Jenso's punch crushed the pawn, and Ada bit her lip in annoyance. "No, no, no! You're playing the game all wrong, I'm suppose to- Gah!" Suddenly the chess pieces all turned towards Jenso. The pawns all sparked with electricity, and the two bishops began charging their lasers. The rolling rook behind Jenso began rushing towards him, as the farthest one tipped over, doing the same. The two horses crumbled, as did Ada's clone, and her eyes burned brightly. "Fine, fine! No more games, just die!"

Jenso smirked as the pieces began charging up their attacks. It certainly didn't look too good for him now, and it seemed unlikely that he would be able to avoid all of it. But he had no intention of giving up. If he was going down, he intended to go down while fighting. "But I was just about to win!" Jenso taunted, as a surge of power rushed through him. He threw a quick glance at the rolling rook behind him that came close. He dashed forward at top speeds, aiming to jump right over the other rook that was coming in front of him and to land in front of Ada.

Flames bursted out of his left arm as he punched at her stomach with his left fist. "Check-mate!!" He roared, hoping to startle Ada so the charging attacks would be delayed momentarily, even if only slightly. 'Let's hope this works...' He thought.

"FLAME DRAGON PUNCH!!" He shouted as he punched.

Ada was slightly surprised by Jenso's speed, but not shocked. The bishops at her sides both pointed at Jenso as his fist hit air. Ada ducked his punch and swept with her heeled foot, aiming to knock Jenso off his feet as the lasers fired at him from his left and his right.

Meanwhile, the rest of the chess pieces fell apart, crumbling into nothingness, and the bishops would follow shortly after.

Jenso frowned as his attack missed, but he had bigger problems at the moment. He glared at Ada for a moment, and kept the bishops into account. 'Shit..!' He thought. A surge of power rushed through him as he quickly jumped further back at top speeds, in order to move himself away from Ada's incoming foot, and to land further away to escape the blast radius of the lasers.

Jenso's jump wasn't quick enough to avoid the lasers impact, although he didn't get hit directly. The two purple beams collided in front of him and exploded in a flash of light that knocked Jenso across the room and spread purple goo throughout. Every single chess piece shattered now, and Ada looked positively furious, but he anger disappeared as she stepped forward, and the strength in her posture returned.

"Aren't we easy to provoke? Haha!"

Jenso crashed against the wall at the end of the room and slid down. He cringed in pain for a moment, and scrambled back onto his feet. He got in a combat stance and smiled confidently at Ada. "What, that all ya got?" He asked, not intending to give up. He knew he was up against a powerful opponent, so attacking first could be a bad idea. He hoped he would manage to provoke Ada into charging at him this time.

Ada chuckled and began stepping forwards slowly with here eyes focused intently on Jenso. As her figure bounced subtly, the woman rose both of her arms, one of which was covered with a dark purple sleeve. Her form fitting dress left little to the imagination, but the way she moved still concealed her intents. Ada was a confusing witch.

"That was not even remotely close to 'All I've Got' silly! In fact, perhaps you'd be more interested in a real fight?" Ada teased. She stood in place momentarily, stopping just halfway across the large room. "You see what hangs in the balance either way, yes? You're about to let down an entire world!" She mocked. The woman rose her hand, palm facing the ceiling, and created a large bubble of energy that revealed the village of Orobo. It showed the meteor glowing purple, and people gathered around it in confusion. "Ten minutes," Ada shrieked, "That's all you get! If you can surprise me, I'll stop all of the meteors, and destroy them myself! I promise you that, and that alone, my little toy!" The bubble disappeared and Ada pulled her hand back to her side. Four little imp creatures rose from the ground like ooze, and spread purple goo all around Ada's feet, creating a puddle of magic within a 15 foot radius around her. "Impress me boy! I warn you though, better men than you have tried!"

Ada didn't move, instead sending the imps forward, after Jenso. Each one took a puddle of goo with it, that followed them around like a shadow. It was like a 5 foot diameter circle, and when they hopped, it stayed on the ground, but moved with them without flaw. Ada had a puddle around herself as well, but didn't move, instead tapping his keel against the ground as if there was music playing, and glaring at Jenso with a smirk underneath her mask.

The four imps crisscrossed and converged on Jenso, two on each side, hissing and making strange noises. There were a little different from the imps earlier, and had less defined features, like they were made of purple ooze.

Jenso glared at Ada as she spoke. He had no reason to believe anything she said, but it didn't seem like he had much of a choice. Either way, he had to fight, and he needed to win in 10 minutes or a lot of people would die. He hoped Dacer was okay, but it just wasn't the time for Jenso to try to escape and find his friend. If he was even able too, anyways.

"Fine, bring it!" He shouted, keeping a close eye on the incoming imps and the strange puddles of goo that followed them. He was unsure what the purpose of the puddles of goo were, but there was only one way to find out. He dashed towards the right side to increase the distance between himself and the imps that came in from the left to avoid being pinned down, and aimed a low-sweeping kick at the imps on the right side.

Jenso's foot crashed into one of the imps. It tried to jump, but couldn't quite avoid his attack. But as the two imps got closer, their puddles fused into one and Jenso willingly positioned himself over it. The second imp dodged Jenso's foot in the nick of time, and Ada rose her right hand, while moving her left hand left-wards and striking a pose with her fingers flourished. The second imp fell towards Jenso's back and tried to claw at his spine, while the puddle from below rose up into a collection of tentacles and tried to pull Jenso into it. The two imps behind him continued their chase.

