So, this is kind of a revival roleplay of a roleplay I did with some people quite a while back. Only one of those people is on this forum, I'll be tagging her. The basis of the roleplay is kinda Magical Girl/Boy-ish, but not exclusive to one gender. Instead of them being called Magical Girls or Boys, they're called Chroma Knights. Each Chroma Knight makes a wish in order to become a Chroma Knight, but the wish is in exchange for eternal service to the order. Chroma Knights have been recruiting for millennia, but recruits have decreased in the past 100 years. There's a huge city that houses all of the important things underground, the only entrance is through a coffee shop basement. That's also where the Knights sleep, eat. They basically live there. But lately, there have been strange occurrences and recruits have been popping up left and right.. There are older Chroma Knights, but a lot of them are dead, so there's only a few alive right now. There are a few divisions, but I refuse to post them right now unless someone specifically ASKS for them. Each division has different powers and such. They all have a permanent tattoo on their hand, colored in their code color (again, not listing them all). It's really cool and allthe Chroma Knights fight otherworldly beings. Well, I'm a bit curious. Could you tell me more about these Chroma knights and what they'd be doing?

@Aeternum Well, the Knights would be fighting creatures that come in from tears in the universe's shell. Those creatures don't belong on the Earth, and they cause cataclysmic occurrences such as deadly car crashes, mass murders, and several 'natural' occurrences such as unnaturally strong hurricanes or tornadoes. There are many more things that stem from these monsters, but all you really need to know right now si that the Chroma Knights are the only thing keeping these monsters from completely destroying the Earth.

Of course, this information is kept from the general public. If a Chroma Knight tells a regular human about their mission- let's just say something very bad will happen to them. Namely death. There are 8 divisions each with specific powers.

First is the Asclepians. They are able to heal others with their power, along with themselves. Their only limit is death. Once someone is dead it's over.

Second are the Arrows. They have enhanced accuracy with things like bow and arrows and throwing knives. They also have the addition of their attacks being longer range.

Next are the Butterflies. They can create illusions such as to magically disguise themselves or divert the enemy's attention from themselves or others.

Fourth are the Cartesians. They have the powers of telekinesis, to communicate telepathically, see events going on in other places and to teleport.

The Hammers are next. They have enhanced strength and endurance. Their special power is a short-ranged yet powerful magical blast.

6th are the Croscopes. They can make objects smaller or larger for periods of time.

The Shields can deflect attacks, bounce attacks back, and bisect objects using a magical force-field.

Last, but certainly not least, are the Temporeans. They can see past and future events, and even stop, manipulate, or travel through time. Yep, that's right. You heard me right. They can travel through time. Only if they're good though.

Oh, and another thing! You have to design your own combat outfit (or find an image online) that your character will transform into during combat.

Oh, I see. I'm definitely interested in this one then. Hum... finding a transformation thing though, hm... well, it could make things interesting, if I can find a good one.

Well... I have a generator for the girls. Or you could just design one yourself if you wanted.

Yeah, I like them, but they're different styles. So it depends on what others submit and what power I pick, etc I guess. For example, the blue dude is definitely more water based. As for the other one, well, the clothing style is somewhat different from what might be expected of the time period. So I'm not sure.
