(I think i will place this RP within Casual or Free (Preferably casual, due to my own/friends posting norm.)
Plot/Overview: (No surprise here) Characters will be Humans or 'Magic users'. Only difference between the two, humans are well human, like yourself and I. Magic-users as name entails, possess a magic feat or ability which they can rely upon. Minor as this detail or difference between magic-user and human may be, the stories of history only reveal animosity and segregation to thrive between the two parties and their societies. Albeit, as GM, I ask you all as players: what will you decide?

RULES:
- 1. Be respectful, abide by site rules, no op/zero damage taking characters and all that happy stuff.
- 2. Only one character for now. (Unless otherwise permitted.)
- 3. Wait for two people to post, before you post again. (May increase this, for RP's sake)
- 4. Character death: Yes "plot-armor" exists for players, but I do hope that is not something used maliciously.
- 5. No sexual/naughty business (As rules of site entail. Also what happens outside of this RP/thread, is beyond me)
- 6. Please, examine the Character thread before creating your character. (It holds the CS format and several NPC/Example characters)\
- 7. Setting/Era: Pseudo-modern - regions of this world possess marvels of current age such as hospitals and even motor-vehicle transportation, while other regions exist within a 'medieval' state. (Any questions on the sense this makes, please ask, for i question how much others will understand this rule x.x )
- 8. Finally: This is an RP which I played within several years ago, I did not make it. Yet i did gain permission from the owner of that RP years ago, resulting in the creation of this. Thus I would like to thank the members of that RP (The original HVM which I partook in), for inspiring me to create this beauty.
