And I agree with Salt in that the Level-up system seems like it could do with a bit of polish, to make it more RP friendly in my opinion, but I'm not as much of an old hand at RPs as you are and suffer from impatience at times, so take that with a little grain of salt.

I mostly agree with Talija, the Club makes for a pretty solid antagonist group. That they've managed to directly anger several of our characters instead of just being there like a lot of the Teams in the games is nice as well, and the Viridian situation was fairly well thought out. I do wish it was a bit more clear at the top of things that it was going to be a Hopeless Boss type scenario, but I'm not sure how much of that is actual fault vs just me being stupid/disadvantaged.

The only other thing I can think of might be something with the Exp System, but before I vomit a paragraph about that I should ask a clarification question- in the First Post where you talk about Weekly Experience Caps, is that 10 Exp per OOC Week (so today until December 10th), or is that In-Game Weeks? (This is in regards to if any of the Pokemon Trainers use their current Pokemon to battle and catch Wild Pokemon, then that Pokemon they used to battle the Wild Pokemon will get 3 exp points. Because catching Wild Pokemon can happen frequently throughout the IRL week, I said that the Tamed Pokemon can only get 3 exp a week and no more. So they can continue to battle and catch wild Pokemon but they won't get exp for it. They got it only that one time until the following week comes around.)

And, while I'm at it (sorry for the question barrage), I had a brainstorm earlier today at work for Seth. I know you said him making off with a box from the van wouldn't fly, but my thought was to make a Pokemon CS and arrange it so that she was tamed by a Trainer who grew to hate her who trades her ball in to the Club for an Ubermon, then have her ball go out of the box (maybe a box got jostled or dropped and a couple fell out but hers went farther by pure happenstance), get quietly grabbed by Seth, taken to the city limits and released into the Wild (where she'd then be up for grabs by Trainer PCs), and then Seth is in or near the forest and I can move him to hook up with Talija's Zorua and get that ball rolling. Do you think I could swing that, or would you really rather I just left that whole situation alone? (This would be fine. I also said beforehand and I think this was before you joined the game that the Enemy NPCs were just meant to reveal a criminal situation and that's all it was. There was going to be another situation the trainers can level their Pokemon on. But that can happen the next day to allow the writers to move on with their plots.)

(I'm likely to make the Gijinka with the gist of that background anyway, tamed -> hated -> runs or is chased away, I just thought it might be interesting to make use of the Club if possible and kill a 2nd bird with the same stone by giving Seth a reason to be in the forest without giving him mood whiplash or needing to skip ahead some-odd hours while he cools off).

I have no issues with the Rp so far ^^ seems to work solid for me.

The Exp stuff is somewhat sketchy I guess, seeing how currently it seems to take weeks between posts and all xD... But I suppose there's some kind of balance in the end with that too.

I have no idea what so ever how to work the stats in the first place.

Aka: If I battle other people's characters it feels more logical for me to just talk to them about wis, losses and how our choices play in.

I also think we use the wrong stats xD

As Ranges should be like 12 hp, instead of like 60.

@Holy Soldier Alright, I'll get on that CS soon. And yeah, my whole thing was "Hey, sweet! I don't need a Pokemon to get involved and help break this up, what great timing! I'm gonna... do... absolutely nothing effective. Okay, that's cool I guess." So yeah, little frustrating, but pretty much my own fault.

I should clarify though, I do understand the Exp caps and how to reach them, I'm trying to figure out if that means I can get 10 Exp per IRL week or 10 Exp every 7 days In-Game. My concern is that if Exp Required goes up with each new level but the cap doesn't increase with it, if it is in-game weeks that will mean it's not going to take long at all for months and even years of in-game time to be between levels, and that's going to be quite cumbersome and awkward as we get down the road, but if it's IRL weeks that concern is largely null.

I moved him there thanks to Larvitar, to have an easier time to get to Seth. hehe.

If you really want to catch him tonight.
He will not trust any human at this point of time. Zorua is hurt enough that throwing a ball out of the blue would catch him. But be warned if you do that tonight Z will try scratching your eyes out and attempt to flee. Not listening to you on a principle, maybe try to steal your wallet while at it.

I would prefer for Seth to sleep at the trainer house and in the morning to simple leave the trainer house building and start going somewhere. Zorua would walk up to him and ask to be trained by Seth. Because something dramatical has happened and changed Z mind. It would as well be good as Gardevoir told Seth that pokemon will choose him.
In this situation Z will be nice behaving and listening to you.

EDIT:
But I could change a bit things to have him run into you in the forest NOw that I think about it? But I have no idea how you would make him a willing partner at that point.

@Iatos No problem, (I worship the gods of random. Be praised the rolls of 1 and 20 and the rng of all! ) was just making sure what will/has hit Rasa in the face, I can rework several small things to make it fit with how they catch Meintja a bit later on in the day. Maybe on the way to the pokecenter to heal you instead of the first version.

I will wait for the gm post before posting/making exact changes though, ok. If its move to the new day, everything will fit. If not will figure out how to make it fit. Loving the challenge.