Jenso glared at the imp and frowned as the tentacles rose up. A surge of power rushed through him as he tried to dash to the left, away from the tentacles at top speeds and to avoid the attacking imp. He aimed the palm of his left hand at the two incoming imps and tried to launch a flame ball into them while dashing towards Ada. He took one step onto the puddle of magic surrounding her, waiting to see what her next move would be.

Jenso was faster than Ada had anticipated, and the puddle beneath him retracted and moved to lock onto the imp that he had just dodged. As he got within Ada's range however, she didn't seem too worried. She stepped away with rhythm, like she was dancing, and with each step, or beat, a spike of purple goo shot up into Jenso's way one after another. She kept dancing, and they kept coming, every half second, like a metronome- based attack. She also moved further away from Jenso as she did so, humming happily to herself.

Jenso's fireball was dodged by the imps, but it held its form until it crashed into the ground further behind them. They then reunited with their third brother, and all three of them ran towards Jenso from behind, over a shadow-like puddle of goo that followed them.

Jenso jumped back, out of the goo that he was within to avoid the incoming spikes, and slammed his fists into ground that wasn't covered in purple goo. He pulled out a large piece of rubble, and threw it at the three incoming imps. Suddenly, he launched a flame ball after it, aiming to strike the piece of rubble and blast it into several smaller pieces and increase the rubble's speed with the explosion to catch the incoming imps off-guard. 'Man...this is gonna be a pain..' He thought.

The exploding stone split into shrapnel and tore through the imps, dispersing them into the good at their feet. Ada kept dancing though, and spikes struck Jenso in the back of his legs when her turned around. "Come now, don't take your eyes off the prize, golden boy!" She taunted, stepping even more and clapping her hands above her head as she let her body move to whatever music was playing in her head. She swayed her hips from left to right and let her neck rock aimlessly, "The fun's only starting!" Her eyes were closed now, but it was as if she could see everything going on despite this.

Jenso cringed in pain and turned to face Ada. He gave her a confused look. 'How...how does she know where to go without even looking?' He thought. He began to recall Lark's words about being able to sense one's ki. Was this what she was doing? Either way, he couldn't keep standing there. He slammed his hands into the ground once more, and began to throw up large chunks of rubble, to have them fall down at Ada and into the puddle of magic. He hopped onto one of the pieces of rubble at Ada's right side as the rubble was raining down, and aimed a punch with his left fist at her side.

As Jenso jumped, more spikes came up, just barely missing him, but when he landed and punched at her, she spun around, arced her back, and dodged it elegantly before posing and aiming her hand at Jenso like a gun. Ada opened one eye, "Bang," She whispered, pulling her hand back like she'd fired a gun. But nothing came out. Instead, spikes jutted up from below all around Jenso, aimed for his abdomen. The puddle where the imps were before began spawning more imps, three this time, their figured rising from the goopy mess and taking the same crude form that they had moments earlier.

Jenso's eyes widened as the spikes aimed to impale him. He glanced over at a big piece of rubble that was still falling down and stomped himself off of it with his feet in order to launch himself out of the magic puddle and avoid the spikes. He aimed the palm of his right hand at Ada and tried to launch a flame ball near her feet in order to stop her from moving or at least try to break her balance. He feigned as if he was about to dash to her right in order to attack with his right fist, but he suddenly dashed to her left as a surge of power rushed through him and he moved at top speeds. He aimed a quick kick with his left foot at Ada's left wrist.

Ada spun around again as Jenso was airborne, and thrust her hand at him. A giant spike barely missed, getting closer than any other spike had gotten to hitting him while he was off the ground. If he kept jumping around, it could have sealed his fate. It was easier to hit a target moving along a path if you got used to their speed, after all. Ada shrugged and shook her shoulders to a beat that wasn't there. "9 minutes," She whispered seductively, flaunting her curves while turned away from Jenso. The fireball struck something, creating a bit of smoke, but as it cleared, it appeared that the good from below had risen to block its path, before dropping back into the puddle. It was like it had a mind of its own, and Ada was just there to watch it do her work for her, like she'd always done. Was she even fighting right now?

This time, Jenso's approach was blocked off before he could even get near Ada. A wall of goo rose as he got close, and stopped his planned assault dead in its tracks.

Jenso frowned and launched a fire ball over the wall, aimed so it would crash into Ada from above. He began to weave left and right constantly as he made his way around the wall of goo, to make him harder for the puddle to hit. He made his way towards Ada again, hoping she would be preoccupied dealing with the fire ball. He feigned as if he would punch at the right side of her face with his right fist. He suddenly dashed and lunged forward at Ada from her front as a surge of power rushed through him, aiming to straight-up tackle Ada out of the puddle at top speeds with his left shoulder as he aimed at her stomach.

Spikes continuously welled up from behind Jenso, getting closer and closer with time. The fireball that he launched however, fizzled out before it even reached Ada's body. She opened her eyes and ducked low to the ground, allowing Jenso to fly right over her, and into the wall that was still risen behind her. She then rose, spun around, and created another wall behind Jenso, trapping him like he was part of a sandwich. Within moments, the walls began to move together, threatening to squish Jenso outright.
