@Saltwater ThiefWhat do you mean by scenic detail? Do you mean describing Viridian City? Once I put the IC setting/introduction for Viridian City, then I don't care what else players do with it. Just know there's a map.

Well, to use the current scenario as an example, if I want to do something with the Pokemon Club outside of the Lodge that doesn't involve a confrontation with Pokemon (which I do), am I free to color in their operation outside of the table and the man & woman (ie if they have others helping them, how many, what they're doing, etc), or would you rather I asked for that kind of info?

I'm fine either way, I'd just like to know for the sake of making this go nicely for us both.

Okay, in that case, what are the details of the loading process for the van? Specifically, how many others are there besides the specific man & woman, what is the general physical description of each, what are their parts in the Club's trading process, and roughly speaking, how far away from the table is the van?

My intent is to get a look in the van and if possible make off with a box or two of Pokeballs. For obvious reasons, if Club Staff sees Seth doing that, it's not going to work. If I can get a distraction from Vix it's less of an issue, but if I can't either because she says no or I run out of waiting time before the GM post, I need to know specifics on how the van is being loaded to see if it's even possible to get in there. If it's just the man & woman doing everything, it becomes much easier to do so. If there's a 3rd NPC in charge of taping the boxes shut and carrying them to the van, it's harder and requires timing but is still doable. But if there are 5 other NPCs, one of whom is always watching the van, it's almost impossible.

Since your answer implied that you would like me to not touch NPCs that aren't my own mons, I asked because my post will rely heavily on that information and I'm not to fill in that data myself.

If he used Vix as a distraction, meaning she would have to directly affect those personnel at the truck, then he would have more luck but don't you think that just incriminates your character and Vix? As long as she doesn't attack the personnel, then she should be fine as far as legality. If he isn't caught "stealing" Pokeballs, then he might get away with it. But when you steal potential evidence, lesson for the real world, it cannot be used as proof in court.

Seth probably doesn't care about evidence and court proceedings as much as making sure the Pokemon don't get subjected to whatever it is, especially since he doesn't see the Club as a criminal thing at all (terrible organization for terrible people, sure, but not criminals). But, if that's your stance on the whole thing, nevermind then.

@Feisty-Pants No need to respond to Seth if you post, I'll be snipping mine and re-doing things. No idea what he'll be doing instead, but it probably won't involve Vix.

@Saltwater Thief Poor Seth it must be eating on him that he without a partner will not be able to save any of those pokemon. But then I am really curious what was his plan to do with a box full of pokeballs?
Well Z idea in that situation would be sneak under the van and chew the gas pipe so it leaks or break the breaks. So Seth wins with safer idea.

@Bright_Ops You really had an even worse luck with pokemon than Rasa. I wouldnt mind my second pokemon to be trained by you. The only problem is what to do until first gym?

@TalijaKey The intended follow up was to get the box to the forest, open it, un-ball all the Pokemon, tell them what happened, and let them all decide what to do from there. The way I figured it, they'd either run off on their own OR go find their trainers and ensue a guilt trip. Win either way.

The crappy part here is a partner wouldn't really help, since the Club Staff are probably all packing 6 of these ubermons they're handing out. Vix COULD'VE worked for the simple reason that she's with Jaden so a bait and switch would've occurred, but even that sounds unlikely based on what Soldier just said.

Truth be told I'm at a bit of a loss for what to do here. Words don't work, battles aren't a thing for me, my third option had been shut down... I could have him go sulk in a lodge room, but that would just be melodramatic and contribute just short of nothing to anything, so I'd rather not.

Hmmmmm. Hopefully I'll get some inspiration soon.

Well I am up to making more Pokémon characters if I am allowed too. I gladly help to fill out some voids as i'm not so interested in playing a trainer as we already have a bunch and already seem to be lacking Pokémon

I already have a Litten In mind if your up for a Alola Trade/gift :3

As far as I know. If we want we can make the second pokemon character but only after we pass the first gym. But seeing there is a need for pokemon partner.
It depends on how Holy wants to handle this. I will bump the interest check/recruitment thread. To see if someone wants to join.

Well you do have a npc lv1 magikarp in your party which you can rp...

On the topic of magikarp
*A question that was bugging me for a few days* ... We know that in pokemon world people eat pokemon... do people eat them in this world too? Or did people went completely Vegan because its really weird to eat something that speaks back to you.

@TalijaKeyWell, their true form is the Pokemon form. The human form can merely be an adaptation. So yes, people eat Pokemon lol. I'm sure society in Pokemon is way different than our society IRL. It may be possible for humans in Pokemon to go completely Vegetarian. I won't say Vegan because there are harmless ways of getting milk, wool, etc. from animals.
