The Emerald Graves
A place that still has old wounds, reopened by an outsider's cruel way of seeing elves. Their grand trees reaching for the skies as dignified as the elven body that it grew from. One for every warrior who was killed in it's protection. Hidden away from the view of Fereldan, and barley touched by the forced hands of civilization. Ruins peaking through the fields of green, keeping secrets of ancestors all but truly forgotten, and treasures that have been covered in the dusts of time.
With the Inquisition fighting the rift in the skies, the graves have been left alone for a time. Wars raging outside and all races yelling to rejoice at the herald of Andratate has caused many to leave their expeditions of ruins and join the unified cause to get their lives back to safety.
Yet all it takes is one pair of curious eyes to take what is waiting. A group of hunters and mercenaries alike, finding opportunity has been said to search the ruins. Seeking golds and treasures. But never in their wildest of dreams that the fade itself bestowed upon them, would they have imagined such a object to have been crafted. A single horn laying, forgotten in a heap of rags and soot, made from dragon bone and ruins of old, hummed with power under your finger tips. Looking to your comrades, the ones who have trusted their lives in your hands, all of you are left with the unspoken question.
What are you to do with such unknown power?

Welcome to our adventures! Where we have travelled far and wide to gather anything and everything that was left behind in the war so we can make a profit for ourselves. A group of fighters, con artists, and opportunist that we are. Only to find something we did not plan on finding. Do we use it? Sell it? Destroy it? The choice must be made.
Now lets get down to the basics.
Rules, I know I hate em too but we gotta lay em down.
1: No go modding
No taking control of another character, no having sudden new powers for no reason. No over powering, ect. This is Dragon age, you are in a world where you will find faults and challenges. Making things easy will take away the fun.
2: Dice
Large events such as if the horn is used or if you are trying to kill an important NPC will be determined by dice rolls. Only I can state the number of that roll. I will not state the powers of the horn yet, but I will say that it will not always work in your favour. If rolled under a 10, than it may cause an even bigger problem than whatever one you are trying to solve.
3: Keep it moving
If we are left waiting for more than a week without you stating why you are gone. Than I will kill your character. Please post in at least a paragraph, don't just throw it together, and don't be afried to interact with characters.
4: Romance is fine
I for one love romance, I love how much character development can come from it. But if you guys are gonna have smut, please do it outside this forum. Maybe have a PM or something but not all players would be comfortable with that.
5: No bashing
This goes without saying, be nice. Your character can be a dick, dose not mean you have to.
6: Have fun
This is in Thedas, the DA games have been one of the best RP video games made so far and have endless opportunity. Be daring, take chances, and make the best story we can have.
If you have any questions, please PM me. And remember, this group has travelled together for at least this ruin.
