The Show has been always on. The Show is what matters. Billions of aliens watch it every year. Every year , new creatures are brought inside the Arena. Who knows what will this year bring ? Who knows who will die this year ? Who knows if there will be a winner this year.
It's been 20 years since someone won the contest. 20 years of death and amusement for those with the money to watch The Show.
It's that time of the year again. It's the time for The Show to begin !

Hello and thanks for reading the short introduction. I am sorry for it's length but I am not one for big introductions with many fancy words and such.
The characters of this RP are sent to this planet in a reality show for aliens. All their movements are watched by billions of creatures from the universe. Of course the characters do not know this , they are simply teleported to this planet with no knowledge of where they are or what to do. In each region ( the 4 of the habitats ) there will be an artifact , when our characters will take all of them...they will be sent home ( maybe ) but our characters don't know that. In the first part of the RP will be centered on character interaction and survival on a hostile world.
The action will take place in a place only known as " The Arena ". The Arena is made out of 5 different habitats , each showing a different climate.
Habitat 1 ( Starting Point ) : This habitat is a forest ( 10 km x 10 km ) with a small clearing ( 500 m x 500 x ) in the middle of it ( the starting place ).
Habitat 2 ( The Frozen Wasteland ) : This habitat is a frozen wasteland with no food and basically a lot of ice. Nothing alive is on the surface of this habitat but if one would break the ice , one would see the creatures that dwell underneath the ice.
Habitat 3 ( The Scorch Lands ) : This habitat is a desert. A big desert. Only one oasis in the center of it and many burrowed temples.
Habitat 4 ( The War Land ) : This habitat is a desolate battlefield filled with dead bodies of many creatures. Some humanoid , some not. A place where only creatures that feed on the dead can live.
Habitat 5 ( The End ) : A habitat that isn't yet known. No one ever entered here.
Human : Normal humans are good are surviving in almost all habitats but tend to suck at close combat.
Sha'rkoloc : This race of beings are practically designed to thrive in desert, jungle, and forest regions. At first glance, these people seem elvish in appearance, with somewhat thin, tall bodies, long pointed ears, beautiful faces, and long flowing hair. However, you might soon notice that... they have clawed hands, their bodies are actually toned with muscle, and their teeth are more like a shark's, sharp and pointed, designed for ripping and tearing instead of chewing, and constantly becoming loose, falling out, and being shortly replaced by another tooth. They are a warrior class, going for speed and strength to take down the huge prey on their planet, as well as... other humanoids that manage to get on their bad side. However, despite this, they are known to be intelligent, if a bit hostile to outsiders, and have created their own forms of technology. But still, they have not created any guns, prompting to use swords and their own teeth and claws as weapons. They are big eaters, and a single male and strip an adult human down to the bone in just an hour. Strangely, their relationships are the opposite of humans. Mating with females is solely for reproduction, and romantic love is shared in groups, ranging from between 3 to 20 people of the same gender. People outside these groups tend to be loners, however, roaming randomly in search of food. Those who do not want to be eaten by these people have adapted to use the best thing to kill them, venom and poisons. They are highly susceptible to becoming infected and poisoned by things that normally would be harmless to humans. For example, a mosquito bite could cause a fever and nausea, which could lead to vomiting. Anything above a wasp sting is guaranteed to lead a slow, painful death as their organs shut down one by one. So, basically, if you have a poison dart gun, they will think twice before deciding if it is worth it to eat you or not, even if they are wearing armor , they will need more food to sustain but when it comes to close combat they are the strongest of the races available.
Semper : The Semper are a tree-like race. They are around 1.8 meter tall and have a bark-like skin. They are humanoid in shape but their heads look different from a human. Their heads are covered in bark and are brown ( they have two eyes. Something like the Treats from Lord Of The Rings for reference ). They can survive in a forest habitat better than any other race and their bark-like skin gives them protection against cutting weapons ( spears , knives etc ) but they require more water than all the races.
Galan'ter : The Galan'ter are like normal humans in every way but their skin. Their skin is white as marble and they can survive in a frozen environment better than any race.
Each race has there stats :
Health
Food Gauge
Water Gauge
Sanity Gauge ( Sanity can only be removed if player sees something terrifying like or if standing in complete darkness )
Stats that you have to add to your IC posts. Every post in which you don't write an action like this " Marlaka drinks some water " will remove a 1 or 2 points from the Water Gauge or such. Staying in dark places ( without no light ) will hurt your Sanity and it will remove 1/2 point per post.
Same goes for food.
Also. Each race has a different Food Gauge / Water Gauge / Sanity Gauge removal rate.
Human : -1 , -1 , -2 on each post where player doesn't specify that he/she eats , drinks.
Sha'rkoloc : -2 , -1 , -1 on each post where player doesn't specify that he/she eats , drinks.
Semper : -1 , -2 , -1 on each post where player doesn't specify that he/she eats , drinks.
Galan'ter : -1 , -1 , -2 on each post where player doesn't specify that he/she eats , drinks.
All these apply in normal conditions. If special conditions are met , I'll specify the new removal rates for that place.
Also again.
If no character is sent to gather food / water ( where a dice will be rolled ) our characters will not have food / water. That means that they cannot eat or drink because there is nothing to eat/drink.
Once we get off the introduction , I'll add to all my posts a " Camp Inventory " where we will put...guess what...the camp's inventory.
And...the last also.
I require that at each post the player to add in a hider the Stats and in another his characters Inventory. They will have an empty inventory at first.

The Objectives
- 1. Survive. ( The first part of the RP will only be based on this objective )
- 2. Explore the other habitats that are unlocked by completing objective 3.
- 3. Find the first artifact in Habitat 1.
- 4. Find artifacts in all of the habitats.
- 5. Go to Habitat 5 and use all the artifacts to open the gate to enter the last habitat.

Rules
- 1. No godmodding. Everyone can die.
- 2. Normal guild rules apply.
- 3. If you want to romance and do stuff. It's PG-13 , everything is ok 'till cloths go off then fade to black. Swearing is allowed.
- 4. If you read this put " I am awesome " in your cs with the color black.
- 5. IF you choose to make a non-human race , make sure to remember this : It has to be humanoid and it has to be no different than a normal human ( I am referring to no superpowers or stuff. Claws , tails and such are allowed. No wings or flying. Not even gliding)
- 6. My word is law. So goes for my Co-GM's ( when they will appear ).
- 7. I ( or my Co-GM ) will roll a 1d12 dice on major choices ( like searching a dead body for something valuable or searching for food inside a bee nest (?) ).
- 8. A 1 to 4 dice roll means that you lost the roll and either you find nothing or you are hurt. A 5 to 8 means medium success. 8 to 10 means high success and finally a 10 to 12 roll means special item found ( like really good food or a good weapon / trap ).
- 9. More rules will appear if needed or rules can be removed if they are voted out.
- 10. Remember the rules and if you don't like something. Just ask.

Human : Normal humans are good are surviving in almost all habitats but tend to suck at close combat.
