Callie heard the whispers too, although not to the extent that Caius did. She had half a mind to do something ras-woops, there she went. Her body moved, even as her mind tried to catch up. May as well give the nose=y parkers a show. She closed the gap, not even sure of what the heck she was doing, and kissed him. From the moment her lips brushed his, there was a spark, that seemed to ignite everything within her. Suddenly, for one brief moment, it was all she could do not to simply jump him.

Oh, gods.

She broke what was probably a steamy, passion-filled kiss, before she succumbed and gave the watches a little more then she had planned. Dropping a burning face into her hands, she couldn't help but laugh, shaking with her mirth. "Oh, I think my blood is actually burning" She shifted awkwardly, rising and trying not to look around.

When she crossed the distance between them, Caius expected her to walk past him and out the door. Little did he know that she planned on kissing him. His eyes grew wide when she pressed her lips to his but he immediately responded with the same intensity. He pulled her towards him. There were sharp intakes of breath around them. And he was sure there were some envious stares. Who wouldn't be envious of him? He was kissing the most beautiful girl in the world.

When she pulled back, Caius' cheeks were flushed pink and he looked at her with wonder. He chuckled at her obvious embarrassment and he extended his hand for her to hold. "Come on. I think we've showed them enough to shut them up," he whispered, obviously aware of her intentions.

Callie took his offered hand, quite unsure if she would be steady enough to walk, she gave him a bashful smile. "It wasn't just to shut them up" She said softly, wondering what his wonder was for. For her...forwardness, boldness? Or just...simply for the...intensity of the kiss.

She glanced about, forcing herself ot meet eyes, as she checked she wasn't leaving anything behind, before remembering she hadn't come with anything. She swallowed, nervous, hoping that her palm wasn't sweaty, as she looked to caius to lead her, smiling now almost shyly. What was she getting herself into?

Her eyes drifted towards the Coven House, and she gave a soft sigh.

Caius led the way towards the apartment, his mind on what had transpired mere minutes ago. He had almost made up his mind to stay out of her business the moment they arrived at the apartment. He didn't want to confuse her more than she already was. But the kiss was a curve ball he didn't expect. He felt an intensity there that he wanted to translate as something it probably wasn't. He had chalked it up as a spectacle meant to shut the rumor mongers up but her statement was another thing he didn't expect. That and the fact that she hadn't let go of his hand even when they were already far from the cafe.

"Then what else was the kiss for?" There was really no way of knowing unless he asked.

Callie looked at him, wondering how long he'd been thinking on that. Since she had said it wasn't just for show? "Why, because I wanted to" She said softly, feeling like that was corny. "Rash me sometimes acts on pure will and...need, want. I just...wanted to see something" She finished lamely. She had often thought herself predictable, but Caius's actions, and his question seemed to be as a result of unpredictable behaviour.

Just what was coming over her?

"It just felt like something I needed to do. Like...finding an answer to a question"@Kyrisse

Caius nodded. "Fair enough answer. Feel free to try finding more answers to questions with me," he said, shifting back to his laid back flirting. He led her around the corner where a luxurious looking 5 storey building stood. He led her in towards a small room beside the elevators where a woman in her late 50's sat behind a desk, looking through some ledgers. She looked up as the door opened and a smile spread across her face at the sight of the young man. "Caius," she greeted and then raised an eyebrow when her eyes fell on Callie. "Girlfriend?"

Caius glanced towards Callie and gave her an advanced apologetic look at what he was about to say to the landlady. "Uh... yeah. She's gonna be staying in the apartment, is that okay?"

The woman waved a hand at them, a nonchalant gesture. "Oh, sure, I don't mind. Just make sure to keep down the moans and the screams especially at night so you won't disturb any of the other tenants," she winked. "You know what I mean."

Caius' face immediately flushed bright pink, making the woman give out a hearty guffaw. "Right. We'll...uh...keep that in mind. Thanks, Mrs. Cartwright," he said and then walked back out, Callie's hand still in his. He turned to her as soon as he had closed the door behind them. He ran a hand through his hair. "Sorry about that. I had to tell her you're my girlfriend so that she'll allow you up. I guess it worked..." a blush crept up his cheeks again. "...j-just ignore the last part she said," he hastily added, kicking himself mentally. He has been with several girls before but he had never been a bumbling idiot with them.

