Just finished my half of the collab, and I have to admit, I'm getting hype over that Redding and Abigail character development. I want the big bad pimp being confused for once in his life because most teenage girls are either potential whores or little kids, and Abigail is neither. I want him briefly feeling sorry for dragging Abigail into this whole mess only to convince himself moments later that he doesn't give a shit and shouldn't have to. God knows I want that one conversation, in the dead of night when Abigail's the only one awake and she's sweating, vomiting and shaking from withdrawal - the one where Abigail dares Redding to look her in the eyes and see precisely what his Jet business does to people like her all over the Mojave.

I don't know - Abigail's shit scared of Redding at the moment, but I like to think that at some point in the future Abi's going to be the one that makes Redding actually consider what he's done. Up until now, he hasn't had an underdog talk to him like an equal, and Abigail's certainly the lowest of the low when it comes to the New Vegas hierarchy. The more time they spend around one another, the more Redding's going to see his life from a different perspective.

Redding's also an addict, but he's never been faced with something like that. Every time he's had a chance to fall on hard times, his brothers have been there, so he's out of touch with the regular drug addict. I like to think he has a policy about selling to those he deems too young, but he can't control where his product goes after it leaves his hands. Of course, I would love to have Abi challenge all the cognitive dissonance that Redding has about his thuggish life- not that Redding has any illusions about the morality of being a pimp and a drug dealer. His inner monologue tells him that he understands the wastes and the streets are shit, and that he understands not everyone is as lucky as him but he doesn't understand, really. There was a time where he was as vulnerable as Abi, and having someone that's an image of what he used to be- and very well the people who are usually begging him for another hit and not in a position to tell him he's shit- look him in the face and tell him he's a bad person is something he's never had happen to him. It'll be a shock, for sure.

And im just anxious to see Chomsky in action!

It'd be helpful in moving the bar scene forward to a close so we could regroup, have some proper introductions and figure out what happens next.

We cant simply assume it until the GM says it. I think I might do a collab with you to kill Sid in the pool room. Biscuits can't move so we probably do need Gatto to wreak havoc onto those poor mercs and give us an opening to GTFO of dodge. Either way, the bar fight definitely needs to wrap up ASAP, and I'm planning to have Abigail escape the Desperado in her next post - if you're willing to collab, that is.

I'll be getting a post up shortly. With Joel and Dallen flanking the raiders with that much firepower they should have no problem finishing off the remaining raiders, especially the ones caught between the entrance and the bar since they'll be in the crossfire.

You would hope not, but that would be one hell of a fall from love. To cause THAT amount of hate, she'd have had to have his baby but have it die due to being born addicted to psycho or some dark shit.
