I hide among the commoners and watch you for afar

tattered and torn

I am the angels of god

But I ware no great robes and golden laced objects

I live among the poor

Torn up and cold and scared i look to you and wonder

If you ever wanted an angel

I am here beyond the eyes

Of the child you see before

Homless, cold and starving

But I know my creator

Will find me one day

Bring me up to the great thrones above you

And there I shall stay

I am the king of the angelic hosts proclaim

I am an the angel, the kijg and friend of you all

I am king Gabriel and I am the homless, the weak and the poor

But I shall be here forever to hold and love to keep you safe

For god allowed me much in my cold and damp days

kept me warm and cozy and company