Callie listened to the interaction, wondering how strict this place was. At the landlady's comments, she blushed deeply, and wanted to hide. "Can't promise anything, Ma'am" Oh, good lord, where had that come from? She clamped her mouth shut, relieved when Caius led her away again. Oh, her mouth or actions where going to get her into serious trouble one day!

"No, no, its okay, I understand" She said, although she didn't. Why wouldn't she be allowed up otherwise? It didn't make sense to Callie, who had always lived simple. "Did I really just say what I think I said?" She asked, glancing to him, but nervous, she glanced away again just as quick.

Caius chuckled. "Yeah, you did. Don't worry, I won't take it seriously." Finally realizing that he was still holding her hand, he gently dropped it and led the way to the elevator.

A few minutes later, the silver elevator doors opened up to the 4th floor. Caius led the way to the door marked 401, inserted the key and opened the door to a mid sized, adequately furnished studio type unit. The furniture were modern and obviously still brand new. "Here we are. Let me just... take a quick shower and then we can talk if you want to. Afterwards, I'll go out and let you get comfortable without having to worry about me being here," he said, shifting back to his original thought that she didn't want him there or anywhere near her.

A little disappointned as he let go of her hand, Callie followed him to the elevator, and spent the entire ride up thinking of just reaching out, and taking his hand back, but she didn't. She glanced about the apartment, unsure of herself. It all seemed so...new. She didn't want to break anything, or damage anything in anyway.

"You don't have to go out..." She said softly, "I don't mind, honest" The truth was, it would be strange, if not a little fearful, to be in a place she didn't know, alone. Annd...it didn't seem right to essentialy kick him out of his own place.

"Please, Stay" She said.

Caius looked at Callie for the longest moment, assessing if she really didn't mind him staying or if she was just saying it out of embarrassment. Seeming like he understood more than what she said, he nodded. "Alright. Uh, make yourself at home," he said as he headed towards the mirrored closet and took out a fresh set of clothes. A few minutes later, the sound of the shower being turned on can be heard from the bathroom. And if Callie paid close attention to the sounds, a low baritone humming a sad sounding song could be heard along with the shower.

Left to her own devices, Callie settled on the floor, taking off her charm bracelet and the few charms she had on her person, studying them, all were still active, and it was merely something to do. The sad tune coming to her, Callie looked up, and frowned slightly. What was that about?

hesitating, she very nearly got up, and knocked on the door, but didn't, Because that would be a wrong impression, right? A little frustrated, a heck of a lot confused and flustered, and a little sad, Callie pulled her knees up to he rchest, wrapping her arms around them, and tried to figure things out.

She was exiled from the coven.

She had no home. No clothes. Not a dime to her name. No toothpaste, or brush. No hair brush. NOthing but the few charms laid out in front of her.

A werewolf had imprinted on her. And she was apparently botching that up.

She figured she should be a mess, and perhaps the fact that she could still function was a small victory. Closing her eyes, she tried to push everything awway, and merely figure it what...what she wanted. Opening her eyes, her gaze drifted towards the bathroom. @Kyrisse

A few minutes more and Caius was walking out of the bathroom, barefoot and wearing a plain white shirt and black jogging pants. His cheeks were pink from the hot shower and his hair was still wet and tousled. "I just realized that you didn't bring along any clothes or anything at all with you. Uh, we could go grab some stuff from your house? Or maybe just buy it if you don't wanna go back," he suggested, his initial awkwardness towards her gone. "We can also grab something for dinner on the way," he gestured towards the kitchen and the refrigerator. "I haven't really stocked up on food yet."

Callie looked up as he came out, and for a moment it was like she'd been punched in the gut, her breath taken away. oh, jeez. She bit her lip nervously, seeming to have msised what he has said. "Ah. I don't have any money to buy anything..." But she didn't really want to run into any of the coven at the house...

