Sorry I’m late, I was held back writing more sheets for some more planets with Psychedelic Kung Fu Cacti and a Centipede Mafia, but I decided I looked dormant enough as it is and rushed to get these done. If it isn’t up to snuff, or if something makes less sense than usual, give me a buzzington.

@LanceOfFire1331 You can use any arrangement you like so long as it's probable that the species as you describe them could survive there.

@Sombrero Those Siren plants are metal. Sheets accepted. I have a question about the giant frogs though. How far can they jump? The distance is going to decrease as mass increases unless their planet is lower gravity.

@Stepford Psycho Are there any particular rules for creating solar systems? For instance, could I have a binary star system, can I use any type of star, can there be a black hole at the center of my system, etc.?

(A black hole at the center of your system? Given that blackholes suck even light? x.x)

@Darked13 I mean, theoretically there could be some very strange form of life in orbit around one, as there are cases of black holes with objects in semi-stable orbits. But it wouldn't be anything like life as we know it and probably wouldn't be carbon based either.

Much like human jumping distance, it varies greatly depending on how often they jump around in their day-to-day lives. The general rule of thumb is that they can jump three times their sitting height straight up, and 3.5 times that in a horizontal direction, although horizontal arcs will very because I am not a good trajectorist. Athletes may go higher, lazy ones (If they can find a way to survive in Tchernabog, which is a feat in itself) may go lower, but it's safe to make the general assumption. It's like being able to judge that a big guy can lift more than a smaller guy at first glance, except usually more accurate. Tree frogs, because they jump up and down trees, tend to be frequent rulebreakers, but their muscles are still proportionate to their bodies and, pound for pound, no stronger or weaker than any of their fellows, so expecting a tree frog to jump further is like expecting a water frog to swim better, they probably would.

@Stepford Psycho This distance it would require to be from the black hole as well as its ability to survive in temperatures that go towards absolute cold may make any kind of intelligent life capable of living there. But yes, it is possible as improbable as it may be given the increasing gravity of the blackhole over time and the time required for life to come into existence.

Don't forget that time moves more slowly in comparison to the rest of us, so more time needs to pass, away from the gravity well, for time inside the gravity well to progress significantly. Most likely there would be no native life, but it would be a great destination for people who want to travel to the future on the "cheap".

I was speaking about the possibilities of native life... in regards to non-native life, I will only wonder about why it went all the way over there, considering how well equipped they would have to stay around given the fact that yes, it gets you to visit the future.

Okay, maybe not, then. Just threw it out there.

So then, it would be possible, just strange. Okay, a little research might make that a viable option. Food for thought.

Well, in the interests of getting the ball rolling again (and making it easier to get people interacting...), is there some sort of central GFUN station, or planet? I had wanted to run with a story of the Greater Orpil Flock trying to establish an embassy and apply for membership with GFUN, and such bring my narrator character into a position where she can interact with others, and a sort-of-capital-ish-thing for the GFUN would be the logical place to set that.

I'm a-okay with making up such a place if needs be, and dragging other diplomats, kicking and screaming if needs be, into it, but I want to make sure that this would be an acceptable thing to do. It's my first time trying out an NRP, so I'm not sure what exactly the protocol is when it comes to "world building" (for lack of a better term) outside your own nation's borders, but I imagine that some folks won't mind, and others would see it as a bit of a breach of protocol.
