How much might to invent typewriters and starbucks?

Sadly you are not one of the trendy kids until spending 16 in an avatar is a possible route. (32 mightaroos is insanity, though. Literally Sudoku until very late in the game.)


Don't worry. There are reasons for Majus and Minus' behaviour beyond the divas being fun. Though, I'll admit the divas are pretty fun.

@Muttonhawk Oh it was very far from a complaint or a worry. Tbh I don't even know if I was the first to have an independent avatar as I have yet to finish reading the entirety of the MK I RP.

Anyway, I like Brown and Heartworm and I also liked how the Viceregent conveyed Vowzra viewpoints too, sadly we never saw much of him before he became soup. Plus so far Majus and Minus have had some funny and interesting scenes, particularly love the way they talk to each other. (I still need to read stand though)

I love the rivalry between Jvan and Vestec. I found it quite amusing.

Thirty days? Teknall marched out against Logos within two hours of his arrival. Pick up your game, mate.

A question: What writing systems are currently prevalent on Galbar?

I know that bastardised Tounic calligraphy is in use in the ironheart mountains by the rovaick, but what else has been made?

I'm wondering for a possible mortal arc later on.

There's the Spiral Script, an Urtelem-exclusive ripoff of circular Gallifreyan. It's supposedly a very information-heavy script, so much so that it's virtually incomprehensible to less math-orientated species. I think that was because someone else wanted to introduce more widespread conventional forms of writing.

Beyond that I'm not sure. Alefpria might have its own written system based on what Ilunabar and the Divas used when designing the city, since Lif's been mentioned to be doing paperwork, and the whole Ilunabar studio crew, like any club of art students, is full of diagrams and post-it notes and such.

There is some level of writing in Alefpria, though I believe only a handful of peps know it.

There is also the wanderers code in Mesathalassa, though the use is also very limited.

Hieroglyphics are mentioned in one of my Vetros posts and a (possibly different) writing system is used to make records in the Temple of the Bond as part of Kho's Yara post.

So the Vetruvians have some vaguely-mentioned writing system(s), possibly taught to them by Ventus. Ventus spent some khookies a while to spread technology from other parts of Galbar to the Vetruvians.
