knowledge clearly beyond the human mind.
Evil did occasionally plague area's and scarred people, since the village had a zero tolerance on death, people were kicked out when they felt the need to end their lives, or felt their lives were ending or when the town clairvoyance told them so. Fields stretched out forever, and some people buried themselves in the fields, making them a harrowing and scary place to go. Moramescene barely used electricity, only for needed and vital purposes (internet, microwaves, ovens, washing machines).
Only a handful of people survived Moramescene's hugest disaster, the one our main eight are told that they had completely caused, the disaster was an earthquake, which not even the town clairvoyant predicted. Moramescene was extremely spiritual and believed that the reason they survived was because they were consistently happy and hopeful and experiencing any negative emotion was severely punished through death or execution, these deaths were covered up to keep the peace.
Obviously, many people experienced negative emotions and became shut ins, until they started a rebellion so big, it could not be quelled, and this was beginning point of the war. The town clairvoyant sighted eight suspicious outsiders would cause the demise of the village before he was brutally murdered for being on the side of the elders, whom eventually were ran out of town as Moramescene begun a new era, all in the space of less than a decade.
The village elders brought the eight back because they felt that they had committed sins while they had been here and attempted to cover them up, and they sought destruction on the village in their minds and caused someone around them to suffer a horrifying and painful death which (supposedly) fuelled their resentment and bitterness as they left, but their "seed of evil" had already been planted into the village, and it would not go away.
Sinful or Sinless
4 characters will be sinful which means that they did (whether intentionally or unintentionally) imbalance the happiness of the village and did something that not only affected themselves but others also and they caused someone to suffer a horrifying and quickly left the village before such was realised (or depending on how young they were when it happened, were oblivious and their parents had made the decision to leave for the young child).
Take sinful as an opportunity to create good, pure characters, whether with skeletons or none and through flashbacks or something similar, you could show how they had a bad side or how they unintentionally did what they did and remained good. I don't want some 1 dimensional, boring flat goody two shoes whom has never done anything bad, I want real people that are angry and lash out, are sad and withhold emotion in, I want this to be a good experience to read and participate in.
4 characters will be sinless, so they could be adamant they didn't do anything and proven right or, they could believe that they are completely bad (already having prior self esteem issues) and actually go through development, uncover stuff and realise, hey, they didn't do anything after all.
Where do the characters live?
There are two underground bunkers, which aren't in the best of conditions, 4 people can live in 1 bunker. The bunker's are next to each-other, but separated by a door and to get in to the other you would need a pass code, the elders give food and moderate water, so you don't starve to death, but they clearly resent you and they have kind of wrecked the bunker, but not so significantly that you'd feel the need to complain to such a passive aggressive authority figure.
Can I be a village elder?
Yeah! You need to make a CS sheet first, and make sure that you have completely outlined whether they are going to be a village elder or not. Only 3 will be village elders, so spots are tight and limited for that. They can act as a unit, but try not to make them boring and identical to each-other because then, what is the point of having two other characters?
What is the layout of the CS sheet?
Appearance (1 paragraph, 3 at max. Describe height, bust, build, stature, eyes, lips, shoulders, ears, hair, whether they have scars, clothes, etc).
Personality (3-5 paragraphs, what are they like, simple.)
Biography (4-5 paragraphs about the person's life, and how they grew up to be overall, what they went through and what made them the way they are today.)
Additional Information (Mannerisms, habits, what they'd be like with certain people).**

Abba Jane Marie -
Appearance
Slightly old and possessing wrinkles, this girl is 35, but still in her stride, Abba has a withered old ponytail, with black roots, some say representing elements of corruption inside of her. Bold, fiery green eyes which can supposedly peer into your solve and delve into your darkest deepest secrets.
Abba has a long nose, almost resembling a witches, which is the subject of her insecurities. She often wears tank tops, and things that usually would be worn after some sort of running or sporting activity. She usually wears a dark green tank top and white shorts, with some eccentric animal earrings and furry slippers which totally do not go with her outfit at all. It is interesting to note that Abba has a few wrinkles (though that could be due to messiness and generally unorganised way of going about things), namely under her eyes and around her nasal area, though she still looks youthful.
Personality
From a young age, Abba was taught concrete good values, and when she wasn't, she completely discarded them, noting them to obsolete in her eyes. Abba is very loud, demanding and bossy, she usually attempts to lead the group and has numerous walls up, she is sometimes out of it.
Possessing skills of serious hurt which sometimes doesn't include combat or fairness, Abba is one to always use her fists, and never use tactics or her intelligence which she actually does possess, but prefers to downplay quite often. She has a silver tongue, though often her words can mean multiple things and it doesn't dawn on you.
Abba isn't afraid of betraying someone, making her a slight antihero, she is never truly settled, and always feels like something is bothering her and nothing is ever perfect in her eyes. Her view on the world is that is beyond repair and is distasteful and that everyone will fall into evil, but before that happens she can try and stop it.
Sometimes Abba is noted to be vain, but this is only because she is given stability by not always relying on others and putting herself first even if it can mean possibly endangering an ally.
Biography -
Abba's main influence growing up was undoubtedly her grandmother. Her mother was seen as unstable by her because she'd rather be doing other stuff than teaching morals, values and all things to ensure someone turns out to be a good human being.
Abba was instantly born into poverty and knows the value of something small and also learnt how to work for what she got. Abba grew up, donning rags and sometimes nothing, her whole body being on show and her being leered at. Though she possessed serious amount of intelligence, her temper began to rise as she grew to be older.
At 9, she regularly made sure that boys knew never to leer at her ever, through the means of using her fists. But at 14, upon moving, she realised that her reputation was bad as she became alienated from many people and wallowed in self pity for her teenage years, as her mother also got worse, and eventually passed away when Abba was 16.
Abba continued to wallow in self pity, but she did so while training to better herself, but she never felt like anything was enough. Abba lost her grandmother at 20, which was gut wrenching and her first taste of mourning and sadness of a death, Abba moved around again, and at 22 finally saw as herself as okay.
By 25, Abba was well known for a few things and she had a source of income and ways to buy clothes which may not have been entirely high maintenance but were good enough for her. At 29, she had to move yet again because she began to be extremely loopy, duplicating her behaviour that her mother had shown her when she was young and felt that her reputation had completely diminished and so she moved through shame, attempting to press her issues to the back of her mind and be "normal" again.
Up until Abba was 31, she continued to have flashbacks and thoughts increasingly about her mother, before her thoughts turned to her father, but Abba realised he was presumably a deadbeat as well and so she changed her last name (unofficially) and added in her grandmother's name (Jane), which symbolised a new and fresh start for her.
When Abba turned 34, she moved yet again, because she became increasingly annoyed with not having many true friends to turn to because over the years people had used her for her intelligence or her brawn, and she was solely some sort of pawn in their game, so she decided to be the one to take charge of her own life for once, and vowed to right her past wrongs and return to her birth place...
Development and storylines can develop overtime, but if you have any idea how you want the storyline to go, please post it below just in case you want others to know and so they do not interfere with your storylines. Relationships are allowed in this and it can be a story line, whether they used to be childhood friends, or whether they don't even remember each-other OR they've got spouses but wanna cheat, but both RPers must consent to the relationship happening and it must be an equal partnership and both can end it at any time they want, but just make it natural and not just out of left field.
