My only concern is if I try and set in history (meaning I would have to throw myself in to a shitton of research, only for me to get annoyed when the PCs end up trying to play as a cowboy or a Fascist) Or if I set it in a hyper low fantasy world.

Another Rp I would love to try is something like the Spanish Civil War, where everyone ends up playing as Hemmingways and Orwells and other expats fighting against fascism.

to avoid historical condundrums, we'd at least recommend making it clear its alternate history.

Alternatively, you could just set it in a fictional world and rename the factions to make it "yours", @Sypherkhode822.

Since my last Rp ended up dying on me, I think I'll start putting in some back work on either the Strike or the Spanish Civil War. I'm curious to know which one people like more.

Hey y'all I dont know if this is the correct forum, but I for a long time wanted to create a Trading Card Game RPG just for the guild. After a lot of brain racking I think I finally found a way to do it. But I need some help.

The idea is that it will have its own RP, but the card system could be used for other things such as arena battles or other RPs. Just as an alternative to having to use Yu-Gi-Oh or Magic The Gathering systems which sometimes dont translate well to Guild RP.

Would anyone be interested in helping me build this game and universe? I've already made a start and would be open to ideas or suggestions.

I have this "original" fantasy setting with all the cliches - magic, elves, dwarves, and everything else new and interesting. I would like to run a game or two with this setting, but I have a couple problems.

First, I just can't advertise or gain enough players for my games.

Second, I would like to have my hand-drawn map in a digital format - but I have no experience with any drawing programs. And I don't want the map look like dung.

Third, I would really need an editor for my notes or at least someone who would say "okay, that sounds just dumb/non-sensical. Now make it better".

I would love to do a Half Life rp, the Black Mesa incident. But I in no way GM material. I don't like being the one to pull all the strings a as it were.
I do have some stuff made for one however, if anyone wanted to GM the RP.
