He slammed his fist on the table. "You're saying you want us to help your men, because we've been outside your prissy little dress up party? Then you better give me a weapon. And I've got an idea what your next squad can be. I saw some cloaks on the way here. What squad is that for? They better be elite." The plan was all coming together now in his head.

Jax raised his eyebrow at Olly. "Told you. Psychotic." Jax chuckled. "So Colonel, what exactly do you want from us?"
"I want you to head an elite squad. Major Jax Tucker, and Captain Oliver Evans. You'll be officialy inducted into the Army, introduced to your men and sent on your first mission by tomorrow morning. You'll be running recon, scavenge and search and rescue missions. What do you boys say?"

"You'll be the youngest soldier here. The youngest Captain since the Civil War too. And you and Jax will have the full files of every soldier on base. You can make your decisions together. One condition though. Captain Tim has to be one of them. You get 5 more men after that." The Colonel sat. "You'll also have your pick of any weapons and equipment from the quartermaster."

Jax nodded and clapped Olly on the back."We'll do it." He saluted, got up and headed to the armory. The next day, Jax had a new .357, 8 shot revolver as well as his hunting knife, attached to a tactical belt. The belt had two pouches, each with two loaded speedloaders in them, a pouch with a com system that his whole team was hooked up to, a pouch with a whetstone and the rest of the space was occupied by bullet slots, holding 24 extra bullets. He had his old weapons returned to him, his machete was slung across his back, while his revolver and rifle were stored in a locker next to his bunk in one of the big hangars. He'd received a new Remington, R11 rifle which was also slung over his shoulder. He'd also received his new mission gear as well as new clothes, fatigues and a new backpack. He was dressed in a tight black t-shirt tucked into black and grey camo cargo pants. Jax felt less like a survivor and more like a soldier now.

Oliver emerged from the armory, with a black cloak covering his normal clothes, as well as steel toed boots and a semiautomatic rifle slung across his shoulder. In a holster by his side lay a Heckler handgun, with a Calvary Sabre in a scabbard by his side. In a small satchel he wore by his side was ammo for his weapons, and a sharpening tool for his knife. He turned to Jax. "Let's go on a mission."

"FROM THIS MOMENT FORWARD YOUR SORRY ASSES ARE MINE!" a man runs up and gets in line " HOLY SHIT! AND JUST WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU!?" the man yells " SIR, PRIVATE JAMES TUCKER, SIR!" "ARE YOU FUCKIN SHITTEN ME!" "AND YOU ARE LATE FOR LINE UP!! ON YOUR FACE MAGGOT!" the man gets into push up position."GIVE ME 65 UP CLAPS, FUCK FACE!!, AND DONT LET ME CATCH YOU NOT COUNTING OR I WILL PUT MY FOOT SO FAR UP YOUR ASS THAT NOT EVEN JESUS WILL BE ABLE TO GET YOU OFF!!!"

Tim gave a firm hand shake. " well a soldiers work is never done." "Oh and its Sergeant major now I was promoted this morning" I got back last night from a rescue mission, turns out the reason I wasent getting a signal in the Humvee was from radio interference, and I found a few kids messing with a radio tower not far from here" come on I'll take you to meet them". Tim said as he looked at oliver and smiled" nice touch" mentioning the eyepatch
