Shiloh woke up a little disoriented. She rolled over to her side and swung her legs over the bed as she sat up. She gave a small yawn and stretched her body out. "Yesterday seems like such a bad dream," she said to herself as she peeked through her eyes. Her heart jumped a little as she saw her room frozen, once again. I guess it wasn't a dream... she thought to herself as a cold chill ran through her body. She had been sleeping in a large sweater and a pair of sweat pants that hung loose on her hips. She stood up and slid her way around her bedroom getting dressed. The walls in her room were an off white and there was one dark brown dresser with a mirror overtop sitting against the wall next to a chair. She grabbed her bag off the floor and began to dig through it. She would need more clothes if she was to be staying here longer than intended.
She slid on a pair of blue ripped skinny jeans and a red hoodie that was a size too big. She neglected a t-shirt underneath her hoodie since she didn't plan on getting warm enough to have to remove the top garment. She slid on her boots and with a sigh she fixed her bed hair as best as possible. Her stomach growled a little as hunger set in. "No more acting like a punk. Time to step up and show the Shiloh that lived on the streets afraid of nothing, not even this stupid gem shit," she told herself as she stood tall and opened the door of her room and headed into the hall.