Rising, she swallowed, and for a moment, perhaps a dangerous moment, Callie nearly stalked over to him, to kiss him again. Merely the thought of it sent her heart racing. "Um...I...I...kinda want to kiss you again" She wasn't sure if that was her mouth just blurting out the words, or something else.

Blushing deeply-astronaughts could probably see her glowing face-she let her hair frame her face, hiding it. @Kyrisse

Caius shook his head and smiled, completely unaware of the effect he had on her. "Don't worry about money. I'll buy you stuff. Think of it as a gift for starting a new life. Or if that doesn't work, maybe just a loan until you're able to finance stuff for yourself." He walked over to the small kitchen to grab a glass of water. His hand stopped midway when he heard her speak again.

He looked at her and blinked. Did I hear that right? He was convinced that he had just imagined it when he saw the deep blush that she was desperately hiding beneath her hair. Completely abandoning the thought of having that drink of water, he strode towards her. "I can take care of that," he said before he leaned down and pressed his lips gently on hers.

It was oddly satisfying to see him...shocked. Callie watched from the curtain of her hair as he strode towards her, seeming to take all decision from her as he kissed her, once more feeling that spark, jolting through her body, seeming to spark every nerve ending, warming her body. She felt her heart race, and she responded more than a little enthausastically, returning the kiss deeply, she moved in against him, merely, for the moment, letting her body do what it wanted.

She wrapped her arms around him, effectively trying to have as little gap between them as possible, sure every part of her was heating up, and for a moment, she didn't know if she could stop, but then wondering if it mattered.

She was well aware of the dangers of being in anyway shape or form associated with Vampires or Werewolves-there was always that chance you'd get bitten, But right then, she didn't care. @Kyrisse

The way Callie responded to his kisses told Caius that she wanted him more than she let on. When she wrapped her arms around him, he did the same, effectively pressing their bodies together. As the heat built up in Caius, he fought to hold himself back, trying not to let lust cloud his mind. He didn't wanna hurt her much less make her do something that she'll regret later on.

But it was so difficult and her movements against him was only making it more so. Out of breath, he pulled away, the strain of controlling himself evident on his face. "Callie... If we don't stop, I might end up... Do you want to?" he asked.

Callie wasn't too sure what he meant, at least for a moemnt. End up doing what? It? She tried to figure it out, by looking at him, brushing back her hair, and frowning slightly. He could lose control? But...surely not, she didn't doubt that he'd had other partners before, and given that there wasn't a stream of female wolves about, it was logical to assume he hadn't bit them...

Callie wasn't even sure what she wanted.

She didn't want to cause him pain, something that was evident by his effort to control himself. She glanced away, and said softly, "I...I just know that...I want you" It didn't seem much of an answer, but right then it was all the truth Callie had. @Kyrisse

Caius was trying to calm himself down but his heart was beating so loudly in his chest. Callie looked hesitant and it was all the answer he really needed. The relationship he had with her was, after all, too undetermined to actually cross the line he was teetering on. But before he could release her and move away from her, her soft voice gave him a completely different answer.

He groaned and claimed her mouth with his again, this time his kisses were rough, proof of how much he had been holding back. His hands began moving up and down her back. After a few more minutes, he pulled back. "Callie... are you sure about this? Do you want me to make love to you?" he asked in a hoarse voice.

Like she could say anything else but yes now, when her whole body seemed to be screaming for it, but Caius's restraint, made her rein herself in, and she looked up at him. "If you're worried, we can wait" She said softly, still wondering for a time what was coming over her, She swallowed, not afraid, but...more nervous then she'd ever been.

"But I'm sure. I can wear a charm, if you wish. It offers some protection against physical attack" She didn't know if a bite during love would count, but she wanted to try and ease his mind. "or we can wait"@Kyrisse

A slow smile spread across Caius' face. "I'm not gonna bite you, if that's what you think I was getting at. I was just making sure that you want this." He began trailing kisses on her jaw and down her neck. "If you want me, I want you more," he whispered against her skin. It didn't take long for their clothes to start falling on the floor.

He was gentle with her, taking the lead most times but always after seeking some sort of consent. He wanted her desperately but he held back in the fear of hurting her.
